She's not a wood
In the woods.
~Prium and Miargos/ Vulcan and Athena~
"Ahhhh!"
Her throat almost bursted open by the pitch of her shriek. Without thinking, Miargos hurried to her and held her from behind, wrapping his arms around her, his arms brushing the base of her titties as he pulled her back.
"Stay behind me."
He finally let go of her and looked away immediately at the Lion. He seemed like the intermediary between Prium and the Lion. Or say, the barrier.
He stood in the way of the lion, few inches away. His eyes bulging at his socket. The young lion growling and moving in thoughtful sequence.
"Do you want to get yourself killed?"
She called at him but he didn't respond though a silly smile escaped his lips. Who smiles at the face of death? Probably her concern about him loosened a nut in his brain.
As the lion closed in the space between the both of them, Miargos began to move in a circular pattern, slowly but steadily.
"What are you trying to do?"
She called again, her voice now breaking. He shot her a quick stare and looked away back at the lion.
Then he again he took the risk of looking at her as he kept on the circular motion,
"Allow me to stare at you for the last time. For obviously, I have no chance with this ruthless cat."
Then suddenly, the lion charged at him and threw its left front paw at him. The claws of the lion traced tracks on his skin, eating into his robe. But he didn't fall, he was quick to move back. He seemed schooled in the wildlife business.
"Hop on that tree. Don't waste you life."
She called again at him, fighting back the tears. But he shot back instead,
"If I do, he would come for you. I'd rather die trying to protect you than let you take the place."
"Don't be stupid. Just do as you're told. It makes no difference, as soon as he finishes with you, he would come for me too."
She argued and the lion went for him again. This time, the thrown limb threw him off balance and he fell few metres away from the cat. His chest dripping blood from the claws.
"That's why you should run. Don't keep standing there. Run when you can. Let my death be worth the reason."
He maintained, crawling on his back away from the cat, whose ferocious limbs flexed its lofty 150 pounds body towards him.
He couldn't move any further away from the cat as he got to the base of a large fir tree. There was no turning to the right nor to the left.
"Run now, Prium."
He warned again but she stood there crying her eyes out.
"I'll always love you. Even in the afterlife."
He seemed to had given up as the lion crouched down before him and leapt almost suddenly on him.
"Nooo!!!!"
She screamed on top of her voice, wailing and shouting. You couldn't be so sure that that was the same indifferent and ruthless Prium.
Suddenly, there shot a long body of blue laser past Prium's right cheek, then stalked by her heavy eyes from tears. The laser went so quickly as though it never was.
And consequently, the lion gnawing at the struggling Miargos was thrown into the air by the laser which ate into its seemingly impregnable skin.
"Huh?"
Prium gasped not sure of what to do and hurried towards Miargos.
"Are you okay?"
She knew that was a dumb question but didn't know what to ask. But at first, she already stopped crying.
She pulled him up into her bosom, touching his forehead with her palm, which almost immediately had been soaked in the fellow's endless blood gushing.
"What should I do?"
Her voice started breaking again but then she heard from up ahead,
"You need help?"
She looked up. Twas Athena, and her father walking behind her. Her rage shot up again, racing through her spines, filling up the hollows dug by her emotions and pities.
"Not from a witch. I know where to take him."
Athena smiled and ignored her. She walked over to Miargos and squatted.
"How are you fairing, young fellow?"
She turned Miargos' face to her by his cheek as his Miargos' weak eyelids flipped open to close at sequence.
"Don't heal me."
Miargos muttered as Athena put one of her hands on the wound on his chest.
"As crazy as girlfriend so is her guy."
Athena dismissed. She looked away from the both of them to the far end of the forest and stretched out her left hand.
And suddenly, a certain herb was plucked out of its shrub and travelled through the air all by itself till it rested on her palm.
She sniffed the herb firstly then stared at it for a little while. As she stared, the blue laser shot from her eyes into the herb and melted in or dissolved.
She squeezed the herb then. Instead of green liquid dripping, twas blue, on the designated places where the hasty teeth and claws of the lion dug gores in the feeble flesh of the passionate lover.
Instantly, the whole gores covered up and not even a scar was left on it. Only his robe was yet soak in his blood.
Prium helped him up and helped him remove his stinking robe. He was only left with the sheet of linen wounded around his waist in a V-shape, veiling his cock and ballsack.
"I told you not to help him."
Prium challenged Athena, rolling her eyes at her father.
"So did I."
Miargos supported Prium. Athena shook her head and turned to Vulcan. She held his hand,
"Come, my love. That's their own way of saying thank you."
Vulcan followed her immediately and they walked through the path past the carcass of the lion.
"You're now her puppet Vulcan!"
Prium yelled, taking few steps forward. But neither of the two turned back to her.
"Ah..."
Miargos pretended to groan but she ogled him and shot,
"Go your way."
She made to walk away as he called,
"I thought you love me. At least you were worried about me."
She stopped and scoffed.
"Over my dead body."
She resumed walking as soon as she stopped.
"What kind of girl is this? She cares about me but will not admit it?"
He muttered to himself not sure of what else to say.
"Where are you going?"
He called at her but she didn't stop. She got to the carcass and stooped.
"You still want to get the heart?"
He asked getting to her but she didn't reply. She had picked up a sharp twig next to her and tried digging it into the hard skin of the lion.
"Let me help you."
He offered, bringing out a knife from his side; the space between his waist and wrapper.
"Stop wasting your time on me. I won't end up with you."
She kept the stance but he shot her a smile and knelt by the carcass.
"I'm not sure about that."
He chuckled and began to cut into the cat.
She rolled her eyes.
