"Let the future decide that" she grin happily. "Finally her dream is coming true" she thought.

"Ok, end of business. Before you two reach home everything will be in order. You'll get your company shares back and he'll also get his house and company..." She said but Rasheed only glared in return.

"Haha! Before I forgot,I'll send you the necessary documents for the divorce process,we need to make everything fast so I can become yours once and for all"

"See you soon,future husband" she smile sweetly at him.

Rasheed helped his father in-law up and they both went out.

Rasheed and his father in-law are in his car going home,the ride was full of silent . Neither of them talk,they both are thinking of what's happening. He stopped the car in front of Alhaji Dauda's house.

"Rasheed-"

"Dad please let keep this as a secret,nobody should know about what happened today" he said as Alhaji Dauda burst into tears.

"I really don't know how to thank you Rasheed,you cared so much for my daughter and I that you're willing to sacrifice your happiness for us..what can I do to repay you?"

"Nothing Dad, nothing. I love my wife so much and I'll do anything, anything for her"

"Are you really divorcing her?" He asked as Rasheed take a heavy breath down.

"I'll Dad. I'll marry her as her wish but what she doesn't know is that, this will be the starting of her destruction,I will make her life miserable by marrying me"

"Ok son I'll trust you with whatever decision you make... I just hope you can change your mind,I don't mind if I'm poor,what I want is my daughter's happiness"

"Don't worry dad I've got this" he assured.

"Ok son...thank you" he said as he went out from his car.

He brought out his phone and dial TJ's number. He picked up at the first ring "Good afternoon sir"

"And what's so good about the afternoon? Tell me TJ,how did half of my shares land in the bitch's name?!"

"What?! Your share? But sir, we never tried to sell out the share?"

"Exactly!"

"Who told you they got your share sir?"

"That bitch Zulaiha!"

"Your wife's friend?"

"She can never be her friend and would never be!"

"Calm down sir,I'll look into it"

"Find me who fucking did this ASAP!" He angrily said before hanging up the call on him.

Zuwairah was not at rest since morning that her husband had left home,she had been trying his number for more than 100 times but he wasn't picking up "what's happening?" She thought.

It's almost midnight and her husband is not yet back,just as she was about to stand up and inform her mother inlaw,the door was opened revealing her husband. He looks so tired "what could have happened?"

"My love,what happened? Where were you since morning? I've been trying your number but you're not picking up" she said as she move closer to him and hug him tightly. Rasheed unclasped her hand from his body and walk pass her.

"Ra...Rasheed" she called as tears drop from her eyes suddenly.

"I'm sorry Zuwairah" he internally said to him self. He was so afraid to speak,he knows his voice will betray him once he decide to utter a word.

"Abdul please tell me...what have I done wrong?" She asked as she walk closer to him, though his back was facing her and she wish he could face her so she could see his expression,she knows if she saw the look on his face,she will definitely know what's happening.

Fuck! She even called me Abdul..she call me Abdul whenever she's sad.

"Abdul please talk to me....haven't you forgive me yet?"

"No! No that's not true,I was not even angry at you for a bit" he wanted to say.

"Please talk to me, I..I thought you had forgiven me,we were Ok from yesterday till this morning...or are you still angry with me?"

It was all that bitch's fault!

"Ok fine,I can give you time. I promise, I'll wait for as long as you want,I promise..just please promise me that you will forgive me soon for all my wrong doings" still no respond from her husband.

Now she's crying uncontrollable. Why did he make love to me so many times yesterday? Why? Why did he have to if he hadn't forgiven me?

"Abdul please this silent is killing me,please talk to me" she beg as she turn him roughly to look at her. There,she saw nothing. No emotions, nothing, nothing. He just keep his straight face.

"Don't you get it woman!" He yelled "Yes! I still hate you! No, I despise you for almost killing me? What were you thinking? That I'll forgive you easily? How could I forgive someone who tried to kill me! Tell me how could I?" He barked at her making her flinch by his tone.

"Abdul please-" she tried to touch him but he yank his hand away from her.

"Don't you dare! I repeat, don't you dare touch me with your filthy hand!" He warned with an angry tone.

"Okay,I get it that you are still angry with me, I'll wait for you Rasheed,I'll wait for the day you'll forgive me with all of your heart,I can wait,but please don't just get angry with me please I beg you" she beg crying her heart out.

"I don't think I'll be able to live my life without you,I can't live without you,you're my heart,you're my soul,you're my everything please"

"Your heart?" Rasheed scoff.

"Did you just say I'm your heart? I was your heart and you almost kill me! Do you really want me to believe that woman!"

"Yes, yes, I know I was wrong but please, believe me, it wasn't my fault, I never knew it was a poison,she told me it was a love portion,please"

"Yeah, a love portion, so you could control me anyhow you feel like right?"

I would have love that moment,I would have love it if it were truly a love portion,it would have been the best moment for the both of us. I would have been happy to see me doing whatever you wish Zuwairah..I'm truly sorry, please forgive me for what I'm about to say.

"Let get divorce" he said.

That moment, it was like Zuwairah's heart has been ripped out of her chest,she wide her eyes in horror.

"Wh...what?!"

"Let get divorce,I can't keep seeing my killer face everyday, I'm tired of seeing your face! It disgust me that I almost can't wait to get rid of it"

"No! No you're joking right? You won't divorce me would you? You love me right? I'm your wife, it's me! It's me Zuwairah,your favorite! Please tell me you're joking?"

"Does this seem like a joke to you? I'm dead serious you killer! Let get divorce once and for all,so I could be free from you wicked woman!"

"No! Never! I'll prefer you hate me for the rest of your life than watching you divorce me,I will never divorce you! You're my husband,I'll do whatever I can to win you back,I'm your wife!"

I'm also your husband! I'm your love! I'm your heartbeat, but what can I do? I need to save Dad,you and my company. I'm left with no choice,please my love always find it in your heart to forgive me.

"I'm giving you tonight to pack your all of you things,the divorce papers are ready,by tomorrow morning you'll receive it. Make sure you don't leave a tiny bit about you behind" he told her finish as Zuwairah slump her self on the floor.

He almost ran to her and help her up but refrain himself,he can't risk her life just because of his love for her.

He turn back to walk out of the room but Zuwairah's voice stopped him.

"Can..Can I..Can I ask you a question?"

"Go ahead,I don't have much time" he said not sounding interested.

"Why..why did you make love to me yesterday?"

"Love?" He scoff.

"We didn't make love woman, we sex! We..SEX! That's it!"

"Sex?" Zuwairah ask with a broken voice.

"Of course,it's SEX. I mean who wouldn't get turn on by what you're putting on yesterday? You look just exactly like a slut begging to be tumble in bed.... in a nutshell I was seduce by you and we tumble all night in bed" he said with a sarcastic laugh and went ahead to go out of the room. He couldn't take it anymore,he knows with all of this being said to her, she will hate him and finally sign the divorce papers. She has to,for her sake.

He hate him self for saying hurtful words to his wife,she's the best thing that has ever happened to him,but his foolishness is destroying it now..he can't believe he's saying all this hurtful words to her.

Zuwairah you really need to forgive me. One day, you'll realise I'm doing all of this for you..I love you so much with all of my heart.

He opened the door as his eyes came in contact with all of his family.He was very shock to see them all standing at his door,he wide his eyes in both fear and shock. The glare he was receiving from each and everyone of them shows that they heard their conversation. He didn't fail to see the look on their face,the disappointed look.

He finally decide to talk" Mom,Dad,what are you doing here?"

Instead of giving him an answer,his Mom made her right hand land on his right cheek roughly. With an anger rising in her, she asked "how dare you?!!"
