Chapter 15
Dakota POV
Tonya has given my ego a much-needed boost. I did spend the night talking with other women at the bar. It was fun. My thoughts did keep going to her and her alone until I met Jade. Jade was sweet, beautiful, and blonde. She is the exact opposite of Tonya, who is wild and bold.
I sat at the bar with Jade until I had to go back to my room to get some sleep. Jade gave me her number. I will probably call her tomorrow. Melanie has not bothered me anymore. Maybe Tonya was correct to bring her to our bed. It seems to have made her leave me alone.
Tonya has not bothered to text me tonight since I sent her the pictures of the woman I was talking to tonight. She was completely unbothered. I hoped Tonya would be just a little jealous. She is a stone wall. I believe the only thing she wants from me is to fuck me, and that is fine with me.
I cannot help myself. I have to text Tonya before I go to sleep. *I hope work wasn’t too awful. I miss your pussy* I fall asleep before she responds.
When I wake in the morning, I have a picture message from her. I open the picture message. She sent me a picture of her beautiful juicy pussy. I message her back a picture of my cock with the message I miss you.
I get ready for work and head down to get my assignment for the day. I have the beach in front of the bar. I will take anything that is not the pool area. The beach is actually a pretty sweet gig. I can get some sun, and the scenery is not too bad either.
I fold out my chair and sit down to wait for a guest to need something. The guests on the beach are usually well occupied with getting a tan, so I can lay here and be lazy most of the day. I put my shades on and pretend to be paying attention. As I am just about to drift off into my own world, I hear a familiar voice.
“Hey, can I get some help with my beach chair?” the tiny sweet voice says.
I look up to see Jade standing in front of me.
“Yeah, sure. I did not realize you were a guest here at the resort when we were talking last night,” I say to her.
“Yeah, I may have failed to mention that I am staying here for the week,” Jade says.
“I am happy to help you,” I say to her.
I follow her over to her beach chair. I fold it out and fix it for her in the sand. “Anything else you need?” I ask her.
“You could take me out tonight,” Jade says.
“I would love to take you out tonight,” I say to her.
“Good, I can meet you at the bar at say 6,” Jade says.
“Sounds good,” I say.
I walk away, leaving her to her tan. I go back to my chair and text, Tonya.
*Hey. I have a date tonight with the blond from the bar. I will call you after*
After about twenty minutes, Tonya texts me back *have fun*
I knew she would be okay with it as long as I told her the truth. She probably needs a break from me anyway. As long as Melanie does not try to interfere with my night, then everything should be fine.
The day passes relatively quickly. I was not even bothered by the guest too much. Only an occasional guest asking for directions or tourist information, one or two needed help with their chairs, nothing major. I was able to tan for most of the day. I did not notice Tonya come out to the beach today. I know she said she was off. Maybe she needed rest, or she had to go into the office. I should not even be thinking about her right now. I should be concentrating on Jade for tonight.
I grab my beach chair and put it away. I lock up the small beach area storage and walk toward the bar. I want to grab a beer before I go back to my room to get ready for my date with Jade.
I walk into the bar and see Melanie and Tonya sitting in the corner chatting. Melanie looks a little troubled, but Tonya is trying to calm her down. Melanie looks up at me and becomes furious. I do not have time for Melanie's drama tonight. Tonya waves at me to go on about my business. I do just that. I skip the beer and go straight back to my room. I am not dealing with this drama tonight.
I go into my room to get ready for my date with Jade. Fuck! I should probably meet Jade somewhere else. If Melanie sees me with her, she will lose her mind. Maybe Tonya can occupy her for a while. I text Tonya. * Are you going to be at the bar for long with Melanie* I decide to take a shower while I wait for her to text me back. I have no idea what to do in this situation.
When I get out of the shower, I have over twenty messages from Melanie and one from Tonya. *she left* I delete Melanie’s messages without reading them. I have no idea why this woman is acting so fucking crazy. The only person acting normal is Tonya.
I get ready for my date with Jade. I have one more message from Tonya. *come by after, I want details* I text her back *see you in a bit*
I have no problem talking to Tonya about anything going on in my life. She is a good friend to me. I need her to stick around. The messages from Melanie are pouring in fast. I finally decide I need to block her ass from my phone. I scroll to her name and number and hit the block sender and caller button. That should take care of her for a while.
I get ready and go down to meet up with Jade. I hope Melanie does not return. When I get to the bar, Tonya is at the bar with her friends. We make eye contact and exchange smiles, but she does not try to talk to me. I look down at my phone; it is 545. Tonya texts *not trying to be in your way; I am only here in case Melanie comes back* I text back, *thanks*
Jade walks into the bar and sits beside me. She looks stunning. Her long blonde hair braided, and her skin tanned from her day on the beach. “You look amazing,” I say to her.
“Thanks,” she says shyly.
“Do you want a beer, or do you want to get out of here?” I ask her.
“A beer would be great. There is a place across town I have always wanted to go to when I come down,” Jade says.
“Roman’s place?” I ask her.
“Yeah, that is it,” Jade says.
“We can go there. They have great food,” I say to her.
I look back to see Tonya and her friends gone. They have moved to the beach. “Looks like someone has a fire on the beach,” Jade says.
“Yeah, we can go down there if you like?” I ask her.
“No, this is fine,” Jade says.
I get Jade a beer, and we talk for a while. I lose track of Tonya and decide it is time for Jade and me to head to Roman’s place.
