" Sorry to disturb you doctor sandra but your next patient are here to see you."
" You mean Mr Noah Williams and his fiancee."
" Yes mam, Mr Noah Williams and his fiancee."
" Alright send them in."
" Yes mam."
And just like that my world came crashing down.
Present:
"Wait Doctor sandra." I said to her stretching out my hands to stop her from going out if the office door. She gave me a confused look in return while I gave her a nervous smile. Yes I was nervous,very nervous about Noah Williams finding me here and also the reason for me being here. I couldn't take any chances or risk.
"We aren't done with our conversation and now you are about bringing in another guest into the room." The confusion in her eyes increase at my words.
"Hmm..ok sorry..will you like to know any other questions about your pregnancy."
"Yes..no..I mean yes..were you really serious about me being pregnant."I asked dumbly,it was my brain was still slowly processing this new found information.
"Yes miss Victoria..you are pregnant with a child.. infact here are the test results to clear your doubt." She said handling me the test results papers.
I collected the paper from her with shakey hands. My eyes widened again at how true this this horrible news was. It was written in clear words , positive was written blodly at the top of the papers.
I edged closer to the table for support because my legs felt like jelly, this news was like a bomb dropped on my head. My heartbeat increase from the look of impatient on the doctors face and also the thought of Noah Williams standing outside the door. I quickly hid the paper inside my purse before looking back at the doctors face.
" You don't look to happy."she said worriedly."should I get you a glass of water."
No doctor I'm very happy, infact I'm sure my husband and son will be thrilled to hear this.....I thought dryly to myself.
" No doctor.. I'm fine."
"Ok ." She was about going to the door again but I stopped her just in time.
"Is there a back door?." I asked desperately, I had to find a way or means of escape because I couldn't bear to look at Noah's face after this news.
" No why ... nothing."
" Mam miss marinda is getting impatient." The blond nurse said interrupting me again.
" Get out of my way...Noah this is your fault ,you insisted on us coming here saying this is the best hospital. Just because the doctor is your sister in-law doesn't mean she is capable of attending to my needs. Look there are already failing at their job." Marinda horrible voice screamed loudly, the sound of her heals was getting louder and louder and it's shows she was so close in entering the doctors office.
" Marinda can you calm down..you know when you get stressed out it's not good for the baby." Noah Williams consoled lovely, his voice sounded so soft sending shiver down my spine even though his words were not meant for me, I felt he was talking to me.
My hands unconsciously touched my tummy. I can't believe I was going to be having his baby again. How was I going to destroy him now and continue my revenge plan when another baby was now in the question.
He was meant to be by my side not hers, I hated him. He always manages gets me knocked up with his super sperm and yet by the end of the day he wouldn't be by my side.
" What do you mean by that Noah baby." She said then barged into the room forcefully. Her eyes scanned the whole room before landing on me.
" Look at who we have here, the famous Victoria John philp." She said mockingly, I looked at her back with the same hateful glare.
" What do you mean Victoria Philip."Noah Williams asked her , he was standing behind her then his eyes scanned the room and also landed on me widening in surprise but then turned into a hateful glare.
" Victoria what are you doing here."
" Nothing,it's none of your business."I retorted back spitefully. How dare he look at me like that
" Oh well you are right it's not my business, anyway I'm here to check out how I and Noah's baby is doing."she said with a smirk on her face. Like she has won the war between us, if only she knew I was also carrying her fiancee baby. I add the urge to retort back to her and let that annoying smirk fall but I controlled my emotions. If Noah Williams knew I was carrying his baby again then hell will surly break loose.
" That also is non of my business. Now if will excuse me I have somewhere else to be." I said to both of them pushing my way out of the door.
I let out a high sigh of relief after leaving their presence but but peace was cut short by the sound of Noah voice.
"Victoria Philip wait." My feet halted on the spot from the sound of his voice.
"What is it Noah." I said back to him turning around to face his handsome face which I won't deny I have missed.
I knew the confrontation day between us was close but I didn't want it to be today ,I wasn't ready .
" You know we have a lot to discuss, so stop looking so innocent and lovely when we both know deep down you are a hurtful bitch.
"Look who is talking, the world famous asshole. I have nothing to discuss with you Noah why don't you go back to your pregnant fiancee, you are really good at knocking women up aren't you." My eyes moved from his face to his clenched fist making me laugh mockingly.
" Don't tell me I knocked you up or you wish I did ." If only he knew I was already knocked up with his bastard child.
"Now where should I start from. You being imposter all this while decieving me."
" I was never an imposter I just saw no reason to tell you my full name."
" And you also saw no reason to tell me about my son."
" Look Noah, this is neither the time and place to discuss this topic with you. "
" This isn't over, when I'm done with attending to marinda expect me knocking on your door soon."
He finishes and went back to his nagging fiancee. There's no way I will tell him about this baby. I have to find a way to make Andrew think he his the father of my baby before it's starts showing so Noah wouldn't be so suspicious.
Noah Williams will never find out about the child I will make sure of it.
