"No sir you can't go in there, Miss Victoria personally requested for you not to be allowed into this building." I scoffed at the blond lady standing infornt of me. She was been ridiculous,hell Victoria herself was been childish. There was nothing that would stop me from having this conversation with her. The lady arms were spread to the side trying to stop me from walking into Victoria's office.

"I could careless what she told you ,all I know is that, I must see her now , so I advise you to get out of my way before I do some house I will surely regret." I said in a long and threatening tone  glaring at her, I could see the fear and hesitation in her eyes.

I wasn't one to hit a women or manhandle them ,you could tell from how I have treated marinda despite how annoying she was but that doesn't mean I couldn't scare her away a little bit.

She reluctantly dropped her hands down clearing from my way and moved to the side. With nothing left on my part I stormed into Victoria's office almost pushing down the door.

Victoria Philip stood from from her chair glaring at me. She was dressed in a stunning off shoulder green dress and her hair was tied up in a bun. It was simply yet made her look elegant. She had changed from the clothes she had  wore earlier meaning she had reach her home before coming back to the office.

"Mam., I warned him not to come in but he didn't listen to me." The annoying voice of the secretary rang into my ear from the side, her voice was high pitched making me flinch.

" It's ok Teresa you can go now , I will take it from here. "Victoria with eyes that could split me in half but I remained unfazed.

The secretary nodded her head in response and shut the door behind her. Finally some privacy.

" What do you want. " She asked with crossed arms. I looked at her beautiful face and down her body she was just so distracting and looking so tempting I almost while I was here in the first place.

" You know well what I want so don't act dumb it doesn't suit your beautiful. "I said after a while of regaining my composure. I wasn't going to continue thinking with my dick ,I was going to make use of my head and get answers, answers to all my questions.

" I don't have time for unnecessary irrelevant chatting so be quick I have a meeting soon. "

" I have a son. " I said to her watching her reaction,her face remained stoic at my words which bordered me to great lengths.

" Yes you have a son. "She repeated mockingly,my fist clenched at her words.

" Is that all you have to say to me Victoria"yes you have a son" ,no explanation whatso ever, don't you think I deserve some explanation for Christ sake."I screamed out unable to control myself. I can feel my anger rising up to its peak ,her emotionless behavior was driving me insane. The Victoria I knew and remembered ten years ago was never like this. She changed and now she's out to destroy me and ruin the most precious person in her life her son all because of her taste for revenge.

" What type of explanation do you think you deserve after everything you did to me, if you weren't so nosy to walk into my room I would have taken that secret to my grave. You do don't deserve anything good after what you did to me."she spat bitterly piercing my heart with each cruel words that came out of her lips.

I don't deserve to know I have a son? Unbelievable.

" I understand your pain and anger Victoria and I'm very sorry for that but do you have to do that to my son. Our son. He doesn't deserve to pay for what I did to you, for all my childish behavior during my youth ,for God sake he his a child barley ten and you had the guts to lay a hand on your child all because of me. " I said shaking my head in disappointment. Her father Mr John philp had told me everything that happens through a phone call and I'm yet to see xavier.

" I don't feel well enough to discuss with you right now."she said ,her face was looking pale but I could careless,I just hope she was feeling remorse about all what she has done to xavier.

" When will there ever be the right time huh.. Victoria. No you stay and listen to me do you understand."

" I ..I said..I don't feel too well.."before I knew what was happening she fell on the ground. I wasn't fast enough to catch her before she fell. I rushed towards her and picked her up from the floor and ran out of he office like a madman,no matter what she those my heart had a soft spot for her.

I could feel the secretary hot on my tail but I ignored her and entered my car driving straight to the hospital which sandra was in charge of.

" Quicky get the doctor,tell her it's an emergency."I shouted out as I entered the hospital building with Victoria in my arms.

" Calm down sir give her to us,she will be alright."the blond nurse I had meet earlier said.

" No I will carry her myself."

" Noah stop being stubborn and give her to them do we can handle the situation."I turned around and saw sandra walking up to me still in her doctors clothes.

I obidently but reluctantly handed them her body and watched as their carried her to the ward using a streacher. My heartbeats faster at the thought of something horrible happening to her.

"Don't worry she will be fine." Sandra said patting my arms in comfort then walked fast to meet up with the nurses that entered a room which read vip at the entrance of the door.

I sat in the waiting room not so patiently waiting for them to tell me what's wrong with her . I don't know how long I tapped my feet on the ground but the sound of the door pulled me to my feet.

"Don't worry she's stable now,you can go in to see her." Sandra said giving me a soft smile which I appreciated.

Victoria Philip looked so vulnerable and fragile,like an innocent lamb as she laid on the bed. I walked closer to her itching to close the distance between us. My hands went straight to her hair in a comforting manner.

Why Victoria,why are you so stubborn,why are you so blinded with the taste of revenge to give I and your son a chance..and maybe we could actually starts a family and have our own happily ever after.

As if hearing my voice her body moved and her beautiful eyes flew wide open staring at me.

"What are you doing here."she said glaring at me.

"I'm here-"

"Good, I'm glad you are finally awake,how are you feeling."sandra said interrupting our conversation.

"I will be feeling better if this man was gone. What is he doing here."she spat looking up at sandra then back at me like I had a flu or something.

"Actually he brought you here,he saved your life you so you should be thankful."sandra said in a scolding tone.

" Saved my life.. thankful..what do you mean."

" I brought you to the hospital after you fainted. You gave me quite a scare."I answered and watched as her eyes flickered with emotions I couldn't fanthom. She looked grateful them again she was quick to mask it like it was never there.

" And also I'm here to tell you about your pregnancy." My eyes shot opened at Sandra's words.

Pregnancy. Victoria is pregnant.

" Your pregnancy is critical so you have to be more  careful on what you do and now is not the right time for you to over stress yourself,your seven weeks pregnant."

" Seven weeks...but how come.."she starmmered and her eyes locked with mine.

" it was the night at the hotel, wasn't it ?."I said like it was an answer rather than a questions.

She said nothing and I couldn't understand the rest of the words sandra said were not processing in my brain as the only thing that my brain and mind was thinking was about having a child ..another child with her.

"Do you want to see the child." My ears spiked up at Sandra's words. I wanted to so badly see the child but I knew it was up to Victoria.

I could feel Victoria burning gaze by the side on my face by I resisted the will to look back at her.

"No ." She said with a sigh . So she wanted to take another child away from me.

"Maybe another time doctor."

"Ok ,no problem."sandra said ,then turned to look at me but I only gave her a blank stare.

"Can I go now doctor."

"Yes of course,you are free to go."

If she thought I was going to sit back and relax and let her have her way by excluding me in our unborn childs life then she had another thing coming.
