Alex POV's

"Alex" I look around to see who was calling me but all I can see is darkness around me.

"Who? Who is there and where am I?" I asked, looking around.

"You don't know where you are?" That unknown lady asked instead of answering me.

"Last thing I remember is I was with Sana and she was fighting with Adrian. After that, I don't know what happened. I felt unconscious" I mumbled and looked in the direction of the voice.

"What place is this? at least switch on the light, I can't see anything" I frowned.

"You're between life and death. I'm here to take you with me but your mate doesn't want me to take you. She was pleading with me for your life."

"Sano" Tears welled up in my eyes thinking about her. "She must be crying right now"

"Yes, she is crying and praying to me to heal you." That lady replied.

"Who are you?" I asked despite knowing that she is no one but the moon goddess.

"You know the answer to your question," she said and that's when I felt a ray of light fall on me. I closed my eyes, not able to bear that light.

"I wanted to take you with me but at the same time, I can't deny the plea of that innocent soul who is begging for her mate's life. She will die if something happens to you as well as I can't do injustice to my other son again. In his first life, He wasn't able to spend his life with Maya but this time he will." She said and then that light disappeared. I opened my eyes and looked around and then remembered her words. I scrunched my eyebrow, not able to understand what she wanted to convey to me, and then I felt the presence of my wolf around me. I look at my side and find Dominic lazily seated beside me. I hugged him tightly.

"Dominic, you're back... I missed you so much"

"Shut up and let's get back to our mate," He said. I look at him dumbhead, not able to understand what he means.

"Now how much time you're going to take, asshole" He yelled. "Open your eyes... Our mate is crying for us" I nod my head, sensing the concern behind her harsh words.

"Please open your eyes, Please... I will die if something happens to you... I will die" I heard Sana's voice and tears rolled from my eyes. A white light again fell on my body, making me close my eyes, and this time when I opened my eyes, I found my girl sitting beside me, resting her head near my shoulder, crying bitterly, closing her eyes, and continuously praying to the moon goddess for my and Dominic's recovery.

'She loves you a lot." Dominic mindlink me, looking at our mate.

'She loves us a lot' I replied to him emphasising on the word us. I was laying on my stomach, still feeling a little pain in my back because of the injury.

'She killed that bastard Adrian' I think is linked to Dominic.

'yeah, I saw that.'

'how?' I asked.

'I was present in your mind all the time. It's just that I was not able to use my power or do any activity because of a lack of energy. It was Sana who always motivated me to come to the surface and today also she saved our life with her selfless love.' He happily said and then howled in my mind loudly.

'Will you now open your mouth and let her know that we are awake? She is crying continuously.' He scrawled making me realise my stupidity.

"Sano" She moved her head up and looked at me shockingly.

"Alex" she mumbled and a smile broke on her lips with tears in her eyes. She came close to my face and started kissing all over my face to make herself believe that it was not a dream. I finally woke up and came back to her.

"I'm okay and it is not a dream" I chuckled. She nodded her head while crying and attached her lips to mine. I tried to respond to her back but the urge in her kiss didn't let me. she was desperately kissing me, not letting me even respond. It was like she was still trying to believe that I'm back. After a while, she parted away from me and wiped tears from the corner of my eyes.

"I can't believe this Beta, Max... How can you let that bitch go near Alpha" My ear stood up hearing the voice of a girl coming from outside the room. I looked at my girl who was staring at me, covering my face and it didn't take me long to understand that people outside the room didn't know that I'm awake.

"For god's sake, Alice shut your mouth '' I heard Sam's voice yelling at her. Sana lay down beside me and caressed my hair lovingly looking into my eyes. She had a smile on her lips with tears in her eyes. She was looking at me like she was quenching her eyes thrust like a person in the desert quenched his thirst with the water that he found after a hard struggle and a long time.

"Why? Why should I shut my mouth when I'm not wrong... Because of that bitch, today our Alpha is in this condition" Alice yelled. I tightened my fist to control my anger. Sana was near me and I didn't want to scare her by yelling in front of her.

"Alice is right, beta... since Luna entered our pack, the attack on our pack increased and today she took our Alpha's life... You have to throw her out of the pack, Beta '' I heard one male voice, maybe he is a warrior. I felt like all veins of my body popped out because of anger and it was not only my anger but Dominic was also furious.

'Please Dominic control your anger and don't do anything.' I mindlink him.

'How could you tell me to keep quiet? Are you deaf that you can't hear what they are saying for our mate or you don't care?' He growled furiously in my mind. Sana kept her hand on my cheeks and lovingly move her finger.

"What happened? Why do I feel like you're furious about something?" She asked.

"No... It's nothing like that" I mumbled.

'I'm denying you to do anything because Sana gets scared when some get angry or yell in front of her and also I don't want her to know what pack members think about her. I don't want her to know anything and hear those abusive words. She is my innocent baby,' I replied. Dominic sighed and our anger started calming down when Sana held our hand and kissed my knuckles.

"I want to sit," I mumbled. She nodded her hand and then helped me to sit as I was still feeling a little pain in my back.

'Why don't you recover me soon?' I asked Dominic.

'You already took so much of my energy in returning to life. Give me some time at least to recover my energy' He said lazily and lay down closing his eyes.

'Moron' I scoffed.

"Just shut the fuck up... why you are going against Luna and it is not her mistake that Alpha came in mid. She was fighting for herself and sorry to say but today our Alpha is in this condition because of his own mistake and it is our Luna who is facing so much because of him. Didn't you see her condition? She went crazy and laughed like an insane person seeing him like that. She doesn't even want to believe that Alpha was not alright." I heard Max's voice and my eyes got moistened hearing him. I looked at my girl who was adjusting the pillow behind my back. Her face had paled and reddened. Her Kajol got spoiled and her eyes also became dark red, it all indicated to me that she was crying for me bitterly.

"please I request you all, if you can't support Luna then please don't increase her pain as well" Max requested to everyone. Seems like outside all the people are concerned about my girl rather than about me. They all just wanted to throw her out of the pack.

'Concern my foot.. if you didn't stop me then I would have ripped their soul from their body' Dominic growled furiously. I sighed and turned my head to look at Sana who was glaring at me.

"What happened?" I asked.

"What do you think that I don't notice? Now you got your wolf then why will you talk to me? it's good that I got to know my value on time... Talk to him only and don't come to me when you want to fulfil your desire" she said. I looked at her shockingly, dropping my jaw where Dominic laughed hearing her.

"I can't believe this, you're jealous of my wolf," I said.

"I'm not jealous of him"

"You can't lie to me, Sano... I have Dominic with me and he can smell your feeling"

"But I'm not jealous of him. In fact, I wanted to talk to him, and" She clamped up and narrowed her eyes when she found me laughing.

'You moron, can't you control your laugh. she was saying something about me.' He frowned. I held Sana's hand and made her sit beside me.

"Why do you always make fun of me?" She complained like a child.

'She is so adorable' Dominic purred in my mind like a lost puppy. I chuckled and kissed Sana's forehead.

"Are you feeling any sort of pain? Let me call the doctor," She said.

"No... Don't go outside" I yelled. She abruptly looked at me.

"What happened?"

"I mean to say don't go anywhere... Just stay with me" I said, not wanting to tell her what all the people talking about her outside the room. She nodded her head and entangled her hand with mine. We both were looking into each other's eyes, smiling like idiots who fall in love with each other.
