Sana was about to go outside the room but I held her hand.
"I'm sorry… Please don't leave me" I mumbled. She turned towards me and kept her hand on my cheek.
"I'm not leaving you nor I can think about it. I will prefer to die rather than move away from you" she said and kissed my cheeks.
"I just want to spend some time with Maya, alone. I'm going to the park… Okay"
"She is angry"
"Don't worry, let me calm her. If it doesn't work then I will call you." She said it so cutely that it brought a smile to my face.
"Why are you so cute?" I said and pulled her cheeks. She rolled her and then slapped my hand.
"We can have romance afterward also," she said and went outside the room. I sighed and sat on the couch then cursed myself for yelling at Maya.
"It was not your fault... Maya was yelling at Sana for no reason and for a second I got furious.. so it's okay."
"Yeah"
"We have to talk to Maya regarding this. she can't behave like this with Sano" Alex replied
"I can't hear anything wrong about Maya so shut your mouth."
"Talking about Maya... Here my own wolf doesn't talk to me properly." Alex mumbled to himself. I growled at him and it was enough for him to shut his mouth.

I sat on the bench in the park, near the fountain. Maya was silent since Dominic yelled at her and I can feel that she is upset about whatever happened.
"Maya" I called out to her softly.
"I'm sorry" She mumbled.
"You don't need to be… I know why you get angry with that woman." I sighed and turned my head towards the fountain.
"That woman insulted me last time, calling me slut, whore, and with many nasty words. Richard also supported her. When you take a stand for me, I come into Richard's word and start fighting with you. If anyone should say sorry is me, who is so ungrateful towards you. You always try to make me understand and show the real face of Richard but I always end up fighting with you. you always" Tear rolled from my eyes. I smiled and wiped them off.
"You always stood for me... Thank you for everything because of you, today we have a mate like Alex and Dominic" I mumbled.
"And I'm sorry for always behaving rudely with you when I should talk to you calmly," she whispered. I chuckled, knowing how hard it is for her to say sorry.
"Let's stop this sorry and thank you game and start everything fresh," I said and started talking to her about my life before marriage with Richard and she also shared about herself. She told me about their previous life in which Dominic sacrificed everything for her and she accepted a wolf despite being a human. She also shared with me that Dominic rejected his mate, Jenny, for Maya. Their love story is no less than a fairy tale except for the ending. Dominic's mother killed Maya. According to his mother, Jenny, who is like a daughter to her, killed herself in pain of losing Dominic that's why she thought to kill Maya for revenge. Dominic killed himself in the pain of losing Maya.
Their love was so strong that they were both reborn to complete their love story. I smiled seeing the power of love.
"Well, that was also a reason why I always talk to you rudely after you reveal that you got married to Richard" She sighed.
"I can understand… If I were in your place then I would have done the same."
"You're a nice person, Sana... I'm glad that I got you as my human." She said, A smile came to my lips.
"Thank you and same to you. You're an amazing person, Maya and I'm sure now I won't get into any trap like Richard's trap because you're there for me to guide me"
"I will.. by the way, how Alex treats you? Last time I remember you hated him, did anything change or it's the same?" Maya asked. I blushed to hear that and feel butterflies in my stomach thinking about Alex.
"Everything changed, Maya... He made me realise what true love is. He fulfilled my life with love for which I carved in my entire life. He cares about me and whenever I get panic attacks because of my past, he always handles me calmly. He always stood by my side, cared about me, adores me, understands me, and loves me. He does so much for me... Sometimes I'm used to questioning myself, do I deserve a person like him? He is so good." I was continuously blubbering until she stopped me and laughed.
"I got it Sana that you're madly in love with him." Maya chuckled. I blushed and realised she was telling the truth. I'm crazy behind him.
"Well, how does this magic happen?"
"After a long and many fights and misunderstandings, this magic happened" I giggled remembering our silly fights.
"I didn't get it"
"You know that I had a misunderstanding about Alex that he left us when Richard gave him an offer" I mumbled. she nodded her head in understanding.
"That day he didn't leave us, Maya. It was all a misunderstanding created by Richard and when I confronted him about this, that misunderstanding got cleared. At first, I didn't believe him but his love for me made me believe that he was telling the truth. In the first week, Everything was going so fast. Just after we cleared our misunderstanding, he arranged the Luna ceremony without asking me and at that point of time, I was not in a proper state of mind. Whatever Alex was doing, I was taking it all in a different way. He wanted to introduce me to everyone as his mate which Richard never did despite I was his wife" I gulped remembering the moments when I always requested Richard to mark me or introduce me to everyone in his pack which he never did.
"I misunderstood Alex again because he put a condition in front of me that if I wanted to give this relationship a chance then I have to come to the Luna ceremony. I thought that he was forcing me to do something which I don't want to do. I was not ready for a new relationship. I was determined that I won't go to the Luna ceremony."
"Then what happened?" Maya asked curiously.
"He changed my mind with his love. When I was getting ready in front of the mirror, I heard the sound of water coming from the washroom. I thought Alex might have left the tab open. I went to the washroom and there I accidentally injured my foot with broken pieces of mirror which were spread all over the washroom. Somehow with the help of a maid I went to Luna's ceremony after doing a temporary bandage" I started narrating everything to Maya that how I misunderstood him and that he marked someone else when I found him standing with a girl then later my misunderstanding got cleared that girl was no one but his sister, Irene who marked Stefan and Alex was standing beside her as a brother.
"After that, we started our relationship at a slow pace. First I became his girlfriend then wife and yesterday only, I confessed my love to him" I said and also told her what we did in our girlfriend-boyfriend period.
"That's amazing, Sana.. well, according to the story you tell me, Irene is a sister of Alex who is mated to Alpha Stefan, and Emily who is like a sister to Alex is mated to Beta Stefan who is also the best friend of Alex. These four people are important in his life"
"Absolutely right," I said.
"I wanted to tell you one thing" Maya mumbled nervously.
"And what is it?" I asked. I can feel her emotions and she is so nervous to share that hidden thing with me which is kind of scaring me. Don't know what is left in our life.
