His Wolf Presence

I was sleeping peacefully on my bed when I heard someone yelling. I suddenly woke up with that voice and got so scared that I accidentally dropped the bedside vase.

I look at the source of my voice, finding Alex standing on the balcony and looking at me nervously. Soon my fear turned into anger realising it was this idiot who was screaming late at night. I pick up the pillow from the bed and throw it at him angrily. He catches it and instead of saying sorry, he winks at me. I glare at him and lay down angrily, turning my face to the other side.

The next moment, a big smile came to my face when I felt his hand on my waist. He pulled me towards him and his chest collided with my back. I started breathing heavily when he started giving me soft feather kisses on my neck.

"Alex," I moaned.

"Sorry queen, to scare you. I was so happy that I reacted and yelled because of happiness" He said and sucked my earlobe. I turned towards him and accidentally touched his naked chest.

"Breath, Sano" he mumbled and I took a deep breath that I forgot to take. He drives me so crazy that I forget everything except him. All I could remember is him, his touch, his closeness.

He started kissing my neck and that's when I saw his eyes' colour change to brown. My eyes widened seeing his wolf, Dominic on the surface.

"Dominic" I mumbled and soon his colour returned to normal. He looked at me confusingly.

"Dominic?" He repeated the word like he didn't understand why I took his wolf name.

"I saw your eye's colour changed into brown"

"How could it be possible, Sano? If Dominic woke up from his deep slumber then I would have felt his presence" He said. I nod my head, understanding his point but I'm not convinced because I saw his eyes turning brown.

"I can understand your feeling," he said and cup my face "Even I'm missing him and his presence in mind"

"I'm sorry because of me, you also get detached from your wolf"

"Shh.. dare you to blame yourself for unnecessary things," he said. A smile came on my face. I nodded my head and yawned.

"We should sleep," he chuckled. I didn't say anything and came over to him, resting my head on his chest. I closed my eyes. He moved his hand on my hair and soon I heard his little snore voice. I moved my head up and looked at him.

"Don't know why I felt Dominic's presence. I saw his eyes but Alex was also right. If Dominic woke up then he would have felt his presence" I thought and again kept my head on his chest and soon I dozed up in his arms.

I opened my eyes when I felt a few drops of water falling on my face. Alex was above me, staring at me. His hair was wet, indicating to me that he just took shower. Don't know why I felt something different from his presence.

"Alex"

"Shh," He kept his finger on my lips and then leaned towards me. Again I saw his eye's colour change into brown, showing Dominic on the surface. Before I would have called his name, he smashed his lips with mine. I started responding to him when he bit on my lower lip, unlike Alex, he was kissing me roughly and his kiss was demanding. I closed my eyes and moaned his name in his mouth.

After a while, when I became out of breath he parted away from me. I opened my eyes and saw his colour back to normal. I scrunched my eyebrow.

"Alex?"

"Yeah.. why you're taking my name like you were thinking about someone else and saw me" He raised his one eyebrow. I ignored his words, knowing he was teasing me, and pinched myself to see whether I was dreaming a while before.

"What happened?" he chuckled and took my hand in his. "I was teasing you but now you're giving me a vibe like I was right. Were you expecting someone else?" he asked. I didn't reply and distance myself from him. look at his face carefully to see if he was pranking me.

"Sano, I know you're teasing me so stop giving me this look like you were expecting someone else"

"I was not teasing you but you're playing a prank on me" I scrawled.

"What?" He frowned.

"I saw Dominic and this time I'm a hundred percent sure. your colour eyes changed to brown. so stop reacting that you didn't feel Dominic's presence"

"What?"

"Alex, I'm warning you if this is any kind of prank then stop it."

"But Sano, I really don't know what you're talking about and why would I prank you, that too on such a serious topic."

"I saw Dominic," I said. He didn't say anything for a few minutes, maybe trying to contact his wolf. He looked at me and then nodded his head in the negative.

"I didn't feel his presence and even I tried to contact him but no response came," He said helplessly. I took a deep breath and then covered my face with my hand, not able to understand what was happening. I'm sure, I saw his eyes and also I felt his presence.

"Baby" I removed my hand from my face and looked at my mate who was looking worried for me.

"I know you badly wanted our wolves to come back and show their presence but something takes its time." He said. I nod my head, not able to understand what I should say. He kissed my forehead and then my nose and then my cheeks. I rolled my eyes and looked at him.

"Don't get upset like this. Go and freshen up then start your day with a beautiful smile" He said. I nodded my head and smiled. I stood up from bed and went towards my wardrobe. I took out my clothes and once again looked at Alex who was working on his laptop.

I went inside the washroom. The whole time my sanity was revolving around Dominic. I and my heart are 100% sure that I saw Dominic.

After taking shower, I came out. Alex was not in the room, maybe went for breakfast. I sighed and went towards the mirror to comb my hair. My eyes went to my mark given by Dominic which reminded me of the full moon night day and how Dominic misbehaved with me. A tear rolled from my eyes. I wiped my tears and started combing my hair. I was sitting on the chair in front of the mirror when I felt someone's presence around me. I turned my head and found a warrior standing at the door.

"What are you doing here?" I asked in a stern tone.

"Alpha Alex is calling you outside the villa," He said.

"He sent you to call me?" I asked as Alex preferred to come himself to take me whenever we go outside the villa and if he was busy then he sent a female maid to me.

He was startled by my question.

"y--yes" He stammered.

"You go... I will come in a while" I said. He nodded his head and rushed like his life was in danger. Don't know why it gives me a negative vibe that I shouldn't go but then why would Alex's own warrior harm me?
