CHAPTER 30: Unexpected Call

IVYNA woke up.

She rubbed her eyes while getting up. Until she saw the room where she was that wasn't her room.

But before she could roam her eyes again, her head ache because of the alcohol she drank last night. She held her head trying to stop its hurting.

"Coffee?"

She then looked to where the voice came from. She saw the man who helped her yesterday night to those three guys to the bar.

Instead of answering him, she scanned his body that showing off. His six pack abs was flexing while his breathing. And a bit hairy under his belly button.

"I know I'm hot but don't stare too long, I'll melt." He smirked after seeing how she stared at his body.

Ivyna rolled her eyes and looked away.

"I don't care about your body, SIR." She emphasizes the word 'sir'. He definitely is teasing her.

Taese chuckled at how cute she is.

'Damn, bro! She's too cute to handle in the morning!' He thought.

"Eat." He said. "I cooked already and I have some left. If you want to eat then eat. Don't be shy." He then went to his room to change his clothes.

Ivyna wait for him to close his door before she stood up. She walked towards the table where he pointed out the food he cooked. Her stomach growl as she saw the delicious food. She sat down. Then she gets two breads and put the bacon inside of it before eating.

'Wow! His cook taste good!' She thought.

While chewing the food, Taese door opened and Ivyna wasn't prepared for it. She choked suddenly after seeing him. She immediately gets the glass of water and drinks it.

‘Why he changed so quickly?’ she thought while drinking water.

Taese walked towards her after seeing her choking. He went beside her.

“Are you okay?” he asked worriedly.

Ivyna nodded still calming herself.

“I-I’m okay.” She replied. But she was surprised to see Taese sitting next to her. She recoiled in shock. “W-why are you here so sudden… You’re standing there,” she pointed out where his room was and looked at him. “Then now you are already here?”

‘Did she wait for me?’ he thought.

A smile curve to his lips. He puts his arm to the table and put his check on it and faces her.

“Waiting for me huh?” he teased.

After recovering from the choke, Ivyna composed herself before rolling her eyes to him. What he said change her mood again.

“Dream on, sir.” She stood up and walked back to the sofa to get her things.

Taese’ eyes followed her. And his eyes stared at her ass. He licked his lips before biting.

‘Nice ass.’ He thought.

Ivyna get her things before she faced her boss and she saw him biting his lips.

“I’m going, sir. Thank you for letting me stay here last night.” She slung the bag over her shoulder and about to walk away when Taese stood up from his seat and blocked her away. “Do you need anything, sir?”

Taese smiles at how pierce she is. ‘I like it.’ He thought.

He crossed his arm and put his right hand to his chin while looking at her.

“Hm… can you give it to me?” then his eyes dropped to his breast.

Ivyna immediately covered herself.

“Pervet!”

She pushed him away and walked out of his condo. She heard the laughs from him before she closed the door.

“He’s really annoying!” she exclaimed while walking to the elevator.

Ivyna called a taxi when he reached the outside of the condominium. While she’s on her way home, her phone suddenly rings. She gets it from her bag and sees the name of July in her screen. July is calling her. She immediately presses the button to answer her call.

“Hello—“

“Where are you? Did something happen to you? Were you kidnapped? Where are you? Ivyna! Ivyna, answer me!”

Ivyna put the cellphone away to her ear because of July's repeated shouts from the other line.

“Hey, calm down. I’m fine. How about you? Are you still in the bar?”

Ivyna heard her sighed.

“I thought something happened to you coz when I wake up I can’t find you.” July said relieved. “No, I’m not in the bar anymore. I’m going home. How about you? Where are you? Why I’m hearing weird noises from your background?”

“I’m on my way to my home too.”

“Huh? Then, where did you sleep? You’re not that drunk last night right?— Oh! My! Gosh! Don’t tell me you had sex last night—“

Ivyna cut her off.

“I’m not!” She said. “Don’t think anything weird! Sir Taese was there last night and she saw me so she takes me to his condo—“

“WHAT?!” she shouted. “OH! MY! GOSH! Did you just had a one night stand with our boss’ grandson—“

“JULY!” I irritate shouted. “We’ll talk tomorrow in the office. Go, take a rest!” then she ended the call.

She face palm. Seems to have lost her headache with July's antics. She put back her phone to his bag and looks outside of the window. She’s still sleepy. When she reached her home, there’s no one in their home. Because of headache and sleepy, she walks directly to her room and take a rest.

Exactly two in the afternoon when she heard her phone rings. She ignored it and did not answer. She’s still sleepy to answer it. She moves her head to other side. But the caller is persistent. Her phone rings again but she did not answer again in the second time. She covers her head using the pillow. But again the caller rings her phone again, she irritated throw the pillow. She didn’t bother to open her eyes. She gets her phone and answers the phone.

“I told you we will talk tomorrow. I’m still sleepy—“

“Hm.”

She froze hearing different voice from the caller. She thought it was July but the voice wasn’t girl’s voice but a male.

She opens her eyes and looks at her cellphone’s screen and saw an unknown caller on it. Shere turned the phone back to her ear.

“Who is this? What do you need? I don’t have money so back off—“

She was cut off by the laugh of the caller. That’s when the voice sink in to her mind.

‘Oh no! Don’t tell me this is—‘

“As I remember, we’re the one who’s paying you.” Taese said in the line.

“S-Sir…”

“No other than.” He proudly said.

“W-What… H-How… W-why…”

He laughs. “Easy there.”
