Chapter 32
CHAPTER 32: WALLPAPER
Ivyna sighed while standing and looking at the big building in front of her.
'What comes to my mind to agree with this?' She thought.

"S-Sir, can I stay here instead?" she answered after hearing the name of her going to be boss. "I-I'm comfortable with your company and...and—"
"Nah-ah," Mr. Mion shook his head. "You already agreed. There's no way you can take it back."
'I'm doomed!' She thought.
She tried to please Mr. Mion but Mr. Mion already sent the mail voice to his grandson. And she almost lost her soul when she heard the respond of the beast in the other line.
"Well, then, I'll see her tomorrow." Taese' voice said.

"Good morning, ma'am." The Guard greeted her.
She smiled. "Good morning. Can I know what floor Mr. Villafuento's office?"
"Fifth floor, Ma'am. Left corner. May I know what do you need to him so I can inform him?"
She nodded.
"I am Ivyna Ortiz, her new secretary."
It took five minutes before the guard let her go. She entered the company while roaming her eyes around. And she noticed that everyone was looking at her every time she passed at them.
She entered the elevator and clicked the floor what the guard said. She waited for almost three minutes before the elevator rang and open the door.
Every door, she scanned it to find Taese office. Until she's in the last room of the floor and he saw the name tag on the door, 'Mr. Boss.'
She smirked after reading it.
'Tss. Even in his office he's so full of himself and arrogant.' She thought.
She sighed and she fixed the bag on her shoulder before she knocked to the door.
But no one respond.
She knocked again but still no one open the door.
'Is he not here?' She thought.
She was about to knocked again when the door suddenly open on itself own.
"I told you, don't disturb me—"
Taese was cut off when he saw Ivyna's image standing in front of his door. Is he seeing things?
Ivyna rolled her eyes when Taese stood there like a stone. He looked like he saw a ghost or something. That he even can't talk nor move.
She knows waiting for him to talk was impossible so she made the move.
She bowed and greeted him.
"Good morning, Sir. I am Ivyna Ortiz, your new secretary." She smiled. A plastic smile.
Taese shook his head after Ivyna greeted him. And a smirked appeared to his lips.
"Oh," he said surprisingly. "I've never thought you'll be here this early."
Ivyna rolled her eyes again. She knew he's her new boss now but she can't forget how bad he was to her.
"I've never thought I'll be working with you again, SIR."
He smiled and opened the door widely.
"Come in."
She marched inside his room. And all he can see inside his room was color black.
"There." Taese point out the corner where a single table and chair. "That space, you will do your work there."
She didn't answer. She walked to the space and put down her bag before sitting down. On a table, there's a laptop and some notes and ballpen to use. And there's a single cabinet on the table, too.
"How about you start your work with the greeting your new boss?" Taese said.
Ivyna faced him still sitting down.
"I greeted you before I walk inside of your office, Sir."
"Our office," he said, correcting her.
"Your office," she said.
Taese crossed his arms in his chest.
"Is that how you talked to my grandfather? How rude, Ms. Ortiz."
Ivyna calmed herself. She knows she's being rude but she can't stop it. Especially, in front of this man.
"I'm sorry, sir." she stood up and bowed at him. "Good morning, sir."
"Don't call me sir. Call me," he paused. "Mr. Villafuento."
"Good morning, Mr. Villafuento." She greets him again.
Taese smiled at her.
"Good." He nodded. "For now, you can check what your work is."
She nodded before sitting down again. She opened the laptop in front of her and she almost scream when the wallpaper appeared. It scared the hell out of her.
It's Taese.
It's his picture.
He's posing like he's the real boss there. He’s sitting on a chair while holding a black note in his right hand and a pen on his left hand while staring directly at the camera.
She can't take her eyes off his picture. He's really a fine and handsome. Though, those traits can down because of his attitude. He has thin, reddish, and kissable lips. Have a big but pointed nose. And a small mole under his lower lip. She can't deny that he's attractive. He really is. But she doesn’t like him. Never will she be. Never!
"I told you to check your work not to check my picture."
She almost fell down to her seat when she heard the voice of his boss. She immediately close the laptop and turned her head towards where Taese was. He's looking at her and smiling like crazy.
"I-I'm not!" she utters. "I'm just... I'm just checking—"
"—me out?" he smiled. "You can check me out here." he confidently suggests.
"No, thanks, Mr. Villafuento." She turned her back at him and almost cursed herself.
'The hell you doing, self?! Change the wallpaper!' She thought.
She embarrassed at herself. She changed the wallpaper with a sunflower. She sighed when it finally changed.
Silence filled the office.
Taese, who's secretly peeking a glance at her, smiled seeing her doing her work. While Ivyna busied herself checking the schedule in the laptop.
Taese smirked while staring at her back.
'Hmm... What should I do to catch your attention?' He thought. 'No one dares to talk to me like you did. How interesting.'
