CHAPTER 26 - THE FIRST DATE
Three days after the dinner with her mother Courtney called her friend to give updates on what happen. All throughout their phone call Nicolo keeps squealed and screaming worse than any woman she knows. Nicolo claimed that the guy is in love with her but Courtney insisted that it was just act but did not deny the fact that they were attracted to each other.
"My brother is right you're like a walking lunatic." Nathalia breaks her trance.
"I almost kill your brother for teasing me these past few days, would you like to be on his grave too?" Courtney playfully said.
“Nah I’m still enjoying my freedom so no thanks.” Her assistant/friend flipped her hair.
“That’s what I thought so, otherwise I can tell your parents about this hunk you had a night with in Spain.” Courtney joked some more.
“Oh God, please don’t. You can be lunatic as much as you want just don’t tell them about it.” She speaks in horror.
“Don’t worry your secret is safe with me.” Courtney winked.
That part is true; Courtney will not do anything that can jeopardize her friendship with the siblings. She loves them both like a real brother and sister and she will do anything to protect them. They can be cheeky, mean and fun at the same time but she will not exchange them for anything.
“So, share the juicy details of the hot sex you had with that hunk of yours.” Nathalia giggled.
"Not a chance!” Courtney dropped the topic but her face was blushing.
“You’re thinking about him huh, wait what was his name again?” She teased more.
“Fine, his name is Ben as in that Ben.” Courtney knew her secretary got it.
“Oh my God! Does he even know about your stories with your parents?” Her assistant asked amused.
“It’s so embarrassing, so I won’t.” She said while opening her laptop.
“Don’t you think it’s better that he knows about it so at least he will be prepared what to answer to your parents?” Nathalia’s suggestion had thinking for a moment.
“Mamà actually slipped that information during the meet up and I haven’t talked to Ben about it.” Courtney stops moving for a minute.
“You’re lucky your man didn’t ask it yet but I’m pretty sure he is thinking about that.” Nathalia was right on that.
“I’ll get that sorted out and find the right timing.” Courtney can only pray that Ben will not think of her like a madcap.
“Atta girl! That’s the spirit!” She fist bump on the air.
“Call the first patient so we can finish early.” Courtney ordered kindly.
“Someone has a date.” Her assistant snooped some more.
“Yeah, Ben is picking me up.” She confirmed while going over through the files on her laptop.
"Courtney has a date." She keeps singing while walking out of the office.
Courtney didn’t mind all those teasing and continued paying attention to her job. She started doing sessions with her patients up until the afternoon that she even forgot to get her lunch, thank God her Secretary bought her usual meal. It was around five in the afternoon when she was once again heard her intercom.
"Your prince charming has just arrived.” Her secretary informed her.
Just then Courtney saw Ben's car was parked outside the building and is already heading his way to her clinic.
“He's on his way here.” Courtney immediately stood up.
“Now I know why you keep daydreaming ha ha ha!” Nathalia mess with her again.
“Quiet and let me re-touch my make up.” Courtney took her purse.
“He is seems to be a nice catch and great in bed huh." She added.
“Shh, I’m going to pee please tell him I'll be right out in five. Thanks!" Courtney rushed to the restroom to do her business.
After washing her hands, she fixed her dress to straighten the wrinkled part. She sprayed her favorite perfume; applied some blush on and put on the new lip gloss she bought. Three minutes top she came back inside her office while calming her nerves.
"Hi guys!” Courtney saw Ben talking with Nathalia.
"Finally you're here! I thought you were flushed inside the toilet." Nathalia is giggling.
“Hey!” Ben came up to peck her lips.
“I believed you two have met?” Courtney spoke after Ben pulled away.
“Yeah we did, and I told him a lot of things about you.” She confirmed.
“Sorry about my crazy Assistant.” Courtney eyed her to behave.
“Don’t believe that she is the one crazy about you and--” Her secretary was stopped when Courtney pulled her to the side.
“Oh okay! I’m ready to go.” Courtney gathered her bag.
“Don’t forget to use protection!" Nathalia yelled.
Courtney gave her one last warning look but she ignored it she swear the grounds are ready to swallow her with embarrassment. Ben on the other hand seems not affected instead he just chuckle while guiding her to his car. They decided to get a take away since Courtney was dead beat from the past three days since she already started the cooking class.
“I’ll go freshen up will you be okay here?” Courtney just finished locking the door.
“Is that an invitation?” Ben went closer to her.
“Depends if you’re coming.” Courtney responded seductively.
Ben saw the lust on her eyes and without any more words, he grabbed her sweet bums and Courtney wrapped her legs between his waists. They started kissing hungrily and no one dares to stop the momentum. Ben takes her shirt off and Courtney did the same with his buttons. Just as when they about to get to inside bedroom the doorbell rings.
“Guess that's the Chinese food we ordered.” Courtney spoke breaking their intense make out.
"Go freshen up I’ll get it.” Ben spanked her ass.
“Ben!” Courtney gasped.
"I've been meaning to do that since I saw you got out of the restroom.” Ben smirked.
Courtney thought the shower will get her libido cool down but it only leaves her more bothered. She put the cold shower instead and somehow that helps her temperature to cool down. When she got off form the shower Ben was still half naked and patiently waiting for her at the table. When Courtney saw the sweet and sour fish fillet with dumplings her stomach grumbles signaling she’s hungry.
“You can sit here.” Ben pulled her on his lap.
“I won’t be able to eat properly if I’m sitting on you.” Courtney became flustered.
“I want you here...hmm you smell so good.” Ben whispered in her ear.
“Let’s eat first and I’ll let you do whatever you want.” Courtney said seductively.
“I’ll make sure to taste every inch of you.” Ben was tempted to forget the food and have her.
“I’m counting on that but right now I’m starving,” Courtney digs in to the food and forget their sitting position.
“I can see that now.” Ben laughed and watched her in admiration.
Ben also started eating his red beans and fried tofu with egg rice. They talked about how their day was and their schedules for the rest of the week.
