Mesmerised Kind Of Combat
DAMON'S POV;
"You're good, but not good enough." I winked at her, holding the urge to groan. Her eyes blazed with fire. Damn, I hit a nerve.
"We'll see about that." She hissed as she launched a devastating blow towards my midsection. Fuck! I narrowly evaded her attack and retaliated with a hit on her back knees. She fell on one knee and glared at me. I'd like to see her do that to me in bed.
Our bodies danced in a mesmerising kind of combat with every of our movements calculated, and precise. Just like the last time we had a combat, everything seemed to fade away. We became so self-absorbed in comparison as our focus lingered on each other.
"I see that's all you got." She taunted with a small smirk. She was two different persons in one body for real. Her arrogance was the hard-headed side of her. I didn't waste time taking her hand and whirling her so her back was turned to me.
"You wouldn't think so if I had you screaming my name, as I took you in different positions." I whispered and she visibly gulped. "Every move you make determines how long you'll scream my name. I'm counting, my little slut." I released her and smirked when I knew my words got to her. My confidence surged. "I'm just getting started, amore." My voice dripped with resolve.
Then we continued to exchange blows, I made sure I wasn't so hard on her like I'd be on Leo. She was too fragile. I just hoped she dodged every one of my blows which she did, thankfully. Elena launched herself in the air and was about to execute a spin kick. Damn, I didn't see that coming but I reacted swiftly ducking under her attack before delivering another kick to her weak point, just to annoy her. It worked because I saw her breathe as she landed on the ground. She didn't stay down for long, and I smirked. Good. She regained her footing and I could just see the fierceness bubbling within her. She instantly retaliated with a series of strikes, aiming mainly for the vulnerable points on my body. My surprise was increasing each moment. When did she learn to be this swift? I was better than her no doubt in that, but she was better than she used to be, way better. But I was more experienced in combat than she was. I had to admit though, she had a burning determination. It was sexy.
Our exchange of blows intensified and it looked like she wasn't ready to back down anytime soon. Our movements became blurry with speed. The echoes of our fist resonated in the air and I had to admit that I was so proud of who she'd become and who she was becoming.
Sweat trickled down my brows as I tarried all her moves. She became frustrated, but that was the point. I wanted her to be frustrated so her attacks would be faster and sharper. She made me break a sweat. That was a thumbs-up.
"You can't defeat me even if you try Elena. Just back down." I taunted, trying to see if she'd actually give up, but she didn't. She only looked at me fiercely without a reply and moved faster and sharper. It was no play this time. That's it. She was doing it. Punch after punch she came at me but I was swift in my movements, dodging sideways and backwards. Times without numbers, I slapped her hand away. She was stronger than she used to be. I wanted to see how long she could really hold up. There was no taunting this time and continued to parry away all her moves and she seemed really frustrated.
She wasn't giving any space for me or herself to recover. I knew that move, I'd gone through it over the years and knew how it worked. She couldn't beat me in this, but how long could she last? How determined was she? Her gaze narrowed and her focus unyielding. Her moves were more calculated and executed, but I didn't leave any part of me open for her. She'd have to find out how to get to me. Leo and Jessie cheered like a crowd. Our movements became more ferocious with relentlessness. I smirked. All this while she didn't know she had this version inside of her. She was too scared to bring it out. The room was filled with the sounds of our groans and grunts, and the swish of our movements.
I really couldn't wait to see her better than this. The moments when she'd look at her enemies with no remorse in her eyes. In my world, there was no such thing as remorse and she had to learn that. You either kill or get killed. I could see the lack of remorse in her. She had it. It was right there and she needed it. Her relentlessness was something that I'd never witnessed before in any woman I'd met. She really didn't back down. She was never going to. Wasn't it just better to end it all? But I wanted to test something.
"You're still as weak as you used to be. Imagine if your uncle saw you this way, he'd probably mock you to death." I said and that triggered her. I really did because she stopped her attack. Any opponent would have taken advantage of that. "Your father maltreated you and you let him. Ask yourself if you're even doing enough. He will still be able to kick your ass if you're still this weak. And the people that didn't care about..." That did the trick. She raced towards me and delivered a very fierce blow in my middle section. I back paddled but she didn't leave any time for me to recover as she came after me with spin kicks and fists. Damn, I felt that. I really felt it. And this time she hit me at the back of my knee and for the first time in twelve years I was on my knees. Leo and Jessie had stunned looks on their faces.
"You're good, Antonio," Elena admitted, her voice tinged with a begrudging respect. "But I won't go down without a fight. Anymore."
"Wait a fucking minute," Leo said. "Did you go easy on her? You didn't use your fist?"
"Did you expect me to raise my hand on a woman? You saw it yourself. I stopped going easy."
"I can't believe it. You just sent Damon Antonio to his knees." Leonardo announced.
"You won this time. State your deal." I stated and she smirked. Oh, I understood alright.
