Episode 26

“it's time guys!” Jerry screamed with excitement. “alright dudes, let's go!” Ace said and walked out,Jerry walked to his grandma table and picked up the loaf of bread lying there. he ate it quickly and drank some water. “Isn't that meant for your grandma, we already had some already ” Shaw said.

“shh..let's go” Jerry whispered. he left with Shaw and they met Ace waiting. “you're ready” Ace asked. “Yeah let's roll!” Jerry said. they all started approaching the van. “oh the guns,are they in the van already” Jerry asked.

“yeah,I..” “Jerry you motherfucker,you Ate my bread! ” Jerry's grandma screamed from inside. “shit!,quick let's go” Jerry said.

They all got in the van and quickly ignited the engine, his grandma came out holding a stick. “you motherfucker!,don't come back here with your silly friends,I'll kill you all!” She yelled.

They quickly zoomed off!

“Your grandma's a psycho! ” Shaw said, “yeah..she's a bit of a psycho! ” Jerry said, they all laughed.

They drove to the intended place and stopped after reaching a safe distance. Shaw was seen entering a house. he sneaked in and went to their rooftop. He laid down and positioned his rifle, zoomed in and saw two men standing in the entrance of Greg's building,He aimed at one and shot.

The gun already had a suppressor, so the sound was barely heard. The second man was shocked as he quickly tried to take cover. he appeared to be holding a walkie talkie Shaw quickly swung into action, fortunately for Shaw, he didn't know where the shot came from so he was still spotted by Shaw.

Shaw aimed and shot the second man, he stood up and waved at Ace and Jerry who were still in the van waiting for his signal. “good, he's done with the guards!” Ace said and drove to Greg's house.

They parked their car. there were two bodies lying on the floor. Ace picked their walkie talkie and gave Jerry one, they dragged the bodies and hid them in a nearby bush.

“Alright it's time” Ace said,He waved his hands at Shaw position,he opened the gate and sneaked in slowly. Their were armed men roaming around,Ace and Jerry hid them selves.

A guard was approaching them,“we have one incoming..” Jerry said. “wait,Shaw will take care of him we should try to do things more silently to avoid cops ” Ace said.

The guard suddenly dropped and fell with a great thud. The sound from his fall was heard. “everything okay there ” A voice said. “Am gonna check on him” the voice said again.

He approached where the sound came from. “Another one is coming” Jerry said,“Shaw got it bro..chill” Ace said.

The man approached the place and saw the body of his mate. He was shocked at the sight of the body, Shaw quickly fired but missed. he hit a chair instead. The man was quickly alerted, “shit..we've got intruders,take..” Ace came out of his hiding and shot him.

“great,now they know we're here,let's finish this ourselves” Ace said and held his rifle well “cover me mother fucker” He said and started firing at the men. They shot back and missed.

Jane suddenly stood up when she heard a gun shot, more gunshots were heard and she quickly hid herself.

“boss,we have intruders!” Chris's guard yelled. Chris grabbed a gun from one of his man and ran upstairs. Ace and Jerry barged in and started shooting at Chris's men. After some long period of exchanging fires,Ace and Jerry dropped the last man with a shot right through his head.

“Alright,I think we are clear” Ace said and stood up. He had took cover behind a chair when they shot at the men rapidly. They went to the bodies and checked them out,“I can't find Chris here,he's hiding somewhere ..”Ace said.

“He's probably upstairs..” Jerry said, Ace led the way and they went upstairs. They checked each room but was all empty,They reached the last room,Ace opened the last door slowly and quickly ducked when Chris pointed his gun and fired at him. He shot at Jerry too but wasn't quick enough to hit him.

“oh..you have made up a team now huh” Chris said. “you're gonna let me go now..or I'll shoot her!” Chris said,and dragged Jane's hair.

“let me go you stupid asshole! ” Jane yelled at him. “shut up bitch!, So how is it gonna be,you gonna let me leave now or you'll let her die” Chris said.

Ace was quite,he sat on the floor at the entrance and looked at Jerry who was panting heavily. he was thinking on what to do next, “Are you dead already..” Chris yelled from the room.

“Alright what do you want me to do” Ace asked, “What are you doing dude..” Jerry whispered. “Trust me..” Ace said.

“Alright..you are gonna slide your weapon to me slowly and am gonna leave with her” Chris yelled. “Alright..am gonna do it now” Ace said.

“No..don't do it” Jerry whispered and tried to stop Ace from getting up. Ace stood up and raised his guns up. He dropped it slowly and kicked it to Chris. “And your friend" Chris asked.

Ace nodded at Jerry, He stood up too and Slid his weapon to Chris. “good!..Now move out of my way!” Chris yelled as he approached the door,he pointed his gun at them and held Jane.

Ace and Jerry moved out of the way, Chris walked out of the room still pointing his gun at them. “maybe you aren't so smart after all..” Chris said and aimed at Ace, he shot him!.

“No!” Jane screamed, “common bitch let's go!” Chris yelled and dragged Jane out.

“Shit!,what's going on down there?” Shaw said. He watched as Chris dragged Jane out of the house. He tried aiming at him but they were moving too fast,and Jane was also too close to Chris. He doesn't want to make any mistake. This was is second time handling a sniper and wasn't good at it yet.

He watched as Chris went out of the house and forced Jane to get in Jerry's van,they drove off. “shit!..what has happened to Ace and Jerry ” Shaw said as he rushed down the building.

He ran to Greg's mansion and went in..

“Hey Ace, are you okay” Jerry said. “hugh..he wasn't a good shooter he shot my upper left shoulder..” Ace said and groaned.

“you psycho,I told you not to do it” Jerry yelled. “Chill..am fine,there was no other way though ” Ace said. “wait here am gonna go get Shaw.. Oh he's here already” Jerry said as Shaw walked in.

“shit..Ace,are you okay ” Shaw asked. Ace nodded and groaned softly, “Did you see him leave with Jane” Jerry asked Shaw, Shaw nodded.

“and you couldn't even take a shot” Jerry said,“i couldn't.. Jane was too close to him”,Shaw said.

“you're just a pathetic shooter,you can't handle a sniper rifle! ” Jerry yelled. “Are you two.. gonna argue.. till I bleed to death” Ace asked. “oh sorry.. come on help me pick him up, let's go home” Jerry said to Shaw.

They picked Ace up and they left the house. “He took our van,let's use one of his cars” Shaw said, “What!..he took my car.. why did he do that ” Jerry asked.

“guess he misplaced his car keys and was in a hurry” Shaw said and chuckled,“I saw a key on the table inside the house, wait here I'll go get it” Shaw said and went back in.

“Ace rested on the car and waited for Shaw,he soon came back holding the key,They got in and drove home..

Ace was treated by Jerry's grandma, she used to be a nurse, “How did he get shot” Jerry's grandma asked as she cleaned Ace wound after removing the bullet.

“Emm..we were attacked by some robbers, They asked for our cash but we refused, we fought them and Ace ended up getting shot” Jerry said.

“Oh..you should roam around more carefully this days Jerry..” She said.

“Alright.. that would do,he should get some rest now,he'll be okay by tomorrow..maybe” Jerry's grandma said.

Ace stood up and went to the room He had always slept in since he came to the house, he laid on the bed and thought of what happened,The pain was making him feel quite uncomfortable.
