,“Oh, common in here..they won't spot us!" Ace suddenly said. They quickly his behind a bush. Ace and Brian waited patiently till the men ran past them.

Ace sighed and came out of his hiding spot. Brain also did. “Now, would you kindly tell me what's in the case!?" Brian asked. ”Let's get the fuck ouuta here first!" Ace replied. “No!, I'm not leaving this spot until you tell me what's in the case!" Brian insisted.

“Fine, goddluck!" Ace said and started walking away. “Alright, I take that back. Wait up!" Brian yelled chasing after him.

He caught up with Ace again. “Why did you resist calling for backup?" Brian asked. “it wasn't necessary.. " Ave replied. “What do you mean it wasn't necessary, it sure was the right thing to do!" Brian said. “You won't understand..” Ace replied.

“Then explain things to me. I saved your life there, you owe me one.." Brian said. Ace sighed and looked around. “The case contains money!" Ace whispered. “What!, money? " Brian asked. Ace nodded in affirmation.

“I'm not buying that, how would a cop be carrying around a case of money at the dead of nights. What for?" Brian asked. “Alright, I would open the case and show it to you. Do not make a stupid noise!" Ace said.

He slowly unlocked the case and opened it slowly. “Holy fuck!! " Brian exclaimed seeing the bundles of dollars in the case. “Where the hell did you get that!?" Brian asked. “It's a long story.." Ace replied. “What do you Wang to do with such money, did you steal it!?" Brian asked.

“Enough questions, let's go to my place now!" Ace said and continued walking. They walked for about thirty minutes before finally reaching a road with some few cars still roaming despite it's late.

They soon spotted a taxi and waved it down. They boarded it home..

Ace and Brian walked in and sat feeling very weak. “Now, tell me where you got the money! " Brian said. “Oh, Is your wife and kid in?" He whispered. “No, they've left town.." Ace replied. “Okay, so the money? " Brian asked.

“You have to promise not to disclose this to anyone.. " Ace said. “Alright, I promise.." Brian replied. “Someone out there wants my family dead, he has my Daughter with him already and is threatening to kill her If I don't provide him 5 million dollars in 24 hours! " Ace replied.

“was it the guys from the booby trap house? " Brian asked. “Yes, it's him.." Ace replied. “Who is he, what the hell does he want!?" Brian asked furiously. “he's seeking revenge for his daughter's death.." Ace replied.

“Alright, let me guess..You implanted an explosive in a rival's car and it exploded in the wrong place?" Brian asked. “Yeah, that was what happened.. " Ace replied. “When did this happen?" Brian asked. “Five years ago.." Ace replied.

Brian spotted Ace's phone lying on the table. He was so tempted to pick it up and call for help. He sighed and went closer to the briefcase which was still left open.

“Holy Molly, this is some serious cash. I think I'll just take this and keep it for safe keeping!" Brian said and picked a bundle. He hid it in his inner jacket. “Hey where exactly did you get the money?" Brian yelled.

“I got it from a man named Big Dog. He is some drug dealer or something.." Ace replied. Brian stood up and walked to the kitchen. “BD?" Brian asked.

“Yes, you know him?” Ace asked. “Of course I do. You said he gave you all this money for free!?" Brian asked. “Emm, was I supposed to buy it from him!?" Ace said jokingly. “You don't get. Big dog, or Even any other person won't just give you such money just like that!” Brian said.

“I know, we struck a deal. I am his property now. I must do whatever he asks me to!" Ace replied. “What!, do you know what he might ask you to do?, he's a fucking drug dealer!" Brian said.
