Chapter 8 Trading Formula

The cubicle was quiet for a while, everyone doing their own things.

"Ron."

Meka Anders suddenly spoke: "When I was at the train station, I saw two people with the same color hair as you. Are they your brothers??"

Ron dozed off a little, seemed very sleepy, and became more energetic when he heard Meka's voice.

But when he talked about his brother, he yawned again:

"yes."

"Those two pranksters were on this train too."

Meka smiled and said:

"I just entered school and I don't understand many things. I want to ask them for advice."

"I wonder which carriage they are in?"

"What do you want me to ask you?" Ron sighed: "Aside from causing trouble in school, what else can those two guys do?"

"If you really want to find them, you have to go to Car No. 7, where they are all senior students."

"That's okay."

Meka smiled, threw a bag of Bibi's All-flavored Beans to Ron, said hello to Harry and Hermione, stood up and left the compartment.

The aisle of the train is a bit narrow and can only accommodate two people.

Meka looked around as she walked.

A boy dressed elegantly was leaning against the door of the compartment, stroking the owl with shiny hair on his shoulder.

Some people were walking around arm-in-arm, gossiping about the past headmaster of Hogwarts.

A poor student with patched clothes was sitting in the corner uncomfortably, his head lowered and he didn't know what he was thinking.

"Cars No. 1 to 4 seem to be new students."

Meka glanced at the iron plate of the No. 5 carriage in front of her.

The students in carriages No. 1 to 4 were wearing all kinds of costumes.

But from the moment I walked into Car No. 5, I saw that most of them were wearing uniform black wizard robes. They were probably second-year students or above.

Meka didn't stop and went all the way to Car No. 7.

He saw that the students here were all slightly taller, and as soon as he walked in, he immediately attracted many looks.

Meka didn't pay much attention.

He watched for a while and saw two thin red-haired teenagers sitting in the compartment at the end of the carriage.

These two people were sitting alone, solitary, unlike other cubicles where there were at least three or four people.

But the atmosphere was lively.

They were chatting animatedly, with a mess of things on the table, and seemed to be working on a great business plan.

"Found it."

Meka knocked on the door.

The crisp sound of the glass door caught their attention.

They looked over together.

Meka saw that the two of them looked almost identical.

Red hair, freckled face, tall and thin figure.

Even the doubtful expressions are so similar.

"Who are you?"

"newborn?"

This is what two people said.

Meka Anders smiled.

"Hello, I am Ron's friend, Meka Anders. Ron said that he has two very smart brothers who are also on this train, and I thought I should come and get to know them."

"Hey!"

The twin brothers looked at each other and smiled.

"Listen, that guy Ron can still say good things about us?"

"Hehe, it's okay if he doesn't scold us."

"Forget it, who wants to know the truth?"

"That's right. I'm George Weasley." The boy with a slightly longer face said.

The other one also stood up, his face was rounder. He smiled and said: "My name is Fred Weasley. What do you want from us?"

Meka likes this straight-to-the-top chat.

He nodded and smiled:

"I read in a book about a magical potion that can give people excellent luck."

"I don't have access to it. But I heard that you seniors do?"

George Weasley rolled his eyes: "Are you talking about Fuling Potion?"

Fred Weasley scratched his head:

"This is not easy to handle. This is only available in sixth grade courses, and we don't have the recipe."

"Furthermore, I heard that the production process of Fuling Potion is a bit complicated and prone to accidents. It also has serious side effects, so if junior students ask for the formula, they may be punished by the school."

"It may be deduction of credits, or expulsion...you know, this kind of thing can be big or small."

Meka frowned.

If the school doesn't allow it, even if you go to the sixth grade to find someone, there may not be anyone willing to give you the formula.

"But it's not impossible."

George blinked at Meka: "If we have some money, maybe we can find its formula."

Hearing this, Meka knew there was something going on.

There was a look of embarrassment on his face: "This is not easy to handle. I only have this semester's pocket money with me, and the extra money may only be a few silver coins."

"Oh." Fred frowned: "This is too little. If there were a little more, things might be done faster."

Meka immediately gritted his teeth: "If you can get the formula for it now, I'd be willing to squeeze out a gold galleon."

George and Fred looked at each other and chuckled.

But he quickly put away his happy expression.

George coughed and said seriously: "Fred, are you going or should I go?"

Fred straightened his collar and walked out of the cubicle first.

"I'll go, George, you take over with Meka...well, can I call you that?"

Meka shrugged: "Of course."

"Okay, give me a few minutes."

Fred passed towards the eighth car.

Meka and George were sitting in the cubicle.

Meka looked at the items on the table.

There was a potion that was as black as charcoal, a half-roll of parchment, and a transparent and sticky substance that looked like snot.

There are more strange items that cannot be named.

Meka is obviously very interested in such old items.

After all, that's how Domon's wand came from.

"Can I see them?" Meka asked.

George showed a professional smile: "Of course, just take a look. I also have a lot of great things here, high quality and low price."

Meka nodded.

He started looking through the items on the table.

The outer bottle of the potion is covered with white paper, with crooked words written on it: "Snot Potion: Drinking a trick potion that makes your nose runny."

This seems to be a magic potion that George and the others concocted themselves.

The half-roll of parchment looked very dated, but when Meka picked it up, it didn't trigger the space in his mind. He put it back with some disappointment.

He didn't dare to pick up the snot-like thing. It had an unpleasant smell, like a moldy battery. He just touched it a little with his finger, but it didn't react at all.

After touching everything on the table, Meka was inevitably disappointed.

None of them are what they want.

"Are you interested in old things?"

George looked at Meka's expression and said a tentative sentence.

Meka nodded: "I am indeed interested. If you have old objects or strange objects in the future, you can show them to me. If they are suitable, I am willing to spend money to buy them."

George's eyes lit up: "What kind of old items are you looking for? Or can any of them be used?"

What kind of old items?

Meka thought for a moment and replied:

"It's better to be a murder prop left at a murder scene, an old thing that survived a magical accident... Well, don't look at me like that, I just like to read some detective novels about the Muggle world."

George snorted, looking astonished.

Not long after, Fred came back.

As soon as he opened the door, he looked regretful:

"What a pity."

Meka was looking forward to seeing the formula of Fuling Potion, and when she heard this, she couldn't help but frown.

Was there an accident?

Fred suddenly laughed: "Just a joke."

"I got the stuff back. Hehe, a good-looking girl copied the recipe for the Fuling Potion, and it still has a bit of fragrance. Meka, you are lucky."

The two of them immediately winked.

Meka didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

He took the formula of Fuling Potion, opened it and looked at it:

"Quicksand grass stems, fire-grey ostrich egg shells... grass ridge insects."
