♥ CHAPTER EIGHTY''FOUR♥
Elisabeth.
I wake up feeling headaches from thinking about too many things yesterday. I know I promised to stay calm, but it's impossible. I know this isn't good for the baby, and the worst of all is that I'm having a lot of nightmares, always supported by Rosa, she stays with me until I fall asleep, and everything scares me so much that I've reached the point of being afraid to sleep . I so wish they were with me, but those unfortunates aren't here and I hope they're all okay.
I sigh and get up, heading to the bathroom. I look at my appearance and I look like a zombie, my face is horrible. I sigh and get rid of my pajamas to shower.
Ah, I really needed this, it's so good.
Having taken a shower, I hear someone knocking on the bedroom door and I tell them to come in, already knowing who it is.
Soon, Rosa enters, worried.
'' Hi honey, how are you? he asks, approaching me.
Sigh.
“I don't know how to explain it, Rose. I'm barely sleeping because of these damn nightmares, and on top of that I'm so worried about those idiots who won't even make a phone call.
She runs her hand over my face affectionately.
'' My love, they are doing their job, I know how it feels to be worried, I also don't like it when they take so long, especially when they don't care, but I know that they are all too strong and will do anything to get back to you . So stop worrying and get those worries out of your little head. Try to distract yourself a little, that might help you sleep. She smiles and I reciprocate. “Why don't we have a little pajama party? Me, you and the girls, what do you think?
I smile.
“That would be really cool, Rosa, it'll help distract me. I say, feeling a little excited.
“Then it's settled, let's have a sleepover. Rose smiles. '' I'll talk to them, finish getting ready and go down for breakfast.
'' Yes ma'am.
She laughs and leaves me alone again.
A pajama party. I never had many girlfriends, that's really good.
I walk to the closet and wear the first outfit I see ahead, it's a gray dress that goes down to my knees. I only wear panties underneath, I don't like to wear a bra at home, boring shit.
I leave the room, wondering how the boys are doing. I hope they're okay, if not, I'm going to have them neutered. I walk to the kitchen and see Dona Rosa talking to the girls.
'' Good morning, girls. '' I say, sitting down.
“Good morning, Lisa. '' They talk together.
'' How are you feeling? Bianca asks, worried.
“I feel a little better than yesterday.
'' Anyway, Dona Rosa told us about the little pajama party, you can count on me I'll be there. '' Vanessa says and I'm very happy.
'' Good, I never had a pajama party, I always wanted to have friends, but unfortunately I never had much luck with that '' I say and Dona Rosa pours me some beetroot juice. “Thanks, Rose.
'' Anything dear. “She serves me pancakes too.
“Oh, I love that pancake smell. I close my eyes, enjoying the scent.
“Eat soon, before the food gets cold. '' Dona Rosa speaks and I sign.
'' Yes ma'am. '' Eat calmly, without any hurry, this is very delicious. “Oh, this is so good!
“I'm glad you like it.
“I love your food, Rosa, it's really good.
'' We can do karaoke later, I don't care if I can't sing, the only thing I want to do is sing. '' Bianca expresses, excited.
Rio.
'' Who says you have to know how to sing in order to sing? I ask and she snorts.
'' Imagine you singing with a horrible voice, it will be something terrible.
It makes me roll my eyes.
“Come on, nobody's perfect. We're going to have fun, with no one to get in the way of our time. '' I say and everyone agrees. Maybe I'll make a brigadeiro, because it's too delicious. '' I finished eating, I'm going to take a walk around the house. '' I get up.
'' Be careful not to fall, you're very clumsy. Rose warns me and it makes me snort.
“I'm not that clumsy.
The girls end up laughing.
“You ended up tripping yesterday on nothing, out of nowhere, or anything in the way.” Vanessa laughs.
“Don't start with that, leave me alone. They end up laughing and it makes me roll my eyes. '' You bitches.
I leave the house with a smile. It's nice to have nice friends like that, I hope our friendship will continue when I'm gone.
