Chapter 3

Haad spent the night in severe pain. Anna was in trouble. And He didn't know where she was chained. He tried hard to find her but Zaria had spread such a magic wall around Anna that Haad could not feel her in any way. He became the wolf and looked for Anna all night in the Fairy Meadows area. He didn't even notice Anna's presence near Anna's house. He was completely disappointed. He accepted Zaria's condition that he would find some time to find Anna but he was wrong. Zaria was a witch. She could never be deceived. Haad hated witches. Four hundred years ago he became a statue by a witcher and now He is bearing because of a witch. Both of them had made him helpless. His anger had reached its peak.

Early in the morning, Zaria came in front of him.

"Have you found your girlfriend?" She asked sarcastically. Haad stared at him coldly without saying anything.

"I said I will give her to you. You just have to fulfill my condition." She comforted him but haad could not get peace..

"Okay, I will definitely fulfill that condition," He took a deep breath.

"Good. Tonight is our wedding. I'll send you your clothes. You get ready. I'll pick you up." Zaria said.

"Wait," Haad called her before she left. She stopped and looked at him questioningly.

"How's Anna? She's fine, isn't she?"

"Yes, she's well. But as long as you don't do anything wrong." Zaria replied and disappeared. Haad touched his head helplessly.

Zaria was very happy today. The purpose for which she had waited eighteen years was about to be fulfilled today. At first, she wanted to marry Haad for her purpose but now she started to like him. Haad was so handsome that anyone could like him. Seeing his love for Anna she got jealous, he had become self-will for Zaria. She thought that after marrying Haad, she would forget his memory by magic and kill Anna. Her magic could not work yet and Zaria needed Anna to blackmail him. So she had to wait until tonight. She invited everyone from Fairy Meadows to her wedding. The wedding took place in a green field. There were trees all around it. Zaria had done all the designing in a second through magic. Tables and drinks were arranged throughout the field. There was a stage in front where she and Haad were to get married. There were small LEDs on the trees that started scattering their lights at night. As darkness fell, guests began to arrive there. Zaria was smiling and welcoming everyone. After everyone came, she went behind a tree, disappeared, and reached Haad. Unexpectedly, he was ready. Wearing black dress pants, a white shirt, and a coat, he looked very gorgeous. Zaria’s eyes were fixed on him. Haad could barely hold his disgust. Dressed in a white maxi, she also looked very beautiful, but Haad didn’t even like to see her.

“You look so hot.” She put her hand on her heart.

“You too.” Haad smiled forcefully and Zaria was surprised.

“Are You praising me? Am I dreaming?” She said happily. Haad suppressed a smile. She had been caught in his trap.

“No, that’s true. I’m fond of beautiful girls.” He spoke flirtatiously.

“Oh, that’s why you fell in love with Anna?” Zaria said in a surprised tone.

“Yeah. I wouldn’t have liked her if she was ugly.” He shrugged and Zaria laughed.

“You were just crazy about her beauty. I felt like You really loved her. Well, marry me now. Then you will get her too.” She approached her, put her arm around his arm and walked outside.

When he returned, he found some people standing near the dead bodies of his friends. They were looking at their bodies in shock and whispering. He stopped at a distance and watched that scene with wet eyes. Then one man’s eyes fell on the Werewolf who had died by haad. That man started shouting and telling everyone about it. Everyone was frightened when they saw the wolf, but when they saw him dead, they approached him. He was now looking at this Werewolf with red eyes.

“That’s which killed them. It looks so terrible,” said one man.

“But who killed him?” The other asked, but no one had the answer.

“What kind of wolf is this? I’ve never seen it before,” someone asked.

“This is WereWolf. Don’t you know?” The other said, and everyone looked at him curiously.

“These wolves can also become humans. They are called werewolves. They are very bloodthirsty. They have a lot of powers and whoever is bitten by them also becomes a werewolf,” he said. Everyone was looking at each other in amazement.

“Oh, I became a werewolf because of his bite,” haad said, taking a deep breath.

She entered the marriage hall, putting a smile on her lips, and holding Haad’s arm. all people's eyes were on them and they became silent. Haad’s grace was overwhelming in front of Zaria’s beauty. He really looked like the prince of an old historical story.

Walking on the red carpet, they both reached the stage. Zaria was introducing Haad in the mic attached to the long stand. Haad looked at everyone and passed a slight smile. Everyone was watching him with mesmerization. After a while, Zaria wanted to bring him to the sofa on the stage to sign the marriage paper, but Haad grabbed her by the hand and stopped her. Zaria looked at him in surprise. His other hand moved to his pants pocket and took something out. Haad opened it. It was a small box in which a diamond ring was shining. Zaria believed that he had accepted her wholeheartedly.

“A wedding gift for you.” Speaking in a confident tone, Haad took the ring out of the box and put it on the third finger of Zaria’s hands. Zaria’s smile deepened. Everyone started clapping. Zaria was looking at him with loving eyes. While Haad’s eyes were mysterious. They were both looking at each other when suddenly Zaria felt something strange. The next moment her body was bound in an unseen chain. She wanted to shake her body but could not. She stared at Haad in panic. Haad smiled sarcastically. Zaria did not understand what was happening to her and how he got such powerful magic that made her unable to move. The people around them had disappeared and reached their homes.

“This ….. what have you done to me?” Zaria lost her temper.

“I didn’t. He did.” Haad pointed innocently behind him. She couldn’t look back even if she wanted to. A few footsteps came from behind and stopped in front of her. Zaria looked at him and her eyes widened in astonishment. That was Zolun. The witcher of her level and her biggest enemy. He wanted to capture her and today he succeeded in his goal. He used Haad to seize Zaria.

Zolun had met him before the wedding ceremony and Zaria could not know about it.

“Who are you?” Haad asked in surprise when he saw a stranger suddenly appear in front of him.

“Your well-wisher.” Zolun smiled.

“witchers can never be well-wishers of anyone,” Haad said with disgust.

“They can be If kindness gives them benefit,” Zolun said.

“what do you mean?” He asked with confusion.

“Do you want Anna?” Zolun asked instead of answering.

“Yes,” he said eagerly.

“And I need Zaria. But I need your help to control her. ” Zolun said.

“What do I have to do?” Haad asked confusedly.

“You have to put this ring on Zaria's finger,” Zolun said, handing him a box of the diamond ring.

“What will happen by this ring?” Haad asked, holding the box.

“She will be in my possession. I will free Anna from her and hand her over to you,” Zolun offered.

“But what guarantee is that Zaria will never come into our lives again?” Had asked.

“Don’t worry. She won’t be able to get out of my bondage for the rest of her life.” Zolun said so he agreed. He had to get rid of Zaria and get Anna back so he did not turn down Zolun’s offer because he knew that only a witcher can defeat a witch.

“Zolun! … I won’t spare you.” Zaria gritted her teeth. Eighteen years of hard work were wasted. At the same time, he arrived there like trouble. She was getting red with anger and helplessness.

“I assure you that you will not be able to spare me.” He was amused by her condition and pointed to Haad. The next moment Anna appeared in the side of Haad who was unconscious. She was about to fall when Haad put his arm around her waist and saved her from falling. He pressed her on his chest as if she was very precious. Zaria’s eyes burned at this scene.

“No … Haad. You can’t be anyone but me.” She was shaking her head in denial when Zolun magically stopped her tongue and addressed Haad.

“Enjoy your life with Anna.” He said and disappeared with Zaria. Haad thanked god.

Haad had once again returned home with Anna. But this time he was not afraid of losing Anna. Now no one could take Anna away from him. He laid Anna on the bed and sat next to her on the sofa, looking at her with love and thinking about her when Anna regained consciousness, blinking her eyes. There was a groan from her lips. Haad rushed towards her.

“Anna! Are you all right?” He was asking, patting her cheek.

“Where am I?” She was asking with a dizzy head when she remembered that someone had chained her. Haad was with him at that time. Surely he had bound her with chains. She stared at Haad with frightened eyes.

“S… stay away from me,” she stammered. Haad was about to say something to allay her fear when she screamed.

“Don’t kill me. Mama! save me. He will kill me. Mama!” Tears started coming out of her eyes. Haad was shocked by this accusation.

“I won’t kill you, girl. You stop crying.” Haad said quickly.

“No. You will kill me. You have chained me before,” she said with belief. Oh, that was the reason she was so afraid of him. She considered that Haad had chained her and was unaware of Zaria’s reality. Now, as much as he tried to convince her that he was innocent, she couldn’t believe him.

“Yes, I was the one who chained you because you told me to get away from me. Now if you ever thought of getting away from me, I will punish you more strictly than before,” he said in a stern tone. Anna just stared at him. Her eyes widened in fear.

“Now you have to spend your whole life with me. I will never let you go away from me.” He spoke in a fanatical tone and Anna started crying with fear.

“Stop crying.” When he spoke, Anna quickly wiped away the tears from her cheeks. She was a very innocent and timid girl. She could not say anything in front of him. Haad grabbed her chin, raised her face, and looked at her with pleasure

“Will you eat something?” He asked softly. Anna shook her head in denial.

“I … I have to go to Mama,” she said hesitantly.

“Not again” Haad got angry. Anna was shocked.

“Forget your mother,” he said sternly, and Anna saw that cruel man. How could she forget her mother who raised her for eighteen years? She had read about princes in stories. Like other girls, she wanted a prince. Haad was like the prince who was his ideal but she was afraid of Haad. Haad had taken her away from Zaria, which made her angry with him. The feeling of anger and fear was so big that she could not feel Haad's passionate love. While Haad had thought of marrying her as soon as possible.

“I am going to get some food,” he said and left the room.

Haad could not cook, and there was no food in the palace. On the way to the palace, he saw a mango tree with ripe mangoes. That could be their dinner right now. He thought he would have to do something to earn money. Anna was also a responsibility for him now. He could do nothing except fight, but he could do anything which needed power. He had a lot of power before but after becoming a Werewolf, he had felt immense power in him. But he did not yet know the best way to use that power. He could only work with wood or iron. He thought he would visit the town tomorrow to find a job. This area had changed a lot. Many centuries had passed. Everything was new and unfamiliar to him but he was learning everything very fast because of his intelligence. On the way to the mango tree, he was thinking about his future and considering various aspects. Will he be able to adapt to this to live a happy life with Anna?
