The history of the Primordial Cosmos was something that was known by very few beings.
If there ever existed a being that could give you a thorough history of the millions of years that had passed within the Primordial Cosmos, that being would be the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos!
A creature born with the unique physique of the very essence of chaos as his figure was a pulsating mass in a humanoid form, vibrant obsidian wings inlaid with archaic runic circles as his head was a swirling black hole.
Such a being had entered along with Oathkeeper as it brought all conversations to a halt!

The surroundings palpated as Noah looked over at this being with sharp eyes.
Even while using Eyes of Truth, this being only had an overabundance of question marks as he couldn't find out much, but he was able to see the Daos this being held that he could use as a target for Protagonist's Bookmark if he wished!
The Cosmic Dao of Extinction, The Cosmic Dao of Chronos, Annihilation...this being was stacked with powerful Daos as he was no lesser than Oathkeeper, possibly even being more powerful in some areas as all the eyes of powerful beings collected themselves around these two figures.
They stood amidst everyone calmly as Oathkeeper was the first to speak.
"Time is of consequence, so I will not waste yours or mine."
The eyes of Oathkeeper shone with a light of power and conviction as he continued, speaking towards tens of Universal Experts that stemmed from many regions of the Primordial Cosmos
"I called this Universal Banquet here because of the actions of Chronos and multiple other Hegemonies that worked with him to hatch machinations that even now we do not fully understand. One of the purposes of this Banquet is to share information...the other will become apparent after the first is accomplished!"

Cryptic words left Oathkeeper as his eyes focused on all Hegemonies, eventually coming to land on Noah's calm figure that was one of the only 2 Paragons amongst the sea of Hegemonies!
At this moment, Noah was ridiculously not focused on the discussion that was being carried out, the eyes of many beings coming to land on him only to see him finish putting the savory foods lying on the long tables around them on his plate as he seemed more intent on eating!

Oathkeeper ignored all this as he spoke towards Noah.
"You were at the center of this when it began. You'll be the first to share."

While being stared down by the gazes of these powerful beings, this Paragon didn't sweat one bit as he began to talk..while taking bites of the glimmering golden foods on his plate! Valentina and Adelaide stood beside him with a somber expression as the recounting of the events in the Animus Universe occurred.
Minutes passed as Noah gave out the information he could without compromising any of his information, finally finishing up after nearly 15 minutes as he even put his plate down to give his closing words!
"All in all, the activated Universal Constructs that have linked together the 9 Universes through Amalgamation are currently drawing in immense reserves of Universal Essence, their goal being a form of unification or...a summoning ritual!"

Such words caused the minds of all those listening to buzz as when these aged existences thought about what such a summoning could entail, and their guesses were horrendous, to say the least.
After Noah, Valentina was given the spot light next as she talked about Ambrose and how she nearly destroyed one of the Universal Constructs, more and more information being released on the Universal Amalgamation that had occurred within the 9 Universes as after her, Oathkeeper called upon multiple other Hegemonies that had gone to observe the changes within the Liberated Universe, Necrotic, Microbial, Automaton, Chthonian, Euthenia, Omicron, and the Abyssal Universes.
The discussion lasted for more than 2 hours as the gazes of many Hegemonies were somber at the end of it!
This was when the atmosphere of the banquet changed as everyone's gazes landed on Oathkeeper.

The pressure Oathkeeper released became even greater as he looked at the powerful Existences around him, his gaze also landing on the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos that was standing behind him.
"We have to proceed forward, but before we do so, we have to realize that Chronos, Ambrose, Dark Shadow...all of these were Hegemonies we thought did not know or even ȧssociate with each other- and yet they carried out this plan together."

"It means that there is a very real possibility of there being more allies of Chronos and the others in our midst!"

Essence vibrated dangerously as the golden sky trembled, the gazes of many Hegemonies turning chilling as Oathkeeper kept his calm and commanding expression.
"This was the other reason I called you all here...it is because it is time for another Oath! An Oath that lets us know we can trust each other to be on the same side in the future to come...an oath that will tell us if there are any enemies among us that we have to look out for!"

Many eyes shined brightly as even Noah nodded his head in commendation at such an action!
"We gathered once before to swear an Oath that gave order to our Primordial Cosmos...we are gathered here again to do the same thing. This time, It will be an oath that is judged based on truth...where as the creator of the Dao of the Oath Keeper, I will know whether you truthfully stand with us or if you are within the camp of Chronos!"

"We will find out here and now if there are any other beings hiddenly working behind our backs, and only then can we move forwards with a solution."
