A skill tree that cost 12 Billion Skill points- and one that held a skill that seemed to make it possible for Noah to call forth more than 1 Lich Emperor.
But was it truly so?!
...Yes! It was so!
The mere descriptions of the skills within the [Tyrannical Lich Emperor] skill tree were absurd, to say the least.
[Summon Lich Emperors](5/5)(ACTIVE):: The user is capable of calling forth a maximum of 5 Lich Emperors at the same stage, their Parameters increased to be 200% of the caster's maximum power.
[Undead of Ruination](5/5) (PASSIVE):: All of the summoned Undead the Tyrannical Lich Emperor are branded with an Undead Ruination Aura. The Undead Ruination Aura grants +100,000% Ruination Damage, +100,000% Poison and Vitality Decay Damage, +100,000% Increased Resistance to All Laws and Daos, 20% of All Damage is Converted to Health, and it allows for the collective bearing of all damage dealt to be distributed to the entire Legion.
[Unstable Necrotic Ring of Death](5/5) (PASSIVE):: A constantly swirling ring of death filled with the essence of the Daos of Ruination, Annihilation, Decadence, Destruction...and the Dao of Withering begins to rotate around any Undead Legion that the Tyrannical Lich Emperor called forth. The greater and more powerful the number of Undead, the more potent and deadly the Necrotic Ring of Death will be.
[Endless Torment](5/5)(PASSIVE):: Any poor soul that manages to fall within the bounds of the Unstable Necrotic Ring of Death is burned to fuel the power of the Ring of Death even more, every additional being that dies within it adding 10% Increased Damage and area of effect for upto a maximum of 1,000,000% for 60 seconds.
A gorgeous skill tree!
A single Active Skill with the rest of them being Passive, one that didn't just give Noah the capability to call forth 5 more PARAGON Level Lich Emperors- but also brought to life something that Noah considered a method that would put to shame most killing machines.
Without a delay, he started by casting [Summon Lich Emperors].
THRUM!
KEKEKEKE!
Eerie sounds began to permeate throughout, Noah waving his staff madly as he lost himself in the wonders of playing with fearsome Undead creatures, constantly pouring his mana out as after the Lich Emperors at the level of Paragons rose up, their bodies lit up with the glorious light of death as they smashed their staff into the chaotic void- causing the auras of 100 Monarchs to rise from each of them and below them, thousands of Abyssal Undead Great Sages and tens of thousands of Undead Sages began to rise.
It was the grand Symphony of Death ringing loudly once more as Abyssal Skeleton Kings, Dullahans, Undead Dragon Emperors, Unholy Phoenixes...a myriad of Undead rose from the newly summoned 5 Lich Emperors and the initial one that stemmed from the skill tree of the Nether Lich Emperor!
Hundreds of thousands turned to millions as very soon, millions turned into hundreds of millions as a truly large number of undead permeated around Noah as he cackled wildly.
This was because as the Legions of Undead formed, the skill of [Unstable Necrotic Ring of Death] passively came online as a storm of essence containing coagulated forms of blood and bones rose around the Undead Legions like a rotating cloud of death!
It truly and majestically was a Necrotic Ring of Death forming, the essence of all of Noah's currently comprehended Daos beginning to swirl in a circular motion as with the dense aura of death, bones and skulls could be seen within the swirling ring of death that threatened to drown out any enemy it touched.
"Ah…!"
Noah's heart felt fulfilled as he looked at such a scene- as if he had fully accomplished a skill that could grind down any enemies he touched the moment they even came across his Legions of Undead!
THRUM
"Move out and lay Devastation...any fallen enemies will only elevate the strength of the Legion!"
OOOOOH!
The jaws of an innumerable number of undead vibrated as the Lich Emperors let out gleeful cackles.
KEKEKE!
The Lich Emperors burned with a light of death and ambition as they waved their skull staffs forward, bellowing out grandly as their voices reverberated across the chaotic void.
"Spread the glorious light of death!"
WAA!
"For the will of the Tyrannical Lich Emperor!"
OOOOH!
"For death and destruction!"
OOOOH!
"For the Legion!"

With a Legion capable of swallowing and decimating entire star systems just from the Necrotic Ring of Death swirling around nearby miles, Noah advanced forward as he led them all at the forefront.
He was ready.
He was ready to give the offer of eternal Death to the Undead of the Necrotic Universe...or the choice of Fealty!

Hidden within the folds of space within the Necrotic Universe, the Hegemony of Necromancy that was the terrifying Lich who attacked Valentina along with Ambrose not too long ago was watching the appearance of a single Lich that multiplied to become more than 6 Paragon Undead Emperor Liches, a horrendous Undead Legion of ridiculous size forming as the collective pressure it released was something even the Hegemony of Necromancy had not come across before.
It's terrifying sockets burned with wrathful flames as it was currently situated next to the Galaxy Cluster that the Universal Construct of this Universe was anchored to, continuing to watch the movements of a certain being that had become one of the centers of focus that he and the people he worked with had to look out for!
It was the being that had become the most influential existence within the Animus Universe in the span of a few days, establishing his dominance over the Supreme Bloodline Races as at this moment, all the forces of the Universe would be consolidated by him in due time.
Chronos had told them to pay more attention to this being if ever he moved within the Universes they protected, and the Hegemony of Necromancy had picked up on the aura of the Tyrant Dragon seconds after its arrival as he watched this creature transform into a genuine Lich Emperor as soon after, entire Legions of terrifying Undead surrounded him!
"Dangerous!"
Yes! This was the word that came into the Hegemony's mind when he saw this being that was just a Paragon.
The prowess and mystery surrounding him was too eerie as even when Dark Shadow had moved against him, this creature still did not die!
And they could not even personally move against him due to the restrictions they themselves laid down with the Universal Constructs, so all they had to utilize at hand...were the most powerful Paragons of their Universes.
The essence of Necromancy pulsated from the Hegemony dangerously as a raspy voice came from it.
"Don't let this force make a landfall in the Necrotic Universe. Gather all the Abyssal Undead and Ancient Undead near the Death Void Valley region and stop them before they even begin to spread!"

The essence of Death ran rampant as a Hegemony stood far above every existence within the Necrotic Universe, and they were currently moving many pieces as they played a game of chess with a Tyrannical being that was known to simply mess up all the rules of the board!
