When the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos left the Necrotic Universe and left behind 100 seeds of the Incarnations of Chaos, he then appeared in the Automaton Universe and did the same thing with the Mechanical Hegemony that was overseeing things there!
With such actions, the rivers of fate churned as destiny began flying in a different direction. Yet, the being that was the cause of it had simply too much Universal Fortune and Destiny, so what exactly would be the result of it?
What would come of Paragons becoming Incarnations of one of the strongest beings in the Primordial Cosmos as they gained access to unique Daos such as Extinction and Chronos? How infinitely close to the power of Hegemonies would they be?!

The Sin of Gluttony let out horrendous wails as its many mouths chewed on the surrounding chaotic void, actually devouring this space itself as its body thrummed with power! This creature had been swallowing entire dead Galaxies as Noah's Legions moved across the Necrotic Universe, its horrendous actions making its aura the strongest out of all the Sins in the field.
Behind it, Noah was seated upon a throne built from the essence of multiple Daos, this throne currently inlaid with glimmering bones as it fit the demeanor of the Tyrannical Lich Emperor too well.
Even further behind Noah, there were an uncountable number of Undead Legions that had moved from Billions and were currently in the Trillions, the sea of Undead seeming like moving planetary bodies when one looked at them from far away!.
The pressure they released was something no enemies could stand against as with over half of the Necrotic Universe conquered, Noah expected the remaining half to be fully ȧssimilated into his forces within another week or two.
This was because he knew towards the end of the conquest of this Universe would be the time that his enemies fought back the most! It would be around this time that they would not sit still as the Hegemonies that Chronos worked with made grand moves! Due to this...Noah wanted to prepare.
Even though he had a Legion that swirled with an unbeatable Necrotic Ring of Death that even Hegemonies could not stand against. Even though he had Seven Manifested Deadly Sins whose power exceeded that of normal Paragons!

Because of this, Noah had been busy designing the next grand skill that covered an area he considered himself to be currently weak at.
He seemed to excel in many things, but when it came to the area of Cosmic Daos...he thought he lacked something in this region!
He could cultivate and ȧssimilate any Grand or Lesser Dao that he wished for just from defeating his enemies and obtaining Dao Crystals, but Cosmic Laws fell under different rules as even with the defeat of Paragons that comprehended them, no Dao Crystals for Cosmis Daos were given!
It was something so abstruse and out of reach that as it was mentioned in the details of Ruination before, it had to be comprehended and ȧssimilated with the efforts of the being themselves as no outside items or treasures would have an effect when it came to Cosmic Daos.
Given this information...Noah wanted to design a skill that still made it possible for him to comprehend and ȧssimilate Cosmic Daos! To bring such a skill to fruition, Noah looked at the accumulated skill points after the conquest of the Animus and now the Necrotic Universe.

Fantastically, the idea he had in mind would make him a poor man as it would utilize the entirety of these Skill Points, but it would bring to fruition something that would make it possible for him to obtain Cosmic Daos in another way besides just from [Protagonist's Bookmark]!
He looked at how this ability allowed for him to obtain a Cosmic Dao, and everything lied in the fact that he took the comprehension of another being and made it his own. Unlike when he just designed the skill tree to comprehend the Dao of Summoning many weeks ago in the past Nexus Galaxy of the Dark Universe, such a thing wasn't made feasible to him through [Skill Creation] as it required Skill Points in the Trillions to bring to fruition.
It wasn't that it was impossible- he just couldn't pay its price!
But he could pay the price of tens of billions of Skill Points to produce a skill that had many requirements that had to be met, but at the end of it...a Cosmic Dao awaited him.
The skill actually had the cost of 500 Billion Skill Points when he first put its specifications in [Skill Creation], but this number dropped by 150 Billion when he secluded the Dao of Ruination. It then dropped by another 150 Billion after he dropped the Primordial Dao that the Oathkeeper was the only one to comprehend!
After adding many more restrictions like a cool down, mana requirements, and a few other things...the skill of [Cosmic Dao Essence Integration and Emergence] was born.
[Cosmic Dao Essence Integration and Emergence] :: A skill that allows the user to integrate the Essence of the Cosmic Daos they come across as after a sufficient value is reached, the emergence of the Cosmic Dao would bloom within them. The essence of only a single Cosmic Dao that the user comes across and selects will undergo the process of integration and emergence. After every successful emergence of a cosmic Dao, 7 Cosmic Days have to pass before the process can begin with another Cosmic Dao. The process of integration requires a sufficient amount of mana to be used in order to deconstruct and analyze the Essence of the Cosmic Dao, necessitating the mana output of the full mana reserves of a Universal Realm existence for every second of integration. If an insufficient amount of mana is provided, the Cosmic Essence under integration will cause an implosion of the user's Origin.
