Such were the words Noah uttered out as gloriously, he took in a miniaturized Cosmos that was still light years in diameter in his very own hands. That was an uncountable trillions of miles...all fitting into his palm as he floated gloriously in the Ruination Sea.

It was an action that was enough to make a being think highly of themselves, an action that might make others think that they had exceeded some boundaries and become untouchable existences that others can only ever aspire to be!

He only had a light smile while letting himself experience this scene, his thoughts being very different. This was because even as he had arrived at such a juncture, when he thought about the Primordials that controlled entire branches of realities that held who knew how many Cosmos, he knew he couldn't be arrogant.

He wouldn't deceive himself to think he had unbeatable power when he had just stepped into the Universal Filament Realm and had yet to explore the vast Ruination Sea.

When he thought of this, his titanous head turned around to look at the vast Ruination Sea around him. It was utterly silent without a single noise, only the constant and roiling essence of ruination flowing around endlessly! When he stared out into the crimson expanse of this sea, a deep sense of foreboding began to fill Noah's heart as he knew out there within this Sea were terrifying Primordial Beasts as well as Cosmos that had their own terrifying beings!

Who knew when he would run into a Primordial Beast or what its level would be? Would he even be able to handle it if it was a Grand or Cosmic Primordial Beast?

When he arrived at such a thought, his careful eyes glistened with an array of colors as he called out slowly.

"Save Point."

WAA!

A cascade of light glimmered from his body silently as Noah left a mark in the timeline of this reality, a mark that he could return to if anything ever happened in the future!

After this, Noah glanced at the Infinite Cosmos within his hands as he brought it close to his eyes, communicating with the Cosmic Core.

"Let's test the birth of new Universes with the utilization of Universal Singularity."

<Yes, Master. Initiating the usage of Universal Singularity.>

THRUM!

The glorious Cosmos before him vibrated intensely. It floated before Noah's eyes as he could see everything clearly, noticing a white and crimson light wash over the 53 Universes within this Cosmos as this light came to coagulate at an empty spot past the Microbial Universe in the Ruination Sea!

This single spot...this point of Singularity, it took form at this moment as an area of infinite density and gravity bloomed, its source stemming from vital Ruination and Primordial Essence.

Noah's heart shook as he found his eyes were actually nearly blinded when he stared at this point of Singularity. It wasn't that it was bright, but it seemed to suck in everything around it endlessly!

This point of infinite density and gravity was where matter was compressed down to an infinitely tiny point, and the feature of [Universal Singularity] used precious vital essence to induce this point to release the infinitely compressed matter.

BZZZT!

The Ruination Sea churned as the crimson and white light from the Infinite Cosmos exploded out.

Noah's eyes released beams of gold and red light as he didn't even dare to blink, watching the magisterial essence of Ruination and Primordial wrap around the point of Singularity as a second later...this infinitely dense spot expanded out!

BOOOOOM!

An explosive sound akin to a clap of thunder reverberated across the Infinite Cosmos.

Before Noah's eyes, as if everything was playing in slow motion- he was able to see the point of Singularity expand outwards at an instantaneous rate as he saw billions of unformed stellar bodies unfurl right before his very eyes.

Even though the process was instantaneous, he was able to see its expansion and how in an instant point of time, stellar bodies unfurled as blank stars clustered together in Galaxies appeared!

The blooming of billions of Galaxies as they drew in the Primordial and Ruination essence was a fantastical scene reflected in his eyes as after their formation, they shone with an Incandescence across the entire Universe.

Noah was speechless as he saw the newly formed Universe tightly hug the boundaries of the adjacent Microbial Universe and Omicron Universe, a brand new circular object being added onto the vast Cosmos as its Universes reached 54.

The voice of the Cosmic Core rang out in his mind as Noah adopted a thoughtful expression.

It was the first Universe he had the chance to see the formation of, his gaze becoming reminiscent as he thought of the name of a certain place he came from.

"As it is new, let it be termed Novus! The Novus Universe!"

Novus meant new! Novus akin to the past Novus Galaxy that Noah stemmed from! At this moment, the blank Novus Universe was born in the Ruination Sea as it joined the Infinite Cosmos, Noah looking at such a scene with eyes that swirled with many thoughts.

His eyes shone with incandescent lights as his figure began to reduce in size, there still being many things he had to do as he prepared to advance forward and wander across the Ruination Sea!
