For Antiquities to advance, they needed the common people!
The quintillions of existences across Universes were the resource they depended on to obtain their Marks of Antiquity, as very few had the ability to traverse the Ruination Seas to search for, much less win against a Primordial Beast.
"Antiquities fight over the influence of their Universes and Cosmos, and Emperor Aegon revolutionized this as he created a vast Primordial Emperor with a myriad of Cosmos under his influence, all others working under him to oversee these Cosmos as it caused the rise of Kings below the single Emperor."
King Augustus spoke as if it was ancient history, Noah listening to his words carefully as he picked up on the name Aegon once more!
This was more than likely the terrifying figure he saw with the Primordial, many things fitting into place as Noah was gradually outing the pieces of the puzzle together.
"Along with all this...there are the guidelines of newly discovered Cosmos that come under the banner of the Primordial Empire…"
When new Cosmos were discovered by the Primordial Empire, they were placed under their protection as its Antiquities were given a method to contact the forces of the Primordial Empire if any problems ever arose- with these problems almost always referring to an attack from a Primordial Beast!
"Herein lies another truth that very few know...the fact that once a Cosmos had been found an attacked by a Primordial Beast, it will inevitably continue to attract such terrifying creatures as if it has been branded- making it easy for it to face subsequent attacks whether it is a few days or thousands of years later!"

This new information caused Noah's eyes to change as King Augustus continued.
"This key truth is also something that Emperor Aegon used to his advantage as he...would gather close all the Universes that have survived the attacks of Primordial Beasts into his Primordial Empire, making it so that he and those below him would face these terrifying beasts whenever they come as their power...is something none of us can fathom!"

It was a stupendous action that guaranteed the safety of a Cosmos, but it had its own disadvantages as along with this…
"Such an action means many things, but the most important thing is that when a Cosmos fully becomes a part of the Primordial Empire, they fall under its rules. The most important rule under Emperor Aegon states that...power goes to the strong."

The gaze of this old King turned somber at this time as he stared at his daughter, Lexis seemingly urging him on as she nodded, this being sighing and continuing.
"Power goes to the strong...so all newly joining Cosmos more than always have their ruling forces deposed and put under the influence of one of three most powerful forces within the Primordial Empire!"
"All so that the precious resource of quintillions of existences within a Cosmos falls under those who are truly strong, and it is not divided into weak kings that cannot contribute in the battle against the Primordial Beast. Emperor Aegon has established many rules on this process, but the core of it remains that the stronger will get even stronger...while the weaker will perish under the vicissitudes of time."
The strong get stronger while the weak only get weaker!
It was an ideology that Noah couldn't argue with, the more he heard about this Emperor Aegon- the more he became impressed with this being!
Just who could drag a Cosmos across the Ruination Sea and place it as part of their empire?
Well, Noah could if he wanted- but he wondered of what means an existence like Aegon was using to transfer an entire Cosmos across the Ruination Sea.
This was a Cosmos!
Something countless light years in diameter that the numbers were something we couldn't truly comprehend, and yet an existence could actually cause a Cosmos to change locations within the Ruination Sea.
This was the power of Aegon the Conqueror!

As Noah was introduced to something huge in the Indigo Cosmos, his main body in the Infinite Cosmos opened its eyes in the Ruination Realm as he stared into his Expansive Space.
There, an enormous pulsating heart could be seen as the parts he had cut off had rejoined the original one, the heart that was the size of a Large World pulsating beautifully as he took it out of the Expansive Space.
WAA!
An air of majesty and power emanated from this fantastic treasure, Noah looking at it with shining eyes as the Cosmic Treasure within his Primordial Ruination Clone was quickly transferred into his Origin, the pulsing RUINATION appeared beside him as he voiced out calmly.
"You can duplicate it even if it is this big right?"
<Size doesn't matter to me, Master!>

The moment its words finished, a crimson light shone from RUINATION as it bathed the multicolored heart that was still majorly gold and white, this crimson light wrapping around it entirely as the enormous heart was somehow quickly pulled into the small Cosmic Treasure!
BZZT!
Waves of intense power undulated over the treasure for the next few seconds, the seconds becoming minutes as the process took some more time, but time was nothing for Noah. In another few minutes, rays of red light emerged from RUINATION as along with these lights, two world sized hearts emerged from it.
It was the seamless duplication of a genuine Primordial Heart, one that even Noah didn't know how many Universes and Marks of Antiquities it would help him forge!
"Well, let's find out!"

With his multicolored hair flying around madly, Noah's hand landed on the world sized Primordial Heart as he felt as if he connected onto a vast entity, surging energy oppressively shaking within it as its energy began to come in waves into his Origin.
It could be transformed into essence to forge Galaxies and Universes, or what could change the nature of their normal Daos into Dao Galaxies as they forged Splendiferous Universes. For Noah, he was going to do it all as he would turn all his remaining universes into Splendiferous ones and also forge even more, wanting to breach past the barrier of just dozens of Universes to go above a hundred!
