The key within these words was that it could display 400% of the strength of the Master of Ruination. It meant that whichever of Noah's bodies was the strongest…this was the power that the Primordial Ruination Close could display 400% of!

You then of course had the Cosmic Dao of Conquest that allowed his Parameters to be increased by 6 times while in the process of Conquest and 10 times in Conquered Lands which further exacerbated his power…it was so many boosts and multipliers that one would have a headache trying to keep track of them all!

As if they couldn't be outdone, they both spoke in unison as Noah nodded lightly, his eyes that glimmered with billions of galaxies shining as he spoke out light while reading over the information that the two consciousnesses were sending him.

Noah gave the go ahead as the second Cosmic Dao was designed at this very moment, the Cosmic Core releasing a glorious array of colors that after a few minutes coalesced to form into a runic word that said…FUSION!

This regal symbol then vibrated intensely before it thundered towards the Architect that was Noah, whose first body was still floating in the wondrous Primordial and Ruination Sea within the Cosmic Core itself. This Dao then branded itself to him as it etched itself deep into his soul, bouts of information flying before his eyes as they all coalesced to form into the description of a Cosmic Dao.

COSMIC [Dao of Fusion] :: A Cosmic Dao birthed by the Cosmic Core of Noah Osmont. As the Dao Architect, Noah Osmont can comprehend and assimilate the Dao at 10 times the normal speed. The Cosmic Dao of Fusion is geared more towards laws and daos, with its sole purpose being to comprehend and understand the myriad of ways to link together Daos and Laws for the possible design of Nomological Edicts. Due to its nature, the Cosmic Dao of Fusion has the prerequisites of only being initiated with the assimilated Dao Essences of the Primordial Dao and the Dao of Ruination. Aside from the possible fusion of laws and Daos, unique materials, entities, and treasures have a chance of undergoing successful fusion under the essence of this Cosmic Dao. Under the Dao of Fusion, the unique abilities of [Understanding], [Compatibility], [Extrapolation], and [Nomological Inquisitor] are granted to its Architect and the first 10 Existences to achieve full assimilation of the Dao. Full assimilation of the Dao grants an increase of 10% chance for all fused targets.

Noah read over it as his galactic mouth curved upwards slightly, wanting to gaze upon the secrets of this Dao, but it wasn't fully opened to him yet until he assimilated it! And so…he went on to do just that as his Universal Body in the Ruination Realm stopped its absorption of the Primordial Heart briefly and sat in a meditative position to comprehend and assimilate this Dao.

There were so many uncountable number of boosts when it came to his Dao Comprehension and Assimilation, along with the fact that he could traverse his own designed Daos at ten times speed! And now…there were also the boosts of the Samsara Universal Dao Origin Trait that gave him through the Absolute Ability of <Dao Child>.

<Dao Child> :: With the Samsara Universal Dao Origin, one gains the moniker of a Dao Child as they become capable of comprehending and assimilating all Daos at +10,000,000% speed, the Parameters of all comprehended Daos are enhanced by +1,000,000%, and utilizing the essence of any Dao reduces the cost of mana by 99%.

With such types of boosts in the picture and others not even mentioned, the moment Noah began comprehending this Cosmic Dao…he achieved 100% comprehension a second later.

His heart stirred as another second passed, a magisterial glow of rainbow colored light suffusing from his body- this rainbow colored light representing the essence of the Dao of Fusion itself as it bathed over him…and he achieved full assimilation!

Even Noah couldn't help but sigh at such a scene, reminding himself over and over again not to let his ego overinflate because he could do such unbelievable things! But he still couldn't stop a smile from stretching out as his universal body pulsed with glorious light, his eyes honing on the four unique abilities that he obtained as the Architect of the Cosmic Dao of Fusion that he could now view with clarity.

[Understanding] :: The mysteries of many things are laid bare with the usage of Primordial and Ruination Essence to paint the essence of Fusion over one's mind. With the conjunction of these three essences, one can glance upon Daos, Laws, or a myriad of other natural entities to gain understanding of their nature and working.

[Compatibility] :: The compatibility of Daos and Laws are seen under the essence of fusion, its user becoming capable of sifting through those with match and those that will cause destruction.

[Extrapolation] :: The user can place the essence of a myriad of Daos and Laws into a Splendiferous Universe as with its sacrifice, the possibilities of the fusion of selected Daos and Laws can be extrapolated. If more Splendiferous Universes are sacrificed, the higher the chance of success becomes.

[Nomological Inquisitor] :: As one that forges towards the stage of Nomological Edicts, you begin to touch upon the utmost mysteries that very few will ever experience. The passive ability of Nomological Inquisitor grants its holder a 10% increased chance of success in the fusions they carry out.
