This was the wondrous bloody halo that currently rotated around Nion, with its full uses still unknown as it was being analyzed even now.

But at its base…was a ridiculous 100 Billion percent increase in All Parameters!

This explained the shocking speed and power that even the Primordial Cecilia was having a hard time keeping up with in her restricted state.

But something even more unique was the fact that this Ascendancy Halo…did not end at just 15 Flames of Edicts. And one must be extremely clear about the reason for this- it was solely due to the Quasi-Insuperable Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor!

It was the fact that this high tier Edict focusing on the concept of Blood allowed for Noah to fuse the Bloodlines of Edicts and grant him this unique type of Halo that could actually break through the restrictions of 15 Edicts to forge a Halo as Noah could continue to add 15 more.

How could others compare!

How could Higher Existences match him when he began to delve across the vast Infinite Realities?!

Any Higher Existence he met across the vast Realities would even naturally be suppressed by his Ascendancy Halo of Catastrophe unless they had a tier of a Halo that matched his- and this would be when Noah would finally learn about the actual rank of his Ascendancy Halo.

Of course, you then had the ridiculous passive generation of 1 billion Splendiferous Universes every single day brought about by this Halo. The reality that in a 'short period' of time, one would have their Cosmos naturally refined as they would step into the Cosmic Filament Realm!

'What exactly is a short period of time though?' Such a thought crossed Noah's mind as he yearned for even more power.

The Ascendancy Halo came with many things as Noah and Hyperion had yet to fully understand it even now, but it was enough to combat a Primordial at this moment as Cecilia's brilliant figure smashed from one end of the Domain of Apocalypse to another, Noah's other bodies moving like mere glimmer of lights along with the fused body of Nion to try and break apart the defenses of this Primordial!

Even as Noah enjoyed the feeling of battle and the upper hand, he knew that it was not enough to break past the protection of Cecilia's Ascendancy Halo in this short period of time, and that the power of this Primordial…was far from being displayed to the fullest.

Days ago, he had utilized Author's Jurisdiction and gotten false information on this being as just like him- she was also capable of hiding who she was along with her abilities as she gave others a false sense of security!

The status sheet he pulled from her barely had the required number of completed Edicts for an Ascendancy Halo, and there were many falsehoods written within that Noah had not been able to bypass because this being…had passively protected herself with a Quasi-Insuperable Nomological Edict!

The Greater Nomological Edict of Kismet trying to break past the barriers of a QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict…how could it do such a thing?

But as Noah smashed into Cecilia the past few times with the oppressive outburst of his Ascendancy Halo, he was able to utilize an Edict of the same level to finally pierce apart the falsehoods and arrive at True results.

As the figure of Cecilia smashed into a Wall of Cardinal Sin, the Nomological Edict of the Dictum Emperor shone with splendor as its Flames that were fused into the Ascendancy Halo of Catastrophe shone.

After coming in contact with this being closely multiple times, the essence of the Dictum Emperor along with the essence of Reality churned from Nion's origin as all of space and time came to a halt briefly!

For barely a fraction of a millisecond, Noah saw the space around him come to a complete halt as everything turned gray- his eyes catching the appearance of white pages unfurling above Cecilia as an instant later, they became filled with golden words.

Time then resumed once more as if nothing happened, but the golden pages never disappeared as they came to rest before Noah's eyes!

Within the pages…were details of the terrifying existence that was Cecilia as no falsehoods were retained this time around, the essence of the Dictum Emperor being capable of piercing through the veils of deception!
