In the dreamy kingdom where the Dream of Fractured Wills reigned.
The Fountain of Fractured Sands at the center of this kingdom released bursts of brilliant luster after its words, glimmering crystallized golden sand burning out from it in waves as it formed into a circular ball of blinding light!
After a significant amount was collected from the fountain, it floated towards Noah's figure standing opposite the Dream of Fractured Wills.
"100,000 Units of Golden Sand should be more than enough for a Little Emperor below the stage of a LEGEND to play with."

The glimmering ball of Golden Sand floated towards Noah as he swiped his hands to put it away quickly, a requirement of a goal having been achieved as even the Kainos Orb of Transmogrification was all that closer to being forged among other TABOO Items!
He gave a nod of appreciation to the nine tailed Living Legend before him as the cross shaped eyes of this creature flashed, a beam of golden Essence shooting out.
"The location of the Dream Inversion Bauble is here, and it depends on your own talent if you can actually locate and reach it…but again, there are Living LEGENDS and Nightmares conflicting over it a puny little thing like you might perish just from the residual essence of their attacks!"
The beam of golden light carried with it information of coordinates that were unlike any others, and this was because they pointed to somewhere abstruse in the Dream Dimension!
Domains of Space were constantly changing in such a location as in a matter of minutes, they could be at an entirely different place.
But the coordinates Noah received had an anchor that he could grasp onto even if things changed, and he could guarantee finding his way to this location as at this moment- the authority of the Gazer and the Watcher erupted out!
He had the location and idea in mind…and these two authorities would lock onto it and find it no matter what.
As his eyes flashed with light and he ascertained the location, he gazed at the mesmerizing LEGEND before him that caused one to feel a shocking sense of suffocation.
"You don't want to fight for the Dream Inversion Bauble yourself? A new Era is blooming as destiny can be grasped by anyone who seeks it!"
He was probing the intent of this Living Dream before him as its exceedingly beautiful animalistic face smiled, its eyes releasing luminous luster as its body actually exploded back into golden sand.
"I have lived for too long and experienced too much. I only wish to dream at this moment as the struggle for Supreme Power…I have already experienced it once before falling down as I do not wish for it again!"

The ideology of this LEGEND was unique…but this was a disposition of a Living Dream LEGEND that had its own history.
Noah nodded at its words as his body began to rise, watching as the exploded body of the Living Dream LEGEND returned back into the dreamy kingdom, the countless Living Dreams within it becoming active again as men, women, and children started moving about like normal.
The golden fountain holding an overabundance of Golden Sand continued to flow as Noah gave a nod of respect to this location and the Living Dreams within it.
"Thank you. If it is Destined, we shall meet again!"

After his words ended, he shot out like a flash of light as he was truly in a hurry- the events around him happening too fast!
In the vast stretches of the dream kingdom he was flying away from, the countless Living Dreams within it all turned to gaze towards him silently, the singular will of a LEGEND imposing over all of them having a terrifying thought as he gazed at Noah's retreating figure.
'I have met many Chosen Emperors across the Ages…and only a few gave me the same feeling as him.'

'To struggle for power in this Age?'
The thoughts of the Living LEGEND seemed to carry despondency and defeat as they continued on!
'It is insurmountably harder than any of the previous Ages. The actions of that personage have made it so. The Chosen Emperors trying to achieve anything in this era…you all will be the most pitiable creatures out there!'

The beings with an overabundance of Destiny…being the most pitiable creatures in the unfolding Era? It was a thought that anyone hearing would say it didn't make sense.
This weakened Living LEGEND seemed to know many things, his thoughts leaving behind shocking secrets and implications as the being it had just met continued on his way without knowing any of this!

Like a golden flash of light, Noah tore across the wisps of swirling sand as he warped across space in the Dream Dimension.
This was extremely dangerous as a single warp could land him in a vastly different location due to the unique nature of the Dream Dimension, but he had a set destination in mind as he had the authorities of the Gazer and Watcher leading him there along with Sandman!
He followed the strings of destiny and dreams as for the Dream Inversion Bauble that would help him turn a Dream into a Reality…he had to get his hands on it no matter what.
The problem was that Living Dream LEGENDS and Nightmares were circling this object as the only path Noah saw that left behind wisps of possibility…was the path that the current symphony of destiny that seemed to be buzzing in his ears constantly.
It would involve many intricate parts as the risk of his Clones perishing was high…but Noah still took this risk as the possible rewards were ones that he had to acquire no matter what.

Ascendancy Halos erupted around the Noah in the Dream Dimension as they currently towered over 21- and these were without even the utilization of LETHE as Noah continued to fuse together the Bloodlines of the Quasi-TABOO Edicts he had gained to achieve the most optimal state!
