For understanding the scene that was about to unfold, one needs to gain an understanding of exactly where Noah's power theoretically stood at this moment.

His power fluctuated depending on the True Form he took as if he took on his strongest Ascendant Unnamed Kainos Emperor True Form, he attained a multiplier of 2,500 per 10 Ascendancy Halos as for his 60 Halos he was currently using...this would be 15,000!

A 15,000 Multiplier!

But...this form had a high cost as Noah could only keep it active for a short period of time, so he wouldn't pull it out right away.

There was the normal Unnamed Kainos Emperor True Form that granted 1,250 per 10 Ascendancy Halos, making Noah's full multiplier in this form be 7,500.

Then, there was the Pure Arch-Royal Human form that Noah currently sported.

Radiant white wings erupted behind him as his fair skin scintillated with stellar light, his dark hair waving in the skies filled with LEGENDS as he uttered out <Emperor's Haki> while in this form!

His power didn't just stem from the current form he took that granted a 750 per 10 Ascendancy Halos for a total of 4,500, but also from something else that his Main Body was currently doing.

Back in the lands under the authority of the Dimensional Holy Land, Noah's main body was ceaselessly using his accumulated resources to build more Kainos Royal Dream Cosmos, expand his Dream Dimensional Sea, and strengthen his Dream Dimensional Body as more and more Physiques were refined!

But while doing all of this...Noah was also currently sitting on an incandescent throne.

Shimmering with waves of golden dreamy essence and cerulean blue Mana, the Throne of Unnamed Tyranny floated grandly above the lands of the old Blue Planet as multicolored waves of power occasionally crossed its astounding visage.

Noah sat on this throne for one reason and one reason only.

It was due to a prompt that had appeared when his Unnamed Kainos Emperor reached TABOO some time ago!

True Dual Enhancement.

It was an authority brought about whenever Noah sat on his throne, and his True Sanguine Clones...could take on this authority.

It meant that whatever Damage Values stemming from the cast abilities of the True Sanguine Clones after undergoing the multiplier of his Ascendancy Halos...would go on to further be doubled!

Thus, the current Reality came to be.

Just to utter the word based on the nearest targets around him, the cost was high as 1 Million Units of the Essence of Reality burned.

His eyes opened as the over 100 Primogenial Strata LEGENDS around him felt like they weren't moving at all.

From his body, billowing stormy waves of golden Dream Dimensional Soul Damage Values erupted in all directions- their passage turning the surroundings gold as the REIFIED abilities shot out by the blank personifications came to a halt!

The little sentience they had...became utterly shredded and disconnected as even though these beings were somewhat surrounded by the Niflheim Dimension.

The Dream Dimensional Soul Damage Values were so dense and destructive that they lulled REIFIED Abilities to sleep, Noah's Haki that carried his domineering will smashing into the bodies of the multiple existences from Ancient Bloodlines as his will carried horrific Damage!

Just from the measly 4,500 Damage multiplier of his current True Form, his base Damage Values of 5,000 from his Dream Dimensional Reality Seed and the over 3,000 Base Damage Values from all his Physiques...allowed him to attain 36+ Million Damage Values.

Over 36 Million!

Mind you, a LEGEND'S base attack was 5 Million- and Noah had yet to even resonate his Aspects of Existence!

And still, he went further ahead with his ridiculousness as due to the effect of the Throne of Unnamed Tyranny...this Damage Value was doubled.

72+ Million Dream Dimensional Soul Damage Values was what his billowing Haki that painted the skies gold sent out- this Area of Effect ability smashing into the nearby LEGENDS and affecting them the most as it was bound to be the deadliest attack carried out so far.

This was because the Damage Values was a rare one that was focused on the Soul, and then it was further a Dimensional Soul Damage!

None of the beings nearby had sufficient protection against such a unique Damage as it seamlessly shattered their Innate barriers and sunk into their souls.

An action whose result was made obvious an instant later as the buzzing and vivacious group of over 100 Chaos Hounds, Moon Luminoids, Oblivion Ursidae, and Celestial Sharks that were closest to Noah...had their bright eyes turn dim as their bodies began to listlessly fall towards the barren glacial earth below!

Those slightly further away moved back as their foreheads split open and nearly cracked, the intensity of the Emperor's Haki dying down the further it went as this area of effect ability still injured a few hundred more of the Ancient Races that were rushing over!

Their eyes buzzed with shocking light and somberness as they watched the unbelievable scene that had come about from an existence uttering two words.

Akaris had killed a few dozen with her unique means.

Ezekiel was swinging through Sword of Avalon and cutting down all those before him steadily as he seemed unphased.

And then Noah...merely spoke once as over a hundred LEGENDS had their souls irreparably shattered as they dropped from the skies like mere flies!

His visage and gaze became the focus of the eyes of many as the massive Beta Strata Abyssal Gigantomachia Undead turned their flaming sockets towards his direction.

His dazzling dark hair and toned muscles that shone with astounding radiance was ingrained into the minds of all beings here, and yet he seemed unphased while a ridiculous number of prompts blasted his mind- showing the downfall of ridiculous levels of Loot, Concepts, and Bloodlines from over 100 LEGENDS!

A single cast of his ability that released his domineering will somehow managed to dish out over 72 Million Damage Values- Soul ones at that, and he caused the downfall of existences that had lived for millions if not billions of years.
