A multiplier that after he quantified his base Damage and Defense Values boosts that towered past 30,000 after his new Origin alone ridiculously granted 20,000….would put his Damage Values past 2.3 Billion.

Now…let's keep our hearts steady as we go a bit further and observe the Defense Values.
As we observe the Innate Dimensional Barrier that Noah could attain 300% of his maximum defense value in his strongest form.
Keeping the same base value and multiplier would mean 2.3 Billion Innate Defense Values as the multiplier of the Throne was not Innate and not counted…Noah's Innate Dimensional Barrier alone protected him with 7 Billion True Dimensional Defense Values!
Now if he just cast a Defense Skill like the Lich's Armament of Devotion that was affected by the True Dual Enhancement of the Throne of Quintessential Tyranny and could also be considered an active skill Noah could keep at all times due to its resource cost being nullified...this alone would grant Noah close to 5 Billion Defense Values that when added to his Innate Dimensional Barrier that granted 7 Billion, Noah had officially reached the cusp of weak Alpha Strata LEGENDS.

Beta Stratas could deal Damage Values ranging in the Hundreds of Millions to a few Billion depending on the extent of their power, while those at the Alpha Strata were capable of dishing out at least 10 Billion in Damage Values!

As he acclimated to his new body and still experimented with his newly unlocked concepts, his will turned back to the Kun Peng's Cataclysm Nest where the Defiler of Souls was still completing her transformation by taking over Genevieve's body- not even a microsecond having passed.
His True Sanguine Clone still gave off calm waves of contained power as this Clone...was actually the prime candidate to be made the Quintessential Dream Dimensional Chassis body, but Noah waited to see just how scalable or unscalable a Dimensional Hellion Ruler was before completing setting his mind on this!

Noah's blazing eyes quickly saw information rise above the head of this so called geniuses in a glimmering white text box as everything about him seemed abysmal!

His Vitality Values were already astounding at a base of 70 Million as even beginner LEGENDS couldn't touch him, but it was made more obscene by an outside boost that could be attributed to his Decretum of the Avalon Dimension or another unique Trait as he was granted an additional 300 Million Vitality Values to be capable of withstanding Beta Strata LEGENDS! And due to being a Limit Breaker, he also had his own unique Innate Barrier as his overall stats were not to be looked down upon.
After getting these two comparators, Noah turned to himself this time around as his Tri-Pupiled eyes blazed their authority onto himself!
