Many of them would have tremendously important uses and take Noah far, but nothing was as fantastical as the highest tiered loot under Noah at this moment.

A total of 67 Grotto Panaceas were required for the full saturation of the Second Dimensional Layer.
With the cast of the Quintessential Emperor's Annihilation Technique- Second Form, Noah had taken down multiple Ultima Strata LEGENDs and over a hundred at the Alpha Strata as the Grotto Panaceas he attained were enough to accomplish many things!
225 Grotto Panaceas were entirely enough to fully saturate Noah's Second Layer and get started with the third one, with the major question waiting for him being the cost of elevation for the Third Dimensional Layer.
From the first to the second, the effectiveness of Grotto Panaceas was halved from 3 Trillion to 1.5 Trillion Kainos Royal Cosmos.
Going into the Third Layer...would 1.5 be halved again or since the difficulty continued to rise even higher as Noah forged more Dimensions, would the effectiveness of Grotto Panaceas be divided even more?!
Noah's destiny told him he would not like the answer.

With what Noah had on hand...it meant he could fully finish his Second Layer and get started with his Third, and he would no doubt have enough to complete that Layer so long as he repeated what he just did in this war.
But of course, it didn't end there.

And wondrously, he would be becoming an Enemy of multiple Dimensions the more Dimensions he forged as sources of loot would not stop!
So he did what he could do now as he called out tens of Grotto Panaceas, the radiant Loot unfurling and showering his main body with their light as hundreds of Billions of Kainos Royal Prana Cosmos bloomed.
The halfway point would be reached soon enough as his power would explode even further, with the finality of this Second Dimensional Layer not being too far away!
His mind settled as he experienced his shocking growth unique to him.
Who else could explosively grow their power in the middle of a battle by devouring everything about the enemies they killed? Who else but the Quintessential Kainos Emperor?!
He devoured the aspects of his enemies and multiplied them with the Resplendent Treasure Emperor, and there were still even more boons as the last set of prompts after the Grotto Panaceas and Dimensional Resource Points came down.
