Through an increased understanding of Destiny among others, Noah could see pertinent information that could affect his own destiny in a major way!
The only issue was that for the pertinent information this time around, it was about a Relic that was in the hands of a powerful being he couldn't even touch yet.
It was a question of whether he could survive the apocalyptic widespread area of effect attack this Grotto Haven Dream Master had just thrown out, much less steal anything from it.
And the only way to do this was of course...his own power.
During this same period of time in the Dimensional Holy Land, Noah's progress in the Second Dimensional Layer exceeded the 50 Trillion Kainos Royal Prana Cosmos.
The center of the Dimensional Holy Land was brimming with life force.
The verdant light emanating from Noah was immense and tyrannical as his body surged with life, giving off a sense of an unshakable being with an unreasonable force of life that would be hard to eradicate!
And this became even more pronounced as the True Vitality Values that had been rising this whole time exploded upwards.
Prompts rose before his eyes as he passed the halfway mark and continued even further.

Incandescent swirls of essence surrounded his body at this juncture, his reserves of the Essence of Reality filling up as his life force was abundant!
Unlike the boosts of the First Dimensional Layer, his Reserves of the Essence of Reality were increased by 50 Million instead of 25, and his True Vitality Values ridiculously jumped 100 Billion all at once compared to the 25 Billion at the halfway mark of the First Dimensional Layer!
Of course, there was also the forceful elevation of the Decretum of Prana to 12.5% as among many other boosts, there was the Augmentation of 125% ready to be added to the 250% of the Decretum of Dreams and the percentages from Manadynamics, Gravitation, and Polarity that would inflate his Damage Values, Defense Values, and True Vitality Values even higher!
He was growing ever so steadily.
And because he had the resources within his hands, his body didn't stop blooming with Billions more Kainos Royal Prana Cosmos as full completion would not be too far away!
And as he achieved his goals...

In a domain of resplendent green.
Mystical floating Groves of thick vegetation floated in Seas of verdant essence, thick coiling roots occasionally rising and falling within this green sea.
Potent essence of the Decretum of Prana surged in the surroundings as the densest cluster was around a massive stellar tree that rose from the verdant sea and continued upwards across space endlessly!
The area above the green sea was filled with tendrils of green clouds as the radiant branches and leaves of this massive tree could barely be seen here, each leaf shimmering with the allure of multiple Realities.
HUUM!
The leaves of this massive tree that seemed like their own domains shook at this moment as the Essence of the Decretum of Prana surged all around this area...and the whole Prana Dimension!
A Latent will surged into the massive and ancient tree as its leaves fluttered.
"Dimensional Inimicus..."
...!
A booming voice filled with age and vicissitude surged out as it seemed calm and collected even as the Latent Will of the Prana Dimension informed it with a sense of rage and urgency.
"First the Dream Dimension...and now the Prana Dimension."
The voice seemed tired and yet full of life, filled with care and love for life as rage was not felt within it!
"They said this would be an impossibility...and yet it is occurring."

It seemed to speak of unknown things and mystical secrets.
Even though the Will of its Dimension urged it to do something as it felt other Dimensional Rulers within this Dimension about to move...this existence actually went in an opposite direction as <Absolute Prana Authority> surged from it, reaching far and wide as it went towards Four other Dimensional Rulers of the Prana Dimension!

A shocking command from a supremely powerful Dimensional Ruler!
Other Dimensions had Dimensional Rulers and Dimensional Hellion Rulers who fought with each other for Hegemony or simply ruled their domains.
Then there were some unique Dimensions like Prana.
It was untouched by Dimensional Hellion Rulers as it remained unblemished from outside sources.
Part of the reason for this...was an ancient Dimensional Ruler who was rumored to have lived for as long as the Dimension itself.
A Dimensional Ruler that could actually control the other Dimensional Rulers of the Prana Dimension...and such an existence did not directly follow the will of the Prana Dimension at this moment!
The Essence of the Decretum of Prana surged...but no movements were made.
Destiny weaved as time flowed.
Back in the Boundary Between Realities, in a small section of the invading forces of the Dream Dimension.
In the battlefield where the Nightwalker had unleashed the might of an apocalyptic Relic, countless Nightmare Sword Flames raged around as even the Suzerains felt a great level of danger while they tried to contain them!
A small residual number of these Nightmare Sword Flames whizzed towards Primordial Commanders as some surged towards Noah who wanted to finish the three Ultima Strata LEGENDs before him.
Against the residual strikes of a Grotto Haven that could potentially reach 1 Trillion or even higher if he faced them head on, he actually smiled.
This was because at the halfway completion of his Second Dimensional Layer, his maximum Reserves of the Essence of Reality were raised by a whole 50 Million. But this wasn't all.
During this process, his dried up reserves remained dry no longer.
During his advancement...he actually had complete Regeneration of his Maximum Reserves of the Essence of Reality that now totaled 225 Million!
So in this increasingly chaotic battle that had turned utterly dangerous, a smile was etched on his face as he whispered calmly.
"Second Form."
HUUM!
His body began to buzz with a luminous light as the Unparalleled Emperor's Blitzkrieg was launched once more!
The symphony in the surrounding buzzed madly and with fervor as he turned into a luminous burning star that charged towards his enemies, intent on using the Damage Values of this attack ability, his Innate Dimensional Barrier, and Lich's Armament of Devotion to both kill and withstand the wild area of effect attack by a Grotto Haven Suzerain!
This was what Noah pulled out to withstand barely a fraction of the attack of the Nightwalker.
There were then the Primordial Grotto Haven Suzerains who had this attack focused on them.
The Nightwalker was especially cunning as he focused the largest cluster of the attack towards a Suzerain that could be considered the weakest!
"Ah...!"
In the void where the Suzerains fought, a Royal Human Suzerain let out a guttural yell and bellow as no dignity could be seen on his face that currently had rising terror in the onslaught of Absolute Dream Authority that was contained in the countless Nightmare Sword Flames surging towards it.
It was a terror stemming from the fear of Death as an unexpected result was blooming on this battlefield!
