This was what Noah needed to carry out what he wanted to do at this moment as he was paying the price of his actions purely with Absolute Dream Authority.

Since he could spend as much as his soul could handle, he wanted to very discreetly spread his Pathogenic Will onto the very souls of Nature Integration experts before they realized anything!

Of course, he knew that this would be an insurmountable ordeal as some of those he targeted were truly powerful existences.

Even though they were integrated with the Source of Dreams, they might still be able to catch on if another Will tried to encroach upon them- even if Noah was doing it as discreetly as he could!

So as his Pathogenic Will latched on to multiple Lines of Integration, he identified some that shone with brighter splendor than all others.

Out of all the Lines of Integration, 15 shone with utmost splendor as they represented existences that had integrated with many more Sources.

Noah could instinctively feel this as the truth!

And out of these 15, 9 Lines of Integration pulsed with shocking grandeur as Noah knew these were the strongest Nature Integration Realm existences who had bound themselves to the Source of Dreams.

Noah knew that Lilith was among these 9 as each of them shone with shocking levels of Intensity.

It was a shocking affirmation of power, but it also told Noah that out there in the 8 remaining Anchors and Desolate Mausoleum…there were 8 others at the same stage as Lilith!

And with even more accuracy, there were 8 others apart from Lilith nearing her power or having the same stage of power…who had also connected to the Source of Dreams.

There could be existences just as powerful or possibly more who simply did not integrate with the Source of Dreams!

Noah…had to carefully navigate all of this as his will had already begun descending down all of the Lines of Integration except for the 15 brightest ones and a few chosen exceptions like Eowyn.

This was because he didn't want to get caught so easily and so early!

He moved carefully as he discerned with Providence whether he would succeed or possibly alert the 15 most powerful existences if his Pathogenic will began to latch onto them.

He had many cards up his sleeves as just for now…he could afford to move with a level of care and caution when he obtained such a Reality breaking tool. He didn't need to get overconfident and slip up!

He focused on latching onto the dozens of Lines of Integration that represented Nature Integration Realm existences across the Dimensions and Desolate Mausoleum.

A distinction to keep in mind was that all Dimensional Rulers were Nature Integration experts, but not all Nature Integration Realm existences were Dimensional Rulers!

There were those in the Desolate Mausoleum, and there were even those within Dimensions that didn't take on the distinction of a Ruler!

But at this time, Noah cared not for who they were as apart from the strongest ones he didn't wish to alert, all others experienced a silent assault on their minds as a Quintessential Pathogenic Will surged forth.

At the same time, Noah continued to gaze upon the shocking boons all this provided him.

Pristine wonders that Noah knew were not granted to others who had merely integrated with the Source of Dreams.

As someone who could view the Lines of Integration of others, he knew that their percentage augmentations were half of his as they didn't have free access to the utilization of Absolute Dream Authority, nor did they have 75% Nullification to anything related to the Decretum of Dreams!

It was an advancement that told Noah so long as he integrated the Source of Dreams into him…he did not have to be afraid of any Dimensional Rulers.

Their Values ranged in the Quadrillions, but he was steadily climbing up these values as well as he wasn't too far off from matching some of the truly strong Dimensional Rulers!

But to gauge his strength and truly understand which stage he was at…he would need to match himself against a genuine Nature Integration expert.

Not one that was near death and bound for him to kill.

Not against Abominations that he had a specific weapon against.

A genuine Nature Integration Realm expert!

And there was one place where he might just get his wish.

As his Will experienced the shocking connection to the Source of Dreams and he silently sent his Pathogenic Will to dominate over average Rulers, the reflection of events occurring from a far away Dimension played.

It was within the Quantum Dimension where vibrantly surging rings of light made a grandiose circular domain filled with rows of thrones- the most prominent beings from the 9 Dimensions filling up these thrones as due to the nature of the issue at hand, only Dimensional Rulers were here as their Suzerain Commanders or any others were not present!

It was why the side of Dream Dimensional Rulers was garnering the gazes of others as within their group, an existence that didn't have the aura of being integrated with Nature could be seen.

But those currently present chose not to say anything as the situation around the Dream Dimensional Rulers who had lost their home was too unique!

So nobody present said anything…but there were many more Rulers entering every few minutes.

And at this juncture, over a dozen auras of Rulers appeared all at once from afar as their auras vibrantly shone of Niflheim and Apollyon Dimensional Essence!
