When Xia Zhang Tian and the others had appeared in the city, the Xuan Qiu clan did not come over, so they hadn't met. Now that this person had suddenly appeared, he and Zhao Xiang Qi weren't the slightest bit prepared.

"Since that power from the inner regions actually dared to appear here, I'm guessing that they no longer plan to conceal their identities." Zhao Xiang Qi said. "If it were not for that expert, we would have been hard pressed to take those people down."

Sima You Yue looked inside and saw Xuan Qiu He sitting in the garden looking at them.

"What are you doing here?" Little Seven asked.

"Smelling the medicinal herbs. This is something I have to do everyday." Xuan Qiu He said with a smile.

"Is it?" Little Seven took a whiff, "The herbs here smell the same. It's not as good as the ones you have."

"To see the world in a single flower, and enlightenment in a single leaf. Although these herbs are not expensive, they have their own distinctive smell." Xuan Qiu He said, "Not all herbs are the same."

The tranquil aura wafting from Xuan Qiu He calmed Sima You Yue's aura that had been rather agitated from battle.

"I have to thank you for today." She said as she walked in front of him.

"I've said this before, we are friends. Since I found out that you were going to participate in that event, it's only a given that I should send someone to keep an eye out." Xuan Qiu He said, "Between you and me, there is no need for thanks."

Sima You Yue was rather embarrassed. Why did this guy say it as if they both of them were really close?

As expected, Han Miao Shuang and the others misunderstood.

Sima You Yue nodded her head agreeably, she believed in this too. Affinity was important, but it was not absolute either.
