121 Becoming a disciple(Chapter preview)

Before a few days had passed, it was time to go back to school.

Since she had given up on fighting with the Nalan Clan, Sima You Yue returned to the academy and merely set a date for the men to come and collect the pills.

Once she returned to the dorm, Sima You Yue saw four people standing inside the house.

"Cough cough, what are you all doing here?" Seeing that Bei Gong Tang and the others all had long faces and thinking about how much it looked like she was on trial, she laughed as she asked.

"Say it, do we have to extort a confession from you or will you account for it truthfully." Wei Zi Qi said.

"Account for what?" Sima You Yue blinked her eyes innocently.

"When did you become an Alchemist? During the entire time that we lived with you, we never realized it. If you didn't reveal this during the banquet, it's certain that we never would have found out that there was a second ranked Alchemist in our midst." Bei Gong Tang said.

Fatty Qu walked beside Sima You Yue and patted her shoulders, saying, "Sigh, You Yue. It's not that I don't want to speak up for you this time, but it looks like they're not going to let you off if you're not going to account for it truthfully!"

"It started from last year. Last year, after I found out I could cultivate, and from a chance encounter, it was my first try with alchemy and after that I slowly learnt how." Sima You Yue touched her nose, "Actually, it's nothing much. You all were so busy every day, that's why you never noticed me."

"No matter what you say, it's a fact that you kept this from us. In order to demonstrate your remorse, you have to make an entire feast for us in order to heal our wounded hearts." Ouyang Fei finally revealed their motive this time.

Sima You Yue looked over at the few of them, saying, "Okay, no problem. I'll cook a large feast for our lunch today!"

Actually she knew that every single one of them had their own secrets and they would not really want to force her to tell them the truth. They merely wanted to rip her off.

"Mine is relatively simple. Anything that is yummy can be served." Wei Zi Qi's request appeared simple, but was actually the most difficult.

"Since You Yue had already agreed, then we'll go and do our own things. We'll just wait for lunch and we'll have yummy things to eat." Fatty Qu said.

"You Yue, call us once you're done." Bei Gong Tang turned around to return back to her own house after she finished speaking.

Wei Zi Qi and Ouyang Fei left as well, leaving behind Fatty Qu and Sima You Yue who were standing in the house.

"Oh right, You Yue, Master Fang sent people to send word that when you return back to the academy today, you should go look for him before it gets dark."

Sima You Yue smiled at the few of them. If they just wanted to eat her food, they should have said so, why did they bother to make it into such a big deal.

Thinking back on what Fatty Qu had said to her before he left, it seemed like Master Feng wanted her to give him an account on the time that she had used his name as a shield.

It could be because she knew that he would help her keep a secret, that's why she unwittingly used him as a cover when Wan Wu Feng asked her that question.

After eating Lunch, Sima You Yue loitered in the house a bit longer before walking over to Feng Zhi Xing's office.

She had yet to knock on the door when a voice came from inside.

"Right." Feng Zhi Xing looked at Sima You Yue but did not continue the conversation.

"Cough cough, that… I didn't have any other choice back then and could only use Master's name." Sima You Yue took initiative to give an account.

"How could it be that I didn't know that I was an Alchemist? Furthermore, I had even accepted such a powerful disciple?" Feng Zhi Xing raised his eyebrows.

Sima You Yue sensed her surroundings extremely attentively once again. The originally pitch black area started to fill with a kind of light. The spots of starlight slowly appeared in her surroundings.

She looked at the change in environment with surprise. She said with a bit of disbelief, "It… It looks like I'm currently somewhere in space, like some kind of cosmos. The surroundings are filled with spots of starlight. It's so pretty…"

When Feng Zhi Xing heard what Sima You Yue said, it was as if his body had been struck by lightning.
