254 Mo Sha’s sword(Chapter preview)

Sima You Yue was suspicious when she saw Mo Sha appear.

Ever since he had helped her successfully fuse the Spirit Pagoda, he rarely appeared.

"Mo Sha, what are you doing out here?"

Mo Sha didn't reply her. He merely stared straight at the sword hilt. He suddenly solidified his hand, attracting the sword hilt to his palm.

'Fusion', was just like its name. It let a master and his contracted beast fuse into one body. After that, he could absorb his contracted beast's ability into his own body.

The method was simple. Sima You Yue only used give days to grasp it completely. She called out Ya Guang and recited a few secret phrases, then Ya Guang changed into a white ray of light and attached to her body. Her arm changed completely to look like Ya Guang's claw.

She punched a stone on the side of the wall lightly, but that stone immediately turned to powder.

"So powerful!" Sima You Yue sucked in a breath. Ya Guang's iron claw was his best feature. Now that he can combined with her, she had this kind of power as well.

"Split." She said lightly, as Ya Guang left her body.

"This is really useful!" Sima You Yue looked at her hands satisfactorily. After that, she called out Little Roc and, after she used Fusion, Little Roc turned into a white ray of light and attached himself to her body.

This time, a pair of wings appeared on her back. She used her mind to control the movement of her wings, and for a moment, the dust in the stone room flew up in the air.

"Haha, once I arrive outside, I'll see whether or not I'll be able to fly." Sima You Yue smiled as she released herself from Little Roc.

"How fun, how fun, Yue Yue, fuse with me and see what we'll look like!" Little Roar saw her playing by herself and made a racket.

"Alright. Fusion."

Little Roar and Sima You Yue combined, but they realised that she didn't have much changes. She neither grew wings nor gained any strength.

"Little Roar, what special ability do you have?" Sima You Yue asked.

After a long moment passed, Little Roar's voice was finally heard, saying, "Does… eating count?"

Sima You Yue's face turned black as she released the fusion and squished him in her embrace.

"I knew you didn't have any use, you only know how to eat good food! You still dare to ask me whether or not that counts as a special ability?"

"Ah, ah, beast murderer!" Little Roar cried out.

However, no matter how he roared, Sima You Yue didn't care. She messed up every single part of his white fur before she released him.

"Master, I don't think that there isn't any result of your combination with Little Roar." Thousand Resonance waited until Sima You Yue took care of Little Roar before he spoke.

"But nothing on my body changed!" Sima You Yue said.

"Little Roar can ignore boundaries. I think that attain this ability after fusing with him." Thousand Resonance said.

Sima You Yue thought about it. It seemed that this ability was the most prominent one.

"Alright, let's go out now. We'll go and see what's behind other doors." Sima You Yue kept away all the other contracted beasts into her Spirit Pagoda before she left the stone room.

However, when she came outside, she realised that those doors did have restrictions. One person was only allowed to enter one room. Since she had already entered this one, she was no longer able to enter the other rooms.

"I wonder how to get out of here." She took a look at the cave and didn't see any area through which she could leave. She could only sit down and wait for Sima You Lin and the others.

She waited until the twentieth day. Thinking about how she had already obtained something on the fifth or sixth day, she wondered what the other four people got.

The first one who got out was Sima You Qing. Seeing that Sima You Yue was seated outside, he asked, "You Yue, did you not enter?"

"I entered already, but I came out early and was waiting for you all. However, you all just didn't come out. If I wait any longer I'm going to go crazy." Sima You Yue glanced at Sima You Lan, whose eyes were filled with grievance.

"Did you wait long?"

Sima You Yue nodded as she stretched forth her fingers to count, "It's already been twenty days. Sigh, did you all get extremely good legacies? You actually took so long."

"Not really." Sima You Qing replied, "I took ten days to think it through, it was already half a month by the time I got the legacy. Oh? How did you come out so quickly?"

Sima You Yue blinked, asking with confusion, "You even had a test?"
