272 This was prepared for the Nalan Clan(Chapter preview)

On the morning of the second day, Sima You Yue and the others prepared to set off. As they left, the just happened to bump into those two ladies.

The lady in white smiled at them while that Red Cloud was dripping with arrogance.

"Thank you very much for giving us a room yesterday so we didn't have to sleep on the streets." The girl in white,Jade, said with a smile.

"No problem. Anyway, you already said thank you yesterday." Sima You Yue replied.

Sima You Yang returned the rooms, walked over and said, "Let's go, otherwise, we won't be able to reach Dragon mountain tomorrow night."

When Jade heard them mention Dragon Mountain, she asked, "Are you all going to Saint City as well?"

"We are. Are you going there too?" Sima You Yang asked.

Jade didn't look down on them, and said, "Saint City in inside the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain. The Thousand Beast Mountain is different from other mountain ranges. When nightfall comes, many spirit beasts will begin to act wildly and it is extremely dangerous. I don't need to tell you what will happen if you encounter those beasts."

This was the first time that Sima You Yue had heard about this and she muttered, "Could it be that Ten Thousand Beast Mountain is antipodal, and its timing is flipped over from other Mountain Ranges?"

"What did you say?" Jade asked because she didn't hear clearly.

"Cough cough, nothing much." Sima You Yue asked, "That small resting area at Dragon Mountain should have a protection array or barrier to protect us, right?"

"They're friends I met on the way." Jade replied. Then, she turned to the innkeeper and said, "Innkeeper, prepare a few rooms for them."

"I'm really sorry, Miss Jade. The rooms here have already been completely booked by your brother disciple. There are no available rooms anymore." Innkeeper replied.

"Since Brother Disciple is the one who booked them, then let them stay." Jade said.

"Sister, I'm sorry, but these rooms have been prepared for the Nalan Clansmen."
