Chapter 7 Avengers

On an abandoned city street, the wreckage of a Quinjet fell next to a dilapidated building.

The appearance of the fighter plane was almost unrecognizable, with torn and deformed metal fragments scattered across the fuselage. Black smoke still rose from the wreckage, and there was a heavy smell of burning.

Scattered around the wreckage were a pile of corpses on the ground, which had been destroyed beyond recognition by the impact of the crash.

Their bodies were twisted and deformed, and their limbs were scattered in a mess. The smell of decay permeated the air, creating an eerie sight along with the wreckage.

Hawkeye stared at the trench coat, and for a second, his heart was filled with pain and guilt. He tried hard to recall the past, the honor and responsibility he had, but those memories seemed to become blurry and distant in his brain, as if they never existed.

He does not want to be defeated by the temptation of the American colonel. He wants to stay awake and protect his humanity.
