Chapter 1020: Revenge is late but it comes
Chapter 1020: Revenge is late but comes
The news that Draco was knocked down by Harry spread throughout the campus in less than half an hour.
The cause was his foul mouth as usual, so he deserved to be beaten.
But some people don't think so. If Pansy can't deal with Harry who hits people, can't she deal with that little bitch in the third grade?
That night, she stopped Ginny who was alone.
But the result was somewhat unexpected. The leg-locking spell she used in the initial sneak attack did hit the opponent, but the opponent's reaction was not slow. He retaliated by casting a spark spell to summon a large number of small fireworks.
Pansy's clothes were full of small holes caused by explosions, and a lot of her hair was curled up.
"Filthy blood traitor!" she screamed, ready to spit a curse back.
But her regular casting motion took too long, and she was not as fast as Ginny, who often went to the club to practice fighting.
"Hot and spicy—"
“Sparks flying!”
A large number of fireworks sprayed out from the tip of Ginny's wand, and exploded on Pansy with a "crackling" sound, and bursts of burning smell came from the air.
"Who!" Filch's voice rang out, accompanied by the sound of hurried footsteps.
Pansy, who was covered in dust, had no choice but to put away her wand. "Very good, you learned it from that mudblood Granger, it's really good."
She laughed out of anger and looked back at the increasingly hurried footsteps behind her. "But what can we do? You led Filch here, and you are the one who suffers in the end."
Ginny tried her best but couldn't move her legs. If she couldn't break the leg-locking curse, she would be caught.
"Stand still! Parkinson, quickly remove the spell for me!"
Her wand pen was pointed at Pansy.
"Ha ha ha -" Pansy laughed particularly ferociously, "I suggest you save your energy. If you and I were caught by Filch, who do you think would be punished more severely?"
One was unharmed, while the other was covered in dirt and her clothes were torn and full of burn holes. In addition, there were some charred marks on the floor and walls. Anyone who saw it would think that Ginny was the one-sided perpetrator of the violence.
"Despicable! Are you just taking revenge on me for what happened this morning?"
Pansy stopped passing by her and said, "Despicable? You and Potter are despicable. Draco's injury just healed, and he just scolded you a few words. Weasley who lives in a rat hole should accept it with a smile."
Ginny's hand holding the wand was shaking, and she really wanted to give the big poodle-like face in front of her a hard blow.
"Parkinson, you are such a dog. I was scolded by Malfoy for no reason, and Harry beat him up because he deserved it!"
Pansy's expression became even more ferocious, but she quickly calmed down again, "Want to irritate me? Huh - do you think everyone is like your Weasley family, who specializes in mass-producing idiots?"
She glanced down at Ginny with contempt, "You little bitch, you made such a mess here, how do you think Filch will punish you?"
"Don't worry about it!"
"Oh - look forward to it."
Ginny didn't utter the spell until Pansy disappeared around the corner.
She stopped her trembling hands and slowly put down her wand.
The Spark Curse has basically no killing power, but its advantage is that it is large in quantity and can leave behind large burn marks like fireworks exploding.
Unfortunately, her control was not very good, and she left scorch marks on the floor, walls, and even the ceiling of the corridor.
After a while, Filch arrived with Mrs. Norris.
He looked at Ginny who was standing there motionless with a sneer, "It's Gryffindor as expected. I finally caught him this time."
Early the next morning, the little lions discovered that the red hourglass in the hallway had inexplicably become smaller.
If it wasn't almost full, no one would have noticed.
The twins wanted to find out what happened, but when they turned around they saw Ginny walking in with a bucket and a mop.
Merlin's big pants! Is their sister being punished?
Who is it! Who on earth has such courage!
Under their questioning, Ginny told them what happened last night.
"Filch has ordered me to clean all the corridors and staircases in the castle every day until the Christmas holidays are over."
"Damn Slytherin!" Fred reached into his pocket. "George, don't look for a dance partner yet. We have to take revenge double time."
George took out a large dung egg with a wicked smile, "I'll give her some extra food at breakfast later, and then we'll go find Filch together after she's full."
Ginny felt warm in her heart, but if her twin brother was also caught, his fate would be countless times worse than hers.
"Don't worry, Ginny. We are professionals. No one will find out it was us who did it."
She was unable to persuade the two and could only watch them walk towards the Slytherin table.
"Ugh--"
"Why are you sighing?" Hermione stepped forward.
Ginny's face was full of self-blame. "If I had avoided the Leg Locking Curse last night, our school wouldn't have lost 80 points because of me."
Vincent and Harry also came over at this time.
It's just a point deduction, a daily routine for Gryffindor.
The two big guys who had the most extra points had no objection, and the little lions didn't care too much, and even cheered for Ginny to beat Pansy away.
After making some noise in the hall for a while, Ginny went back to the hallway and started cleaning.
Vincent patted Harry, who subconsciously clenched his fists, and said, "If I were you, I would stay with Ginny for the entire holiday."
"what?"
"Forget it if you don't understand."
Harry stared at his back blankly, and suddenly turned to look at Ginny who was mopping the floor outside the hall.

If Draco had not been beaten, she would not have suffered Pansy's revenge, nor would she have been caught and punished by Filch.
Whether it was out of self-blame or guilt or for some other reason, Harry felt that Vincent was right and he should indeed stay with Ginny.
Ron at the Gryffindor table was a little puzzled.
Isn't it just learning to dance? When did their relationship become so good that they can even share the punishment together?
Maybe it was because Harry felt that he had implicated Ginny.
Yes, that's right, it must be like that.
When breakfast was halfway through, a loud "bang" suddenly came from the Slytherin table.
Pansy, whose hair was cut shorter, was trapped by the shit-yellow mist of the dung egg.
Fortunately, the stench was only directed at her, but seeing her trapped in the mist was particularly disgusting.
Especially the black swans sitting near her, although they couldn't smell any stench, they all covered their noses and sat far away.
Only Draco didn't move, his eyes still fixed on the two figures outside the auditorium.
"Help……"
He couldn't hear Pansy's cry for help, nor the little lions' laughter.
Not long after breakfast was over, a heart-wrenching scream was heard from the corridor behind the four large hourglasses in the entrance hall.
That was Filch's dark and dirty office. Vincent subconsciously looked towards the twins' seats and found that they were indeed gone.
As the only non-magician at Hogwarts, Filch, the gatekeeper, is actually quite lonely.
It was nice to have the twins with him, and it would be even better if he could smile more.
