Chapter 1165 The Most Wanted Criminal in the Magic World
The news of the UFO appearing in Berlin was immediately delivered to the Reichstag where the president was.
Although most of the German government's functions have not yet been moved to Berlin, they are already sufficient to deal with ordinary emergencies.
It was not until a wizard on a broom appeared that the German president, who had just been in office for a year, realized that this matter was related to the magical world.
He immediately ordered a halt to the Bundeswehr's actions and asked the police to speed up the evacuation of the surrounding residents.
After arranging everything, an uninvited guest suddenly appeared in his office.
Upon closer inspection, he saw that it was Thaddeus Berg, the Minister for Magic whom he had met when he took office last year.
"Mr. Minister Berg, are you wizards always so elusive?"
Berg walked towards him with a serious expression. "Mr. President, the situation is urgent. We have no choice but to meet in this way."
The German president frowned immediately. "What on earth is that thing? Do you have any way to deal with it?"
Berg's mouth drooped slightly, and his whole body revealed a solemn air. "Before that, Mr. President, I hope that the news will be blocked immediately."
With the advancement of technology today, photos of UFOs would have been transmitted to the other side of the ocean long ago. If we were lucky, maybe the group of wizards riding brooms would have been photographed as well.
"Mr. Minister, I'm afraid the news has spread abroad."
Berg's expression suddenly darkened. "Is there any way to solve this?"
The German president shook his head slightly. "If it were two years ago, before the internet became so developed, maybe it would have been possible. But now there's no way to stop the spread of news."
Berg knew about the Internet, and the magic communicator was born based on it.
He slowly sat down opposite the president and began to explain the whole story. "Mr. President, the UFO you mentioned is actually a product of alchemy."
He paused, calming himself down a bit. "I believe you've already seen the Wiccan Party's documents. The wizard standing on the UFO is Vincent Wayne, the most wanted criminal in the wizarding world, who broke into our prison some time ago and rescued those Wiccan Party members."
The German president immediately thought of Gellert Grindelwald in the WWII documents.
After more than half a century, another Dark Lord appeared in the German magical world.
He was visibly relieved to learn that Vincent was British.
It’s good that they are not Germans. The reparations for World War I have not been paid yet, and the reparations for World War II are even more distant. If the wizard makes trouble for the third time, East and West Germany, which were just merged a few years ago, will probably split again.
Berg didn't understand the complicated political environment of Muggles. When he learned that the president had ordered the Federal Armed Forces to stop their actions and asked the police to speed up the evacuation of the people, he finally felt a little better.
"Mr. President, we will resolve this incident as quickly as possible."
The German President's frown deepened.
When he took office last year, his party had promised that matters in the wizarding world would not implicate them. However, just one year later, the Ministry of Magic's most wanted criminal suddenly came to the capital Berlin without any warning. If he came here every few days, who could withstand it?
Berg stood up on his own, seemingly unaware of the dissatisfaction on his face, or perhaps he noticed it but didn't care.
"Mr. President, I hope you can fulfill your duties. Exposing the existence of the magical world will not benefit anyone."
The German President slowly stood up. "I understand, Mr. Minister. I will certainly do my job."
"No need to send me off." Berg raised his wand expressionlessly.
He could hear some resentment in the president's words, but he was there to inform him of the situation, not to build relationships.
The black and white vortex appeared and disappeared, leaving only the surprised German president in the office.
After Berg returned to the Ministry of Magic, he received two pieces of bad news. One was a warning from the International Confederation of Wizards, and the other was that the battle over Berlin was spreading more and more widely, and many buildings were seriously damaged.
The only good news is that there have been no casualties so far.
Vincent seemed to have deliberately chosen those uninhabited buildings. His purpose was very clear, which was to expose the existence of magic.
"Where are they now?"
"DaimlerChrysler District."
Almost all of Berlin's skyscrapers are concentrated there, and many of them are under construction, making it a very suitable stage.
Adelaide screamed, "No, Wayne's goal has always been us!"
The DaimlerChrysler district is very close to the city center and is only a few blocks away from Potsdamer Platz, where the German Ministry of Magic is located.
"I'm ing"
Are there really any wizards these days who dare to storm into the Ministry of Magic alone?
Voldemort was extremely arrogant back then, but he still had to lead his Death Eaters to attack the British Ministry of Magic.
Hmm...it seems there are wizards who really dare to do that.
"Vincent Wayne..." Berg's brows were twisted into a knot.
The British Ministry of Magic has been thrown into chaos by him. Is it now the turn of the German Ministry of Magic?
At the same time as the second emergency meeting was held, the sound of the night sky over the DaimlerChrysler area suddenly accelerated its pace.
"This direction..." The exhausted Mueller accelerated and chased after it.
That direction is Potsdamer Platz, where the German Ministry of Magic is located.
The sudden acceleration during the battle must be due to excessive consumption, and now is a good opportunity to shoot it down.
"Wayne!" Muller, riding a flying broom, quickly caught up.
He used the inertia of his broom to jump towards the Voice of the Night, then thrust his wand into the defensive barrier.

He poked a small hole and quickly got in before the barrier could recover.
Vincent raised his hand and fired a shot, and Muller, who had not yet stood firm, rolled to the side.
The blue beam flashed again, and Muller hurriedly raised his wand to try to block it.
The impact force was much weaker than before, which was indeed due to excessive consumption.
After damaging so many buildings one after another and dealing with them for such a long time, even the most powerful wizard would feel tired.
Mueller's eyes became extremely sharp, "Expelliarmus!"
The orange-red spell collided with the blue beam of light. Muller had only half finished reciting his next spell when Vincent rushed over.
Muller was about to raise his hand, but found that he had no strength at all.
He looked down and saw that the hand holding the wand was twisted backwards, as if it was dislocated.
Before he could raise his other hand, Vincent's knee struck him.
Once, twice, three times.
Muller was hit hard in the abdomen repeatedly, but he still held on to Vincent's cloak with one hand.
"Wayne... do you think... I'm the only one... who noticed that your attack... has weakened..."
Vincent raised the Dominator and smashed it hard on his head.
As Muller fell, the barrier of the Sound of Night was attacked by a fierce spell.
Vincent looked down at the ruler whose gun was flashing a dazzling red light.
The prolonged battle had indeed made him feel exhausted, and even the ruler was about to reach his limit.
But this doesn't mean he has become weaker, his fighting methods include more than just magic.
