"I'm a resident of Little Whinging, right next to Harry Potter's."
Immediately afterwards, Mrs. Figg described in detail about the appearance of the dementor in the alley.
When asked what the dementors had done, Mrs. Figg grew more confident.
"They jumped at the two boys, one fell down, the other dropped his wand, tried to pick it up and attacked, but was entangled by the dementor."
