Hermione stopped the attack when the red light reached Harry.

The red light shot towards Neville, a white light flashed in front of Luna's eyes, and the sword in Neville's hand was unsheathed.
A sword split the red light, Neville lowered his body and rushed over, pulled out his wand with the other hand, and fired red light at the Death Eaters.
The cloaks on the Death Eaters tied them up, Neville cut off the wand with his sword hand, and turned the sword sideways to knock people unconscious.
