Chapter 2792 The Online Game Master's "Straight Male" Roommate 37
The long and intense kiss only ended when Cheng Lang was practically suffocating.
His lips were slightly swollen from the kiss. He held Jin Chen in his arms to calm his breathing, gently inhaling his scent—the familiar, longed-for scent—and feeling the warmth of his heartbeat.
After more than ten days of emptiness, his arms were finally filled, and the sense of security and satisfaction made Cheng Lang sigh.
After recovering, Cheng Lang took out the slippers he had prepared for Jin Chen from the shoe cabinet.
"Change your shoes quickly, it's cold outside." Cheng Lang's voice was slightly hoarse, but gentle and considerate.
After Jin Chen changed into slippers, Cheng Lang helped him take off his coat and hang it up, and folded his scarf and put it aside.
After doing all this, Cheng Lang took Jin Chen's hand and led her to the living room, then pulled her into his arms again.
Jin Chen let Cheng Lang have his way, sliding down and lazily leaning against him, her fingers idly playing with the buttons on her pajamas, her nose brushing against the skin on his neck.
Are your aunt and uncle not home?
"I went to visit relatives." Cheng Lang hugged him, then lowered his head to kiss the crown of his head, his fingertips twirling the strands of hair. "I guessed you might come in the next few days, so I didn't go with you."
Cheng Lang felt a surge of tenderness and warmth in his heart as he thought about how Jin Chen had rushed back early specifically to see him. He couldn't help but turn his head and gently bite Jin Chen's lower lip. "Let's have dinner with my parents tomorrow, and then we'll go back to the apartment, okay?"
"Okay." Jin Chen naturally agreed, tilted her head back and leaned in to kiss his lips, licking them with the tip of her tongue.
Their breaths mingled again, and the space on the sofa felt cramped.
The doorbell suddenly rang urgently, accompanied by the energetic shouts of several teenagers.
"Brother Lang! Are you home, Brother Lang? We made plans to play games together yesterday! We've come looking for you!"
"Brother Lang! Open the door! We brought snacks and drinks!"
"Brother Cheng Lang!"
Jin Chen raised an eyebrow, covered her mouth with the back of her hand to stop Cheng Lang from kissing her, and said in a teasing tone.
"How many good younger brothers do you have?"
Cheng Lang clicked his tongue in annoyance, his forehead pressed against Jin Chen's, his breathing still a little unsteady. "I forgot... I was bored at home without you. I promised my cousins a few days ago that I'd take them to play games today..."
Jin Chen chuckled softly, reached out and touched Cheng Lang's side, patting him reassuringly, "Let them in, they can come in together."
Cheng Lang was reluctant. He had finally waited for the person and hadn't had enough time to enjoy the moment, but now he was about to be disturbed by a bunch of little brats.
But it was the Lunar New Year, and it wouldn't be good to leave him standing outside, so he could only sigh, give Jin Chen another big kiss, and then get up to open the door.
As soon as the door opened, four young men and women rushed in, dressed fashionably with bright, sparkling eyes.
"Brother Lang, you've finally opened the door! We thought you'd gone out..."
The tallest boy was halfway through his sentence when he saw a handsome guy on the sofa, and his words caught in his throat. "Hey? Is Brother Lang having a friend's visit?"
The other three also looked over at the same time, and the little cousin exclaimed, "Wow, handsome guy!"
Jin Chen straightened her slightly disheveled clothes, her lips were a little redder than usual, and sitting there, her outstanding appearance was almost unreal.
Cheng Lang stepped aside to let them in, closed the door, and introduced, "Jin Chen, you can just call him Brother Jin."
"Hello, Brother Jin!" Cheng Mao was the first to snap out of his daze and quickly greeted him.
"Hello." Jin Chen nodded slightly.
Cheng Lang invited them in to sit down, then walked back to Jin Chen and sat down next to him, his arm resting on the back of the sofa behind Jin Chen, in a half-embracing posture.
He looked at the younger ones and asked, "Didn't we say we were here to play games? What are we playing?"
"Wow, the world of martial arts! Brother Lang, you promised to take us through the Shadow Cave dungeon!" Cheng Mao perked up, pulling his laptop out of his backpack as he spoke. "Brother Jin, do you play too? Brother Lang is amazing in the game! He's in the top ten on our server, he's my idol!"
Cheng Lang smiled and turned his head to exchange a glance with Jin Chen.
My little cousin turned on the computer and asked Jinchen curiously, "Brother Jin, do you play 'Fengyue Jianghu'?"
Jin Chen's gaze fell on Cheng Lang's face, seeking his opinion. Cheng Lang raised an eyebrow, indicating that he could do whatever he wanted.
Then, Jin Chen turned around and said, "Xun Chen."
"Oh, let me search... what?!" My little cousin exclaimed in surprise.
Cheng Mao nearly dropped the computer in his hands, catching it in a flurry, his eyes wide with shock.
"Who? Xun Chen? Which Xun Chen! Is it that Xun Chen, the great god, from the server?"
Jin Chen nodded, as if they had seen a ghost.
"Ah."
"My God..." Cheng Hao murmured, his eyes filled with awe and envy as he looked at Cheng Lang. "Brother Lang, you should have told me you were a friend of the master!"
Cheng Lang finally laughed out loud, put his arm around Jin Chen's shoulder, raised his chin slightly, and wore a bright and smug smile. "How about it?"
He raised an eyebrow at the few petrified little guys, his tone full of smugness, "Impressive, right? Even a pro can be lured home. Alright, hurry up and log on."
"Yay!!!" the boys cheered.
Playing video games with a group of teenagers, full of energy and shouting, naturally makes it impossible to focus on whispering sweet nothings to your boyfriend and expressing your pent-up longing.
Cheng Lang felt uncomfortable.
After missing him for over ten days, he finally got to see him, only to be surrounded by a bunch of little "light bulbs" (a term used to describe people who are overly affectionate or distant). How could he possibly adapt to that?
Turning his head, Cheng Lang saw Jin Chen's profile as he stared at the screen, his fingers tapping on the keyboard. But what Cheng Lang was thinking about was how those hands lingered on his body, how those calm peach blossom eyes turned red at the corners, so beautiful it was breathtaking.
Cheng Lang absentmindedly unleashed a skill, nearly failing to dodge the BOSS's area-of-effect attack, before Cheng Mao shouted a warning, "Brother Lang! Watch out! Move aside!"
Cheng Lang concentrated, and the soldier's knife slashed down.
While the other teenagers were focused on dealing with a wave of monsters in the dungeon, and the screen was filled with changing lights and shadows, and no one was paying attention to them, Jin Chen turned slightly to move closer to Cheng Lang.
He quickly placed a light, fleeting kiss on Cheng Lang's lips, then pulled away.
Cheng Lang turned his head and met Jin Chen's beautiful peach blossom eyes. He felt instantly relieved and couldn't help but curl up the corners of his mouth and lean closer to Jin Chen, shoulder to shoulder, and gently scratched his palm with his fingertips.
Her boyfriend is so considerate.
Cheng Lang simply leaned against Jin Chen's side, transferring half of his weight to her, and the two of them continued to lead a few kids in a dungeon run.
Cheng Lang's mind was filled with thoughts like: "My boyfriend is so cute. It's so unfair that he secretly kissed me. I want to hug him right now."
With the expert Xunchen leading the team, the dungeon run went smoothly. The boss was easily defeated, and several decent pieces of equipment dropped.
The four boys were so excited that their faces turned red, and they kept asking Jin Chen questions.
"Master, how did you control that shadow clone just now? It was so fast!"
"Master, master, how do you usually practice your skills? Do you have any secrets?"
Seeing that it was almost evening, Cheng Lang coughed twice and began to subtly inquire, "It's almost evening, your parents should be calling you home for dinner, right?"
Cheng Mao was listening intently, not even turning his head. "Brother Lang, have you forgotten? Mom, Dad, Uncle, and Aunt are all having a family dinner at Grandpa's house today. They said we should take care of ourselves. How about we go out to eat? We can come back and continue playing games with the pro after dinner. Opportunities to play games with the pro don't come around often!"
Upon hearing this, Cheng Lang exclaimed, "That's terrible!"
If you agree, you can forget about having any time alone with your partner tonight.
He immediately reached out and tapped Cheng Mao on the back of the head, fiercely displaying the authority of an elder brother.
"Tonight won't do. You bunch of teenagers who are about to start school don't deserve to stay up all night playing games. Let's do it tomorrow."
"Ah... Brother Lang!" several teenagers cried out in pain.
But Cheng Lang was adamant, and with a combination of coaxing and urging, he finally managed to get them out the door.
