Chapter 1679 Points, Trial!
The blue light gate on the right is the [Gate of Return].
Only by accumulating 1 million temple points can one activate and use this gate to leave the Golden Temple and return to the original world.
The main hall where everyone is currently located is an absolutely safe zone, where any form of fighting is prohibited.
At the same time, the temple rules allow for free trading of items, information, and even points from different worlds.
This also explains why some people look like they are setting up a stall.
"1 million points to leave, that's quite a generous offer," Ye Chuyun thought to herself.
This undoubtedly means that those who enter will have to struggle here for a long time.
The [Treasure Hall] is like a tempting carrot, constantly urging these "donkeys" to earn points.
Having figured out the basic rules, Ye Chuyun no longer hesitated and walked straight towards the [Treasure Hall] portal on the left, which emitted a soft white light.
He was filled with longing for treasures that could be directly exchanged for attribute points.
His actions have once again attracted considerable attention.
Why is a fifth-tier kid in such a hurry to go to the treasure hall when his points are definitely zero?
Perhaps they want to broaden their horizons and get some stimulation.
Ignoring these gazes, Ye Chuyun stepped into the white light gate.
Another brief moment of dizziness followed.
When his vision cleared, he found himself in a completely different hall.
The light here is bright and soft, and the air is filled with a delightful fragrance.
The hall was divided into numerous relatively independent areas, each with a varying number of items suspended in the air.
Swords, spears, halberds, legal codes, scrolls, exotic flowers and herbs, minerals and crystals... a dazzling array of items, radiating brilliant light, and the energy fluctuations emanating from many of them startled Ye Chuyun.
A quick glance suggests that the number of treasures here is probably in the hundreds of thousands.
What's even more surprising is that there were quite a few people here as well.
The number is less than that of the main hall, but it is still close to a thousand.
They either paused to observe and discuss in hushed tones in front of the various treasure shields, or gathered in small groups in relatively open corners, displaying some items in front of them.
They're setting up a street stall?
Ye Chuyun quickly understood.
The temple allows free trade, but it is estimated that there will be too many people and too much attention in the main hall, and it may involve some black market transactions that people do not want to disclose or items that need to be sold urgently. Therefore, some people choose to conduct private transactions in the treasure hall under the guise of browsing treasures.
The environment here is relatively quiet, and it's easier to find buyers who are interested in specific items.
Just as Ye Chuyun was curiously observing all of this, a ball of light radiating warm white light flew lightly in front of him as if it were alive.
There seemed to be subtle runes flowing inside the ball of light.
A neutral voice rang directly in Ye Chuyun's mind.
"Welcome to the treasure palace, visitor."
"I am the guide spirit of the Treasure Hall. What type of treasure do you need to find or exchange? You can make a general request, and I will filter and show you a list of items that meet your criteria and the points required."
Ye Chuyun was overjoyed; it was indeed convenient.
He hesitated for a moment, then tentatively asked, "I'd like to see if there are any treasures that can directly increase attribute points, or universal resources with extremely high exchange rates, such as divine crystals."
The ball of light flickered slightly, as if it were searching.
A moment later, the voice sounded again: "Checking your redemption privileges and points balance..."
"Detection complete, visitor. Your current temple points balance is: 0."
"Inside the Treasure Hall, all treasure exchanges require Temple Points. Unfortunately, I cannot show you any treasure list until you have accumulated enough points. Please go to the [Trial Grounds] to obtain points first."
After saying that, the white ball of light seemed to lose interest and no longer lingered. It flew away with a "whoosh" and headed towards another half-spirit level expert who was examining a treasure not far away.
This scene was witnessed by several alien races who were setting up stalls or browsing treasures nearby.
They were taken aback at first, then their faces revealed undisguised mocking smiles.
"Hahaha, a newbie who doesn't even have any points dares to come to the Treasure Hall and ask all sorts of questions?"
"He's probably just an unlucky guy who got sucked in by the temple. Fifth rank? Tsk tsk, someone with that kind of strength dares to enter the Golden Temple. He really doesn't know what death means."
"I guess they came here hoping to broaden their horizons, but the guiding spirit poured cold water on their enthusiasm. It's hilarious."
"Hey, you human kid over there, stop standing there like an idiot and get to the training grounds to die. Maybe you'll get lucky and pick up some random points, but I doubt it, hahaha..."
The mocking voices weren't loud, but they sounded particularly jarring in the quiet treasure hall.
Many people nearby cast curious glances, their eyes mostly filled with disdain and amusement.
In a place teeming with powerful individuals, strength and points equate to influence.
A fifth-order inequality with zero integral is undoubtedly at the very bottom of the social hierarchy.
Ye Chuyun's expression stiffened slightly, but she quickly regained her composure.
He touched his nose, feeling little anger, only a hint of helplessness and amusement.
Indeed, I am currently penniless, so it's normal for me to run into a top luxury store to ask about prices, be ignored by the staff, or even be ridiculed by other customers.
He ignored the mockery and took a deep look at the dazzling treasure hall.
"It seems that no matter what, I have to go to that [Trial Grounds] first."
He turned around, no longer lingering, and walked towards the white portal he had come from.
Back in the main hall, he ignored the curious or mocking glances and instead focused his gaze on the portal radiating an ominous, blood-red light.
Upon entering, Ye Chuyun found herself standing in a small, circular hall.
The hall was empty, with only a ten-meter-high stone tablet directly opposite.
The surface of the stone tablet shimmered with light, clearly displaying three lines of information. Each character seemed to contain the power of rules, directly entering the consciousness and allowing one to understand it instantly.
