Chapter 13 Features of Hell's Kitchen

Under the puzzled gazes of John Wick and Lao Ma, Chen Ye walked towards the window.

"Chen, this is the 5th floor. You don't want to jump down directly, do you?" Lao Ma asked in shock.

"The elevator is too slow. Let's jump out of the window quickly. I can't bear to let them destroy my house, even a little bit." After Chen Ye finished speaking, he jumped and jumped directly out of the fifth-floor window.

When Chen Ye was about to reach the ground, he covered his feet with chaos magic. Chen Ye's feet glowed red slightly, which slowed him down, and then he slowly landed on the ground.

Originally, Chen Ye could have jumped down directly. After all, he had a self-healing factor, so it would not matter if he jumped down from the 20th floor. However, he considered that jumping down directly would produce a huge noise, which would disturb other residents, which was not what he wanted.

John Wick and Lao Ma quickly looked out the window and saw that Chen Ye was unharmed and had landed safely without even a sound.

The two men looked at each other with disbelief in their eyes. Even though they were experienced killers, they had never seen such a scene before.

If Chen Ye knew, he would just say they were a group of people who had never seen the world. Before, Chen Ye rarely used his superpowers because he was afraid of trouble. But after meeting Tony Stark, Chen Ye knew that the era of superheroes was coming. In the future, the ones who can play high-end games are Thor, Hulk, etc., who either mutate or rely on technology. Ordinary people can only steal heads from behind like Hawkeye. Haven't you seen that Black Widow is almost a supporting role in the later Marvel movies, and can only talk nonsense and sacrifice her life.

Chen Ye, who had just landed handsomely, had no time to look for the killer before five more gunmen appeared and aimed at Chen Ye and pulled the trigger.

A large number of bullets were fired out, forming a rain of bullets.

Chen Ye subconsciously wanted to dodge, but when he glanced, he found that the restaurant entrance was behind him.

"Damn it," Chen Ye cursed subconsciously, then waved his right hand, and red light shot out from his five fingers towards the rain of bullets.

The bullet that was hit by the red light instantly lost its power and fell directly to the ground.

Seeing this, Chen Ye waved his right hand, and countless red lines shot towards the bullet. He waved his left hand upward, and the RPG missile was wrapped in red light and flew into the sky.

Just as Chen Ye was using chaos magic with both hands, there was a "bang" and a Barrett bullet shot from a distance and flew towards Chen Ye quickly.

In a flash, the Barrett bullet was about to hit Chen Ye's head.

"You are worthy of being a professional killer, with such cooperation." Looking at the possibility of being shot in the head, Chen Ye said calmly without any panic.

The next second, Chen Ye's eyes glowed red, and the bullet quickly flew back in the opposite direction.

As the RPG exploded in the sky, five gunmen and snipers were killed by their own bullets and fell to the ground instantly.

"Dad, look, there are fireworks in the sky." A father and daughter from Hell's Kitchen stood by the window and pointed at the sky.

With all five gunmen dead, the street instantly became quiet, except for the residents who were attracted by the noise of the fight.

If residents from other places saw this kind of gunfight, they might be scared, but this is Hell's Kitchen, and they grow up in this environment every day.

In other words, no one who could live in Hell's Kitchen was an easy target. Just like now, they watched with great interest, not afraid of the risk of being accidentally injured by the killer.

Killers in suits came from all directions to support, and just as they were about to attack Chen Ye, a group of killers accidentally shot at a BMW car with their guns.

A tattooed man standing at the window watching the fun howled angrily, "That's the car I just stole, you idiots in suits!"

After hearing this, the killer shot the big man with a warning shot, signaling him to shut up.

The bullet did not hit the tattooed man, but it obviously angered him.

The tattooed man yelled, "Damn bitch, you are provoking our Hell's Kitchen."

The killer in the suit was then horrified to find that the tattooed muscular man was carrying an RPG on his shoulder and pointing it at him, completely ignoring the damage that firing the RPG in his own room would cause to his home.

The killer in the suit ran away quickly. After all, his suit could block bullets, but he would be killed by a RPG.

These assassins didn't care about Chen Ye and quickly fled from the place where the RPG exploded. Even these well-trained assassins looked at the place where the explosion occurred and became a little frightened. What kind of a hell is this place? It's so scary.

Is it logical that a car thief has an RPG in his house? Who would steal cars if they have this thing? Do people in Hell's Kitchen need to use RPGs to steal cars?

Chen Ye laughed when he saw this scene and looked around.

"Come on, there's no need for me to do anything now. Just mess with me if you want. Why mess with the residents of Hell's Kitchen? They're not as reasonable as I am."

As if the RPG was a signal to start a war, many residents of Hell's Kitchen took out guns of different calibers from their homes and fired from the windows. Even though many killers had bulletproof suits, their heads were not bulletproof.

What's worse, cars started shooting from all directions. The reinforcements sent by the Marquis were killed by the people from Hell's Kitchen before they even reached the neighborhood where Chen Ye was.

John Wick upstairs was stunned as he watched the killer downstairs being beaten back by the people from Hell's Kitchen.

"Are the folks in your Hell's Kitchen all so simple and wild?" John Wick turned his head and asked Old Ma who was standing calmly beside him.

"What do you mean Hell's Kitchen? That's our Hell's Kitchen. Our Hell's Kitchen has always been like this. Since you've come to Hell's Kitchen, you're naturally a part of Hell's Kitchen. What's the matter? Do you want to run away after we help you?" Old Ma obviously knew what Chen Ye was thinking and knew that Chen Ye wanted to keep his friend here. Old Ma also thought it was good, and he would have a companion in the future. Having lived here for a few years, he had developed a certain affection for Hell's Kitchen. He also knew what Chen Ye wanted to do, and he was looking forward to the changes that Chen Ye would bring to Hell's Kitchen.

John Wick didn't say anything after listening to it, but just watched everything happening downstairs with a smile. He seemed to find that he was quite suitable for Hell's Kitchen.
