Chapter 307: Dr. Banner realizes he has traveled to the wrong time and space
"Name?"
"Bruce Banner"
"gender?"
"Isn't it obvious? Are you kidding me?"
"Watch your attitude. Who knows if you used some magic or the ability of a mutant to become like this?"
"Okay, man."
"Residential Address?"
"Do you mean now or in the future? I just came here quietly. I don't have an address here."
"If you were from the future, you would definitely know where you live now."
"Now I should be living in the apartment arranged by SHIELD!"
"Little Blackie! I've got something on you! How is it possible that you live in SHIELD? You're just an impostor." Strange immediately summoned scarlet chains to attack the impostor who claimed to be Dr. Banner!
Strange knew that the man in front of him was an impostor who wanted to take advantage of the situation. Fortunately, he was cautious and smart, otherwise he would have almost fallen into his trap.
At this moment, Strange was extremely glad that he had become cautious because of Hell's Kitchen. If it were his old self, he might have been so arrogant as to bring the person in front of him into the New York Temple.
If this fake guy in front of me does something, the consequences will be unimaginable.
The destruction of the New York Temple is a small matter. What if he was attacked or injured? Even though this is just a clone.
"Wait! If I don't live in SHIELD, then where do I live?" Dr. Banner was also shocked when he saw Strange's reaction. That was impossible. He must have lived in the apartment arranged by SHIELD in the past.
If not, where does he live, or have they traveled to the wrong time and space?
Now is not the time to talk about this. Strange is attacking him, and Dr. Banner from the future must say something that will make Strange believe him.
"You often neglected your girlfriend Christine Palmer because of surgery, and you broke up in the future." Dr. Banner said quickly.
After hearing these words, Strange's attack did stop. Of course, it was not because the man in front of him knew his girlfriend's name.
His girlfriend's name can be easily found out by anyone who wants to. The most important thing is the last sentence said by Dr. Banner, who claims to be from the future.
You know, because he went to Kamarajiki to practice, his relationship with his girlfriend has indeed become much more distant.
Even Chen Ye didn't know about this. Could it be that the person in front of him was really Dr. Banner from the future?
Strange began to wonder, could this person really be Dr. Banner from the future? But why did he know nothing about his present self, not even his own address?
Dr. Banner also realized this, and he asked again: "Since I don't live in the apartment arranged by SHIELD now, where do I live?"
Perhaps Strange felt that the man in front of him was really from the future. Although Strange did not touch Dr. Banner's energy whip, he still answered Dr. Banner's question: "You now live in Hell's Kitchen."
"What? Hell's Kitchen? Where exactly is this? I've lived for so long and never knew there was a place called Hell's Kitchen in our country." Dr. Banner had an ominous premonition in his heart. Could it be that they did not travel to the past, but came to a completely unfamiliar world?
You have to know that in the world he lives in, there is no place called Hell's Kitchen, either in the past or in the future.
Strange also realized the seriousness of the problem. He frowned and thought for a moment before asking, "So, in this world, do you know a person named Chen Ye?"
Dr. Banner shook his head, bewildered: "Chen Ye? Who is he? Is he an Oriental?"
"The one who is leading this battle now is Chen Ye. You don't have Chen Ye? No Hell's Kitchen? Was there one before?" Strange felt uneasy. Does this mean that Hell's Kitchen and Chen Ye will no longer exist in the future?
But it seems that he will still be there in the future. It turns out that being cautious is still very useful. Strange silently comforted himself in his heart.
"No, that's not it. In my world, no matter in the future or the past, there is no Chen Ye and Hell's Kitchen. There are only a few of us from the Avengers fighting in this battle. There are not as many people as there are now." Dr. Banner is now finally certain that they have come to a wrong timeline or another world.
At this time, Strange was basically certain that the person in front of him was Dr. Banner from another multiverse, but their timeline might be a little faster than this universe.
Just at this moment, Strange heard the voice of Master Ancient One: "Bring the guests up."
Strange then took back the energy whip tied to Dr. Banner and helped him up himself: "I'm sorry, I thought you were an impostor, so I tied you up. You know, this is a war time after all, and I thought you were some other alien. Besides, I really don't have any Time Stone. I'll take you to see my master, the Ancient One. Maybe he can answer your questions."
After hearing Strange's apology, Dr. Banner expressed his understanding. After all, if it were him, he would find it hard to believe it. However, Dr. Banner always felt that the Strange in front of him was different from the Strange he knew.
What can I say about the Strange in front of me? He seems a little overly cautious.
Strange took Dr. Banner to find the Ancient One.
"Be careful when you walk there, the floor has just been waxed." Dr. Banner looked in the direction of the voice and saw a bald woman in a yellow wizard robe.
"Are you the Ancient One?" asked Dr. Banner.
"Teacher, this Dr. Banner is from another parallel universe." Strange said.
"I know that he is from another parallel universe, and their timeline is much faster than ours." Then Master Ancient One said to Dr. Banner: "If you follow the timeline of your world, you won't be able to find Strange at all, because the Strange in your timeline is still performing surgery twenty streets away at this moment."
After hearing what the Ancient One said, Dr. Banner and Strange looked at each other in surprise.
"So what is your purpose?" Master Ancient One asked Dr. Banner.
"I want this!" Dr. Banner said, pointing at the pocket watch-like thing hanging on the chest of Master Ancient One.
