Chapter 134 The Beginning of a New Order

The Hydra safe house is located on a quiet street. It looks very ordinary and inconspicuous, almost making people ignore its existence. This building is no different from the surrounding houses, as if it is just an ordinary city residence.

"So, after conducting the experiment on superpowers, what superpowers did you gain? I'm really curious."

Rumlow smelled danger from Sitwell.

But in the end, the superhero team's plan turned into the Avengers.\" Sitwell continued to explain.

Rumlow listened quietly, and although he was not one to show his emotions easily, he became very interested in the plan.

\"However, Hydra also had a plan in mind. We sent agents to infiltrate Project Paperclip and secretly manipulate the activities of this group. We made them believe that they were maintaining peace, but in fact, they became tools in our hands.\" Sitwell continued.
