Chapter 302: Wake up Pierce

After the progress on Noah's mission panel jumped for a while, Tony returned to the base with the unconscious Alexander Pierce.

Under Tony's setting, the color-changing function was temporarily turned off, and the armor turned into the classic red and gold color scheme and descended from the sky. Then Tony made a smooth, signature Iron Man landing move, and landed perfectly with a low metal friction sound from the joints of the armor.

Nick Fury came over with several agents and took over Alexander Pierce from Tony's shoulders.

When Nick Fury saw Pierce at this moment, he first felt anger and disappointment when he learned that Pierce was a member of Hydra. A person he thought was a friend and ally betrayed and deceived him, and had been using him.

However, when Nick Fury saw Pierce now, he had already recovered from his anger and calmed down. What Nick Fury needs to do now is to use Pierce's identity and information as the leader of Hydra to work out a way to destroy Hydra.

"Take him to the interrogation room and be careful not to wake him up." Nick Fury said to the agents with his hands behind his back after watching them take Pierce from Iron Man.

Several agents nodded, then carefully lifted Pierce up and moved him inside the base.

"How's the operation going? There were no accidents, right?" Nick Fury looked at Tony and asked.

"It's OK, the soldier and Romanov are on their way back." Tony shrugged and said after thinking about his previous experience. For him, this kind of thing was still quite new. It was his first time to do such a sneak kidnapping.

"Pierce woke up once when I was bringing him back, but I hit him again and knocked him unconscious," Tony recalled.

When Pierce was in the office of the World Security Council building, he was stunned by the dart shot by the Black Widow. Then Tony was flying with Pierce, but considering that Pierce had no protection and was just wearing an ordinary suit, Tony did not go at full speed. Ordinary people simply cannot withstand the pressure brought by supersonic flight, and their bodies will be seriously injured.

Tony remembered that he had seen this kind of scene many times in Chinese movies, but if he did it himself, he might break Pierce's spine. He relied on Jarvis to mark the exact location, and then helped him control the strength of his palm to achieve the perfect knockout effect.

After hearing this, Nick Fury touched his neck reflexively and said:

"Okay, let's wait for the captain and the others to come back, and then we'll leave the rest to Noah and his magical powers."

"What power? What will Noah do to that Pierce guy?" Tony asked in confusion, wearing his battle suit and entering the base with Nick Fury. His battle suit was not like the portable suit of Mark 5, which could be folded into a suitcase, so he needed to find a safe place to take off the suit and put it away.

"You will know soon." Nick Fury thought of the several Hydras who were still under control in a room in the base, and couldn't help but feel afraid of Noah's power.

Tony didn't have time to ask Noah what he was going to do, because Nick Fury's direction was different from his. Tony took off his suit first, and then walked towards the interrogation room where Pierce was placed.

In the interrogation room, Noah sat on a chair in the corner, folded his arms, crossed his legs, and looked at the people in front of him.

Pierce was placed on an iron chair, which was a special interrogation chair for interrogating prisoners. Pierce sat on it and his hands and feet were shackled.

Pierce's head was hanging down at this time and he had not yet recovered from his coma.

In front of Pierce was Nick Fury, while Coulson and Hawkeye stood behind Nick Fury, looking at Pierce with complicated eyes.

This person was their immediate superior before, but they didn't expect that he was actually the leader of a terrorist organization like Hydra. This was really a sci-fi thing for them.

"Hey, is everyone here?" Tony took off his battle suit, opened the door of the interrogation room, walked in and said.

"We're still missing two." Noah looked at Tony and said.

"Okay, they seem to have arrived." Tony said, then he came to Noah and asked him, "Noah, tell me about the Zora you saw. What happened after he uploaded his consciousness to the computer."

"Are you interested in him? Do you want to become an AI like him?" Noah asked after seeing Tony's interested expression. He remembered that in the comics, some Iron Men also turned themselves into AI like Zora.

"Of course not, I'm just simply interested. Besides, I'm still young and haven't lived enough of human life. Why should I let myself become like that?" Tony spread his hands. He was just out of curiosity. After all, turning himself into AI was a very novel thing.

Tony thought that if he really had that thought one day, it might just be like Zola, when his life was about to end, he had the desire to continue living. But now he was still young and had many years to live, so there was no need to think too much.

A while later, Captain America Rogers and Black Widow Natasha, led by the staff, also entered the interrogation room. Unlike Tony, they could not fly back to the base directly. They left the Security Council building and boarded the Quinjet halfway to get back to the base so quickly.

"Hydra Sitwell has been brought back by us." Rogers said. They handed Sitwell over to other agents and took him to another interrogation room.

"Okay, now, it's time for us to wake up Pierce." Nick Fury narrowed his eyes and said to Pierce.
