Chapter 62 Professor Quirrell's Happy Cooperation
After Hephis calmed the nervous Hermione, they walked towards the library side by side.
He mechanically flipped through the book in his hands, his eyes not on the book at all.
Just now Hermione mentioned that someone wanted to give the Philosopher's Stone to Voldemort.
Then this person is most likely Quirrell.

"Hey! I heard that there was a man who drank the blood of a unicorn and seemed to want to steal the Philosopher's Stone." Hephesus said lightly.
"You... who told you that?" Professor Quirrell's face suddenly turned pale and his hand unconsciously reached for his wand.
"Really?" Hephis sneered, "I advise you not to move."
Quirrell's hands suddenly froze.
"That's right." Hephis nodded with satisfaction and smiled again.
"What exactly do you want to do?" Qi Luo said in a stern voice.
"Me!" he said in a long tone, "How far have you explored the Philosopher's Stone?"
"Are you Wei Si..." Quirrell paused, and a voice suddenly sounded in his mind.
"Tell him everything," said Voldemort, laughing.
Quirrell's body trembled violently, and he whispered: "But..."
"I told you he is a Slytherin. Tell him everything, including that you are serving me." Voldemort said sternly.
"Yes, Master." Quirrell raised his head and looked at Hephes.
"What are you doing?" Hephis looked at Quirrell warily.
The shadow under his feet quietly split into several thin lines and secretly dispersed in all directions.
"I'm talking to the master." Quirrell said with a smug look on his face.
"Master? The Dark Lord?" Hephes' eyes scanned the surroundings.
"Don't waste your energy. You won't be able to find him." Quirrell said proudly.
Hephis retracted his gaze and looked at Quirrell coldly: "It seems that the Dark Lord has some instructions for you. Tell me."
"I do serve the Dark Lord, and I will offer the Philosopher's Stone to my master," Quirrell said excitedly.
"Steal if you want!" Hephis raised a mocking smile, "Go on, I'm listening."
"The Philosopher's Stone is placed in a restricted area on the fourth floor. There are many levels set by professors. One of them was set by me." Quirrell didn't care and continued.
Hephis raised an eyebrow: "Oh? Let the wolf watch the sheep. What are the levels?"
Quirrell seemed to finally understand and said, "It seems that you also want to get the Philosopher's Stone."
Hephis laughed disdainfully and said, "Who wouldn't want the Philosopher's Stone?"
"We can work together."
"Cooperation? You and I both want the Philosopher's Stone, so who does it belong to?" Hephesus looked at Quirrell with amusement.
"The master promised that after he uses the Philosopher's Stone to revive, he will give it to you as a reward." Quirrell said seriously.
"I don't think I have the right to bargain with the Dark Lord after his resurrection." Hephis's face turned cold.
"Once we get the Philosopher's Stone, we will all rely on our own abilities."
"It seems that sucking the unicorn's blood has given you a lot of confidence!" Hephis continued, "Tell me what you need me to do?"
"I've figured out the levels of the other professors, but I don't know the levels of Snape and Dumbledore yet." Quirrell said slowly.
"So you want me to go to Snape and say those words!" Hephis suddenly understood.
"Isn't that the basis of cooperation?" Quirrell showed a hint of cunning.
"What about Dumbledore's level?"
"I don't know either. No one was around when he was setting it up." Quirrell shook his head.
"Okay, when do we start?"
"I will find a way to get Dumbledore away and I will let you know when the time comes." Quirrell was unwilling to reveal more.
"Then I wish us a pleasant cooperation." Hephis smiled.
"It's a pleasure working with you." Quirrell gave a stiff smile.
Hephis was about to leave when he suddenly thought of something and turned around and sat down again.
"Why don't you leave?" Qi Luo was a little confused. Could it be that this guy was going to change his mind again?
"Professor Quirrell, I still don't understand a lot of things about the book 'Blood Transplantation' you gave me!" Hephis said slowly.
The first school year is coming to an end soon.
