Chapter 1307 Arrival at Dimen Island
As soon as the machine landed, the crew members gathered around curiously as if attracted by a magnet.
They stared with wide eyes at the mysterious bubble and the machine inside, with expressions of surprise and confusion on their faces.
Seeing this, Shakya walked forward calmly and began to debug the machine.
His fingers danced quickly on the operation panel, and various buttons and indicator lights flashed continuously.
After a while, the machine made a slight buzzing sound, and then a huge bubble slowly rose from the machine.
The bubble expanded rapidly, covering one-third of the hull in a blink of an eye, wrapping it tightly.
"Is this the soap bubble from the Chabaobab Archipelago?" A sudden exclamation came from the crowd.
Some pirates who had been to the Sabaody Archipelago recognized the bubble at a glance and couldn't help but murmur to themselves.
However, just as everyone was marveling at the magical bubble, the machine suddenly stopped working.
The volume of the bubble also remained at about two-thirds and no longer expanded.
"Why did you stop?" Ryan asked hurriedly when he saw this.
Shakya frowned and explained, "We don't have enough materials. I didn't expect the ship to be so big. The materials I brought can only make bubbles of this size."
"What should we do now?" Ryan asked anxiously.
After thinking for a moment, Shakya replied, "There are still some materials on the island. I can notify them to send them over."
After saying this, he turned to face the machine and quickly drew waves on the facial screen.
These radio waves were transmitted at an extremely fast speed like lightning, as if sending an emergency distress signal to somewhere.
In the laboratory of Dimen Island, after a slight sound of electric current, Sakya's voice was clearly heard.
"Edison, we're running out of materials for the bubble machine. Send some to me right now."
Edison did not hesitate when he received the news. He quickly started a robot and gave it instructions to move the required materials to the laboratory.
Edison then put a bubble on the guy so that he could enter the sea.
As the robot quickly dived upward, the materials were soon delivered to Sakya.
Shakya took the materials and skillfully put them into the bubble machine.
As the materials are added, the bubble machine begins to make a buzzing sound and the bubbles gradually expand.
The bubble continued to expand until it enveloped the entire Desolo, and then slowly shrank.
"Wave!"
With a crisp sound, the bubble machine completed its final preparations.
"Okay, everyone." Shakya's voice spread throughout the entire Desolo through the broadcasting system, "Everyone hold on to the objects around you, we are ready to dive."
Before he finished his words, the Great Desolo suddenly sank, as if it was pushed into the seabed by an invisible hand.
"what!!!"
"It's too fast! It's too fast! I can't control it at all!!!"
People screamed one after another. The huge weight of the Great Desolo made it fall faster and faster, as if it was about to dive into the depths of the sea.
In desperation, Shakya had to start the machine and release some air to slow down the falling speed.
"Oh my God! We are sinking into the sea! What should we do now? We will definitely drown!" someone shouted in horror.
"What an idiot! Don't you know about coating?" another person retorted.
"Wow, is this what the sea looks like? It's so dark..." someone exclaimed curiously.
"Hey, why is there so much garbage in the sea?" someone else asked.
"Things you think are garbage might have once been someone's home." Someone answered thoughtfully.
At this moment, the crew members came out of the cabin one after another, looking at everything in the sea with curiosity.
Not long after, the Great Desolo finally landed slowly on the Dimen Island.
"Wow, look! There is actually sun on the island!" someone suddenly exclaimed in surprise.
Upon hearing this, everyone raised their heads at the same time and looked towards the sky. Sure enough, they saw a golden sun hanging high above Dimen Island.
"This... this is too magical! It's normal to have the sun in the sky, but how can there be a sun in the sea? This is simply amazing!" Someone exclaimed in amazement.
After hearing everyone's discussion, Shakya smiled and explained, "This is actually a new type of energy that we are developing. It is still in its infancy and can only provide long-lasting light."
"So the main body placed it in the sky above the center of the island to replace the sun."
"Artificial sun? This is amazing!" The crew members were amazed and full of curiosity and awe about this mysterious invention.
"The guy the captain captured is so capable!" someone exclaimed, obviously admiring the captain's vision and methods.
"Indeed, if he didn't have some real skills, there's no way the captain could catch him." Another person echoed, and everyone recognized Vegapunk's ability.
Just as the crew members were talking, the bubble enveloping the Great Desolo slowly came into contact with the bubble enveloping Dimen Island.
Surprisingly, the Great Desolo passed through the bubbles without any resistance, as if there was no obstacle between the two bubbles.
However, the crew's excitement did not last long, as they soon realized a serious problem.
"Um... can this ship fly?" someone suddenly asked, with a hint of worry in his tone.
"This ship is not the Weeping Angel, how can it fly?" another person immediately replied, and his words made everyone else feel heavy in an instant.
"Then... aren't we going to be in trouble?" someone murmured to himself, his voice filled with despair.
Before he finished his words, there was a loud bang, and the Great Desolo slammed heavily onto the Dimen Island like a falling meteorite.
In an instant, smoke and dust rose up, covering the sky and the sun, and the entire island was shocked by the huge impact force.
