Chapter 1432: Navy Reinforcements
However, Kuro's reaction was somewhat surprising. His eyes were dim and he remained silent, as if he was thinking about something. After a while, he slowly spoke: "You mobilized Hades without permission, so you can decide the punishment yourself."
Hearing this, Kuro's heart tightened, but he quickly regained his composure. He replied respectfully, "Yes, sir." Then, he secretly breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that it was a good thing Kuro didn't get angry on the spot.
Then, Kuro continued: "Now that Pluto has been called in, our plan can be more advanced." There was a hint of excitement in his voice, and he was obviously looking forward to the next action.
Kro quickly agreed, "Yes, with the help of Hades, our chances of winning will definitely increase greatly."
Kuro nodded, and then said thoughtfully: "When the Golden Lion arrives, let him recreate the feat of attacking the Marine Headquarters."
Kuro's mind moved, and he immediately understood Kuro's idea. This plan was indeed bold and quick. If it could be successfully implemented, it would bring tremendous pressure to the enemy.
Everything is proceeding in full swing, as if a storm is about to come.
At the Marine Headquarters, Aokiji was sitting quietly in his office, his eyes falling on the intelligence in his hand, which contained detailed information about Luffy.
"Old man Garp's grandson?" Aokiji muttered to himself in a low voice, his voice seemed a little abrupt in the quiet office.
For the navy, Luffy's death is just a trivial matter, and it can even be said to be an existence that can be easily ignored. However, Aokiji became a little curious about this name.
Just then, a slight knock on the door broke the silence of the office.
"Dong dong."
Aokiji raised his head and looked towards the door, then put down the information in his hand and responded, "Come in."
The office door was slowly pushed open and a medical worker walked in, holding a medical box in his hand and looking a little reserved.
"Marshal, let me change your dressing." The medical staff said softly.
Aokiji nodded, indicating that he could start.
The medical staff walked over to Aokiji, placed the medical box on the table, then opened the box and took out some medicines and tools.
"Marshal, please take off your shirt, otherwise it may get dirty when you apply the medicine later." The medical staff reminded.
Aokiji nodded again, he stood up, took off his coat, and then unbuttoned his navy uniform. As he moved, the white bandages inside gradually appeared.
Aokiji's upper body was almost completely wrapped in bandages, with only a small portion of skin exposed. These bandages were tightly wrapped around his body, as if they were witnesses of the fierce battle.
The military doctor carefully picked up the scissors, inserted the tip of the scissors into the knot of the bandage, and then gently picked it up, and the knot was cut open. Then, he peeled off the bandage layer by layer, his movements were gentle and slow, as if he was peeling off a precious work of art.
As the bandages were gradually removed, the hideous wound gradually appeared before his eyes. The skin at the wound was severely damaged, dark red, and slightly swollen around it. Although it was not the first time he had seen such a wound, the military doctor could not help but sigh at Aokiji's tenacious vitality.
The military doctor picked up the disinfectant and gently wiped Aokiji's wound. The irritation of the disinfectant made Aokiji frown slightly, but he did not make any sound.
"Although this injury is serious, it shouldn't be a big deal for you," the military doctor said. "However, when I bandage your arm, I will try to wrap it as little as possible to avoid affecting your movements."
Aokiji nodded in agreement.
Soon, the dressing process was completed. Aokiji put on his clothes again and adjusted his collar.
The military doctor picked up the medical box and was about to leave the room when suddenly the door was pushed open and Admiral Kizaru walked in.
"General Kizaru!" The military doctor saluted immediately when he saw Kizaru.
Kizaru waved his hand, signaling the military doctor not to be polite.
"After changing the medicine, you can go out first. We have something to talk about." Kizaru said.
"Yes, sir!" the military doctor replied, then quickly picked up the medical box, walked out of the room quickly, and closed the door.
Aokiji looked at Kizaru expressionlessly, with a hint of inquiry in his eyes.
"What's wrong?" Aokiji's voice was low and steady, and he didn't seem particularly surprised by Kizaru's arrival.
Kizaru took a step forward, straightened up a little, and replied, "The soldiers that Saint Satan promised us have arrived. I came to tell you something."
His tone seemed a little lazy.
Hearing this news, Aokiji's originally calm face suddenly flashed with a barely perceptible joy. His eyes lit up slightly, as if he saw a ray of light in the darkness.
"This is really good news." There was a hint of relief in Aokiji's voice. After all, they have been facing the problem of insufficient manpower for such a long time, and the arrival of this group of soldiers will undoubtedly bring them great help.
"No need to look at them, just break them up and place them on the warships." Aokiji made the decision decisively. His tone was firm and resolute, without any hesitation.
"Okay, I understand." Kizaru responded and turned to leave.
However, just when he took two steps, he suddenly turned around as if he remembered something.
"Um... didn't Garp contact you?" There was a hint of doubt in Kizaru's words.
Aokiji frowned and looked at Kizaru in confusion, "No, what's wrong?"
Kizaru hesitated for a moment, but decided to speak his mind. "I just thought that his grandson was killed by Kuro, and he might contact you, hoping to borrow our strength."
Aokiji frowned even more tightly and shook his head. "When it comes to revenge, he always does it on his own and never relies on others."
Kizaru didn't seem surprised by Aokiji's answer. He nodded to show his understanding, then turned and left the office, leaving Aokiji alone in the room in deep thought.
Just as Aokiji said, Garp returned to his room and locked the door without hesitation. He sat quietly by the bed, staring at the scenery outside the window, but his heart was like a turmoil.
Three hours later, Karp finally came back to his senses from his deep thoughts. He stood up, walked to the closet, opened the door, and saw a black suit hanging inside. He slowly put on the suit, then took out a white cloth belt from the drawer and tied it tightly around his arm.
When everything was ready, Karp walked out of the room, his steps firm and powerful, as if every step carried some kind of determination.
On the way, the members of the Revolutionary Army saw Garp coming and came forward to greet him. However, Garp ignored them and walked straight past without stopping.
A man walked quickly towards the place where the ship was docked, where many shipwrights were busy repairing the damaged parts of the ship. When they saw Karp coming, they stopped their work and cast curious eyes at him.
Suddenly, without warning, Karp jumped onto a small black sailboat. The shipwright who was smoking on the boat was startled by the sudden scene. He was about to say hello to Karp, but suddenly he felt like he was flying.
"Eh?!" The shipwright exclaimed, and then he fell heavily to the ground. Before he could figure out what was going on, the black ship had already started moving like an arrow.
