Chapter 30 Conversation

When Wright saw Dumbledore appear directly in the office, a hint of doubt flashed in his eyes. Was it the Disillusionment Charm or the Apparition?

"I used a little bit of my privilege to avoid being late!" As if seeing Wright's confusion, Dumbledore raised his right hand, closing his index finger and thumb to reveal a slight gap.

"Professor, how do you know what I'm thinking?" Wright used all his strength to activate the brain occlusion technique and build a defense with false memories.

"I think any wizard would be confused by someone who suddenly appears!" Dumbledore did not answer directly.

"It's true! You are worthy of being called professor!" Wright looked very servile, but he was muttering wildly in his heart.

"What kind of privilege is that? Is it a privilege that can appear at any time?"

"Come, sit down! Don't stand all the time." Dumbledore motioned for Wright to sit down, and began to take out various candies from the drawer and put them on the table.

"Would you like some cockroach piles? Or some new flavors of multi-flavored beetles!" As soon as Wright sat down, Dumbledore took a pile of candy and placed it in front of him.

"Okay! Thank you! Wright politely took a multi-flavored beetle and started eating it without even looking at the pile of cockroaches!

"Orange flavor, not bad." Wright chewed the multi-flavored beetle in his mouth.

"Can you tell me the details of what happened?" Dumbledore poured a glass of water for Wright and asked with a smile.

"Sure! I didn't see Hermione before the Halloween party started, and then I knew Ron had hurt Hermione. I just heard Professor Curro say that the troll was let loose."

"I wanted to challenge the troll, and Harry and the others thought I was going to look for Hermione, so they went with me. Ron said that girls would hide in the toilet when they were sad, so I planned to find Hermione first and then challenge the troll, but I didn't expect to run into her!"

Wright told her everything about the night, hiding nothing. After all, everything made sense.

The only trouble is that since he knows so many destructive black magics, he might be regarded as the second generation Dark Lord and executed.

"I know about the upcoming battle. Professor Severus thinks highly of you. You are calm and decisive, but your magical accuracy is not very good."

"I agree with him, you are really excellent."

After being praised by Dumbledore, Wright suddenly felt bad. According to the situation, he would be dragged to be a firefighter for Harry!

The conversation that followed became more relaxed, without too much probing, just like an elder chatting with a younger person.

But Light did not let his guard down. The old man in front of him was the most powerful man in the wizarding world, a ruthless man who had plotted against two generations of Dark Lords.

Sure enough, in the following chat, Dumbledore mentioned the "Wu Orphanage". Wright pretended not to know what he wanted to ask, but still pretended not to know:

"Does the professor know about the orphanage? The people in the orphanage are very easy to get along with, especially Mrs. Kurt. She is the kindest person in the orphanage."

"Did you encounter any strange things when you were in the orphanage?"

After saying goodbye to Dumbledore with a smile, Wright got up and left.

Dumbledore sat on the chair, tapping the table with his right fingers. Looking at Wright's back as he left, his eyes seemed to become deep, and it was unknown what he was thinking.

"I've passed this level. Next time I have to be careful and don't get caught by Old Deng." On the way back to the dormitory, Wright determined the next direction.

When they returned to the Gryffindor common room, Light, who often went out at night, keenly noticed something was wrong: 'It's too dark, too quiet'. It's not like this normally!

Wright walked without changing his expression, his right hand ready to take out the magic wand and make a "thunder blast" at any time.

"Welcome our Gryffindor hero, ooohhhhhhh!" The dark lounge lit up at the same time, scaring Wright so much that he almost used his supernatural powers.

Then dozens of young wizards came out, and at the instigation of Harry and Ron, they lifted Wright up and threw him high into the air.

"Hurray for our Gryffindor hero!" the Weasley twins shouted in unison!

"Hero! Hero!" the little wizards shouted and tossed Wright around.

After the enthusiasm, Wright, who was left at a loss, finally understood, through Harry's explanation, what had happened here when Old Deng called him to chat.

After Ron's propaganda, the young wizards in Gryffindor learned that Wright had confronted the troll head-on and killed it.

If Wright hadn't killed the troll, the Halloween dinner wouldn't have been held. If the dinner couldn't be held, Halloween would have been ruined. If Halloween had been ruined, there would have been regrets in this life!

With Ron's constant promotion, this funny story spread throughout Gryffindor, and the little wizard directly regarded Wright as a hero of Gryffindor and even held a welcome party for him.

The energetic little wizards kept making a lot of noise, as if they wanted to vent their fear of being suddenly evacuated.

It was not until the second half of the night that the prefects began to send everyone back to rest, and the little wizards finally calmed down and returned to their respective rooms.

Wright, Harry and others returned to the room, lay down on the bed exhausted, and soon fell asleep.

"I'm so sleepy, so tired, and I want to sleep so much!" Wright rubbed his aching eyes, slowly got out of bed, and woke up everyone in the room to get ready for class.

This also led to people whispering about Wright wherever he went, even in the library, so Wright was "invited" out by the administrator, Madam Pince.
