Chapter 121 Slytherin’s Chamber of Secrets

Harry and Ron took Lockhart to the women's bathroom on the second floor. Through a conversation with Myrtle, Harry finally locked the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets.

"Say something, Harry, in Parseltongue," said Ron.

Harry stared at the snake carving on the tap for a long time.

"I can't, Ron. You have to speak Parseltongue to a snake. This carving looks too fake." Harry said dejectedly.

"Snap", a crisp snap of fingers sounded, and Harry suddenly felt that he could speak Parseltongue to the carving.

But this strange snapping sound didn't seem to attract anyone's attention.

"Hiss, hiss, hiss~" Harry used Parseltongue to say "open".

Then, the washbasin in the bathroom folded automatically, revealing a huge passage.

Lockhart stuck his head out to take a look at the bottomless passage and let out a breath.

"Well done, Harry. Haha, that makes me feel relieved. I shouldn't be needed here anymore."

Lockhart turned around and tried to escape, but was held back by Ron and Harry who were standing behind him.

"You are really needed here."

The two men wrestled with Lockhart and managed to carry him back to the entrance of the passage. Lockhart held onto the water pools on both sides and refused to go down.

Ron stepped forward and kicked Lockhart, sending him into the passage.

After waiting for a long time, Lockhart's voice came up from underground.

“It’s really dirty down here.”

Hearing Lockhart's voice, Ron and Harry looked at each other and jumped down as well.

When everyone entered the secret room, two figures, one old and one young, emerged from the air.

"By the way, Aiden, have you ever considered returning to Hogwarts to teach in the future? Your ability is perfect for catching little wizards who wander around at night." Dumbledore praised.

Myrtle flew over and circled around Dumbledore.

Myrtle clasped her hands together, her eyes blurry, then screamed and crawled into the toilet.

"The past is too hard to recall, Professor." Aiden raised his left eyebrow slightly.

"Every family has a few unlucky students." Dumbledore winked at Aiden.

Aiden: “…”

"Ha, your line." The system also popped up a bubble.

The two stopped chatting and walked into the passage of the secret room like a grandfather and grandson out shopping.

But what’s interesting is that there seemed to be invisible steps in the air under their feet, and the two of them just stepped on the steps and disappeared into the darkness.

In the passage of the Chamber of Secrets, Harry and Ron were stunned to see the skeletons of small animals all over the ground.

Harry looked up at the two of them and said, "Remember, close your eyes if you hear any noise."

With that, Harry took the lead and walked forward. Ron pointed his wand at Lockhart and tilted his head towards Harry.

Lockhart had no choice but to follow.

After passing through a rugged cave, the three came to a round iron door with seven snakes winding around it to lock it.

"Hiss (open)."

Harry spoke snake language to the iron gate with ease, and a snake crawled out from the door frame and circled around the iron gate.

The snake on the door lock twisted and shrank back, and with the sound of the spring contracting, the iron door slowly opened.

Slytherin's Chamber of Secrets appeared before the three of them. The interior of the chamber was luxuriously decorated, but it looked a bit desolate due to long-term closure and lack of maintenance.

There are snake head sculptures scattered around, and at the end of the Chamber of Secrets, there is a sculpture of Slytherin himself.

His long beard hung down to the hem of his robe, and his old face looked like a monkey.

Ron also looked at his sister nervously, but Ernie beside him paid no attention.

"She's fine." A young student stepped out from the shadows, wearing Slytherin robes.

"Tom? Tom Riddle, why are you here?" Harry was a little curious.

"He is the owner of the diary you mentioned? But he lived fifty years ago." Ron was a little incredulous.

Dumbledore, who was watching the show from the snake head statue nearby, turned around and said to Aiden, "It seems that your body is very attractive to dark wizards?"
